Facilities and Capacity
Dedicated by President Franklin. D. Roosevelt in 1937, Timberline Lodge is an Oregonian icon and national historic landmark. The building’s hexagonal facade has starred on the silver screen and was designed to be harmonious with its environment, utilizing boulders from the surrounding area. Inside couples will find an artisanal interior, with handcrafted details such as carved wooden paneling, murals, and glass mosaics throughout. The lodge hosts numerous venues congenial to a spectacular wedding celebration. Couples can exchange vows in the grounds’ amphitheater, surrounded by stunning vistas and the scent of blooming wildflowers. As the sun dips beneath the crests of the far off mountains, the wedding party can retreat to the warm comfort of the Ullman Hall. This spacious setting can accommodate up to 200 loved ones and features bespoke lighting fixtures, wide windows, and an adjoining patio. Elsewhere in the lodge, the Raven’s Nest provides an exceptional indoor ceremony site. Its vaulted wooden ceiling creates a sense of space that is filled by natural light shining down from its expansive windows. The effect is at once light and airy, yet also warm and personal. Couples planning an intimate ceremony may wish to avail of the separate Silcox Hut, located a mile further up the mountain. The lodge’s most popular venue, the hut is a private retreat whose confines are rendered cozy by warm timber framing and exposed stonework. Guests can relax next to the roaring fire of the hearth, and listen to the snow whip at the windows without. There are many more options available for weddings of all scales, and the property can provide furniture rental for events.
Timberline Lodge’s staff offers a range of services designed to ensure guests have a memorable wedding celebration. These services are organized into packages which include a ceremony site and reception hall. The staff is happy to help set up and clean up your event and welcome outside vendors. The food and beverage team proposes couples catering services including buffet-style dining and a fully staffed bar. There are several restaurants on the premises serving locally-sourced fare, and even a glacier-fed microbrewery.

Magical Mt. Hood Wedding
Everything was perfect, and everyone, down to the servers in the restaurants made our wedding weekend spectacular. They were willing to help me make a couple of slight changes right up to the moment we got married, and I couldn't have been happier. Many of my guests remarked that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. It was easy because they did essentially everything for us - catering, decorating, table arranging, etc. We basically just had to show up. I also organized a day of skiing the next day for our guests, and working with the lodge was easy as well. Timberline has always been our home away from home in the winter, and now they're like a part of our family. Highly recommend.Sent on 10/15/2019

My wife, Keshia and I discovered Timberline Lodge during one of our excursions in 2018 and it was a highlight of our trip. When we decided to get married in 2020, Timberline Lodge was one of the first thoughts that came to our mind when choosing the perfect venue. We had a small wedding (approximately 25 people) with our closest friends and family. Everything was perfect. The staff (huge shoutout to Chelsea, Tammy and Chandra) were so helpful/unbelievable and went above and beyond assisting us and making sure our day was incredible. We are from Nashville, Tennessee, so everything had to be done through email and telephone. Plus, the added “wrinkle” of the Covid-19 situation. None of that mattered. Timberline handled everything flawlessly and made our lives easy. They answered every question and made wedding planning simple and fun. The food, venue, atmosphere, accommodations, staff and attention to detail were all incredible and exceeded every expectation and hope we had. We are so grateful for Timberline Lodge allowing us to have our wedding there and would recommend the entire experience to anyone!Sent on 09/29/2020

I highly recommend!
My daughter and her husband wanted to have a wedding in Nature, and also to have the site take care of most of the details. Timberline was the answer! The Jubilation Package met our needs for the wedding of under 25 people, due to Covid-19 restrictions. Tammy, the manager, was very responsive, flexible, friendly but always professional. It was a beautiful day to have the wedding outside and the reception inside, with large windows to see the mountains and the sunset. During these stressful times, we managed to have a wedding that met and even exceeded my daughter's expectations.Sent on 07/06/2020
