On the wedding day, I had zero stress because the team handled everything so smoothly. They are genuinely the kindest, most amazing people, and it made such a difference. Our wedding turned out so beautiful and so much fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I honestly wish we could do it all over again just because of how perfect the night was. And on top of everything, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. We’re so grateful for everything they did!!

A huge shoutout to our incredible wedding coordinator, Mikaela. She was an absolute gem! My family and friends couldn't stop praising how organized, attentive, and on-point she was throughout the entire planning process and on the big day. Mikaela completely understood our vision and executed it flawlessly. She made sure everything went smoothly, and we could tell she had every detail in hand. Our bridal assistant was equally amazing—so kind, professional, and attentive, making sure we didn’t miss a beat. They were truly a dream team.
Tivoli's staff coordinated all the vendors seamlessly, and we were able to enjoy every moment without worrying about anything. The entire evening went off without a hitch! The security team provided a sense of peace throughout the night, and the bartenders were not only skilled but also so much fun to interact with. Our guests loved them! The food was another highlight of the evening. From the hors d'oeuvres to the plated dinner, everything was delicious, and we've received countless compliments on how it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. There was so much food that our guests were able to indulge, and we still had plenty left over. The wait staff was so professional and made sure everything was taken care of with grace.
Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to the team at Tivoli Italian Villa. The attention to detail, the professionalism of all the staff, and the beautiful atmosphere made it the best day of our lives. On the big day itself, Morgan and the team welcomed us with open arms, ensuring every detail was perfect and that we felt truly cherished. Special mention goes to Kristina, whose warmth and assistance on the day made everything even more magical. She even took the time to shower our furry friends with love, which meant the world to us.
And we can't forget to mention the amazing bartender, who made the best drinks and was so fun and kind to everyone! Plus, the food was absolutely divine, impressing all our guests and leaving everyone satisfied. All the included decor and the venue itself are so dreamy and perfect. Such an amazing venue!

Amazing experience on our wedding day
The space was absolutely gorgeous and everything we asked to was executed perfectly. The rest of the staff on our day was incredibly nice, helpful and attentive. We were initially a little nervous the food wouldn't be quite what we hoped after our food planning event but everything on the day was great and many of our guests complimented how good it was.
We also felt like it was a great value for everything that we were given. As others have noted, there are some extra costs if you want to add certain extra pieces of furniture, table runners etc.. but that is up to you on how detailed you hope to be. In the end the cost wasn't extravagant as you get to choose what's important to your aesthetic.

Beautiful but that's about it...
First off, the venue was GORGEOUS! Absolutely stunning! When looking for a venue, we wanted a place that would be just as beautiful in person to our guests who were coming from all over the country as it was in pictures. Tivoli hit the spot!
Trademark Venues prides itself on being an all-inclusive venue equipped with all the décor you’ll need for the day-of. However, almost all things come at an extra cost. The table runners are flimsy and you cannot light any candles on them which we were told 2 weeks before our wedding (we luckily had already bought table runners anyway), we only had 10 tables but there wasn’t enough candelabras to have two on each table, the chair pads were extra, the arch was extra, using the venue only 2 hours early was a ridiculous cost. It really put a damper in a lot of our planning and budgeting.
The food tasting was a whole other issue. Food tasting would cost extra and was not available to us as they were booked months in advance. We were put on a wait list for months and never heard if we had gotten a spot. When we finally got a hold of the main line after emailing our coordinator a few times about our concerns, we were just suggested items to pick and hope for the best.
Ruth was our day-of coordinator and she was very nice. Unfortunately, she didn’t reach out to many of my vendors until a day or two before the wedding so there was no communication of a timeline unless I emailed them individually what I’d received from Ruth only the week before. It made most of our vendors anxious as they didn’t want to bother the bride but Ruth would never give me her number for vendors. I also made her aware of food allergies and would need a plate to be set aside which didn’t happen for our guests.
I was carded for a glass of champagne as the bride and I definitely didn’t have my wallet on me, not even my phone. I understand there may be liability, I signed the documents and gave my ID and credit card to pay for the venue. All my guests were constantly carded and I had pointed out in my seating chart who was a minor or wasn’t drinking. I felt like getting carded at a wedding was a little strange and I’ve never seen it before, especially for myself as the bride.
Lastly our bartender provided through Trademark wasn’t very nice to us as well and made side comments constantly. I remember asking her why no one announced last call as my guests were a little upset that they should’ve run and grabbed some drinks before that happened. We had bought almost $1k in booze and almost half was unopened so it would’ve been nice to know when the bar was closing. *Side note* in the state of California, you can’t return unopened alcohol and we were left with handles of liquor we had to transport because we didn’t know what else to do. After inquiring about the “last call” the bartender looked at me and said “this is a classy venue, not a dive bar.” I didn’t appreciate that comment in the least bit. We were here to celebrate and have fun. Nothing dramatic had happened and no one was belligerent. I just had a simple question and it was a very rude response.
Honestly, if it wasn’t for the venue being GORGEOUS and the very wonderful bridal assistant and her trainee, we would’ve been extremely disappointed in this venue. Luckily the pros outweighed the cons in the end as everything found its way (flowers to tables, cake displayed, food was good). Everyone had a wonderful time regardless.
