Perfect for ceremonies and receptions, as well as other occasions surrounding your big day, Mt. Hood Skibowl has multiple spectacular outdoor spaces that accommodate up to 225 guests. Board a slopeside chairlift and ascend to 4,000 feet before embarking on a short hike amongst the vibrant summer wildflowers. Surrounded by your loved ones, arrive at the historic Warming Hut and exchange vows overlooking the snow-capped peaks of the Cascade mountain range. Return via the chairlift, share a tearful champagne toast and savor an evening of dancing and delectable cuisine. For an inclusive alternative, a shuttle service is available to transport those with mobility issues and children under 3. Amazing Wedding!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding! The views of Mt. Hood in the background were absolutely stunning, and our photos turned out beyond amazing thanks to the breathtaking scenery. The venue staff were incredibly professional and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. The food was delicious, and it was very helpful being able to attend a tasting prior to the wedding, all included with our package. One of the highlights was the ski lift ride up and the alpine slide down, which added a unique and fun touch to the day. It truly was the perfect venue for us as a couple, and we couldn’t recommend it more!”

An Unforgettable Wedding Experience—Shannon and Zoe are Rockstars!

If you are thinking about having your wedding at Skibowl, do it! From the very beginning, Shannon and Zoe were absolutely fantastic. We were met with the kind of enthusiasm and genuine joy that got us excited for our wedding far in advance, and they instantly made us feel like family.

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they were consistently attentive, kind, and quick to answer every single question we had. Our wedding forecast called for rain, but they were completely prepared for anything that could happen. They kept us up to date seamlessly as plans changed. I imagine it is not easy managing multiple locations on a mountain—especially when weather and logistics are shifting—but they handled it without a single hitch.

Our guests are still raving, with so many of them telling us it was the most fun and unique wedding they had ever attended. Shannon and Zoe were a huge part of creating that magic. On top of the incredible venue and staff, the food was amazing—our guests could not stop talking about how good the brisket was!

Choosing Skibowl for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. We continue to think back on the day and how incredible it was to get married in such a fantastic location. From the stunning backdrop of Mt. Hood to the unique charm of the venue, everything felt magical. It still brings a smile to our faces every single time we talk about it, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our choice. We don't regret choosing Skibowl for one second!

Do it for the vibe!

My wife and I are both thrilled with how our wedding went over. We chose Skibowl due to location, the amenities/features, and the vibe. Skibowl excelled in all are of these points. We were well taken care of, given assitance when we needed it, and advised as we needed to be. On the day, we were supported throughout the process and a helping hand was never far away. The food was great, the slide was great, it was all great. I would absolutely recommend Skibowl to anyone who is interested.

Responsive & thorough staff, beautiful venue, guests loved it

We had our wedding at Mt. Hood Skibowl 8.29.2026 and we were so impressed with the staff for the entire process. From start to end, Shannon and her team made sure we were comfortable with the process and helped us manage our budget. One massive benefit is the onsite coordination that they offer, which eliminated our need for a wedding planner. We also used many of the recommended vendors that have worked with Skibowl in the past, which ensured all the moving parts were familiar with each other. A wedding with a chairlift and an alpine slide! Our guests were raving about the venue and the incredible views of the mountains from the ceremony site. Not to mention the excellent food! the salmon was top notch and our guests are still texting to ask us for the recipe for the delicious Huckleberry mules. In addition to the wedding, Skibowl also helped us organize a Welcome Party on the night before the wedding at the Ratskeller, which was a great way to welcome 100 guests to Oregon with pizza and the arcade. Would absolutely recommend Mt. Hood Skibowl to anyone looking to get married in nature with an iconic view, but you need to be prepared that weather might be unpredictable on the mountain!

Most incredible wedding ever

We had a dream wedding at Mt Hood Skibowl. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever been to. The slide, views, gorgeous reception area and just overall vibe and experience really made the day so special. We got so many compliments on the venue, food and drinks. Shannon and Zoe were great to work with. Zoe really went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure everything went so smoothly and we didn't need to think about the logistics at all. It was truly the best day ever! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a unique, outdoorsy, mountain wedding!

Amazing Mountain Venue

Shannon and Rowan at Ski Bowl were amazing! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have an outdoor mountain wedding. Once the day got started everything moved along so smoothly and everyone there was so good to work with. The location is great because of the amount of available lodging in government camp and the guest shuttle that skibowl offers is amazing. The food everyone loved and guests stated that this was the best wedding and the slide and lift rides definitely make it a fun and memorable event!

Best Day Ever

Wow Mt. Hood Skibowl, Shannon and Rowan, and the entire team was incredible. They truly made our wedding dreams come true!! From all of our planning meetings, to the day of coordination, Shannon/Rowan were an absolute joy to work with. They were incredibly organized, kind, and executed flawlessly. On a day with so many moving parts, we felt grateful for their attention to detail, expertise and a final product better than we could have ever imagined! We highly recommend Mt. Hood Skibowl to be your wedding venue, it was incredibly unique and you won't find anywhere like it :) it was the best day of our lives and our guests repeatedly said "this was the best wedding they had ever been to".

Top Venue & Team

Working with Skibowl to plan our wedding was an incredibly enjoyable experience and I wouldn't have changed anything about it! Their team helps with a lot of the logistics and coordination, alleviating a lot of the otherwise stressful tasks of wedding planning. Their team is excellent about communicating and collaborating at every step in the planning process and it all results in a smoothly executed event! Everything about the setting, logistics, chairlift/alpine slide, food, and hospitality were superlative and made for an incredible guest experience. Highly recommend working with Skibowl for the perfect low-stress and memorable wedding experience!

Breathtaking venue and amazing staff!

The staff at Skibowl was absolutely amazing! The planning coordinators Shannon and Cheyenne, as well as everyone that helped the whole day, were so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, and they provide/coordinate pretty much everything for you, making wedding planning SO easy! Due to unforeseen circumstances, a ton of smoke rolled in just a couple hours before our wedding and we weren't able to get married up the mountain as planned because of health risks. BUT -- the Skibowl staff scrambled and worked extremely hard for us to still make it incredibly beautiful and magical at the reception tent, and was blown away on how they were able to pull it off. They even shuttled us up the mountain around sunset once the smoke cleared up a little bit for some pictures which was completely unexpected. The food was some of the best food I've ever had, the drinks were delicious, and service went above and beyond! From day one of planning to the day of our wedding, they seriously rolled out the red carpet and made us feel so celebrated and everything a breeze. THANK YOU SKIBOWL -- you have always been our favorite place to snowboard and now you provided us with a memory of the best day of our lives!

Amazing Staff & Venue

Shannon and Cheyenne were an amazing team to work with from Day -100 till our final wedding day! Super responsive, assisted us with complicated questions but overall made our day so easy and smooth considering all the logistics on the mountain. I would highly recommend not only the venue but this fabulous team to work with! (We did not hire a planner, but we really didn't need them!)
