Amazing Wedding!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding! The views of Mt. Hood in the background were absolutely stunning, and our photos turned out beyond amazing thanks to the breathtaking scenery. The venue staff were incredibly professional and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. The food was delicious, and it was very helpful being able to attend a tasting prior to the wedding, all included with our package. One of the highlights was the ski lift ride up and the alpine slide down, which added a unique and fun touch to the day. It truly was the perfect venue for us as a couple, and we couldn’t recommend it more!”

Amazing Mountain Venue

Shannon and Rowan at Ski Bowl were amazing! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have an outdoor mountain wedding. Once the day got started everything moved along so smoothly and everyone there was so good to work with. The location is great because of the amount of available lodging in government camp and the guest shuttle that skibowl offers is amazing. The food everyone loved and guests stated that this was the best wedding and the slide and lift rides definitely make it a fun and memorable event!

Best Day Ever

Wow Mt. Hood Skibowl, Shannon and Rowan, and the entire team was incredible. They truly made our wedding dreams come true!! From all of our planning meetings, to the day of coordination, Shannon/Rowan were an absolute joy to work with. They were incredibly organized, kind, and executed flawlessly. On a day with so many moving parts, we felt grateful for their attention to detail, expertise and a final product better than we could have ever imagined! We highly recommend Mt. Hood Skibowl to be your wedding venue, it was incredibly unique and you won't find anywhere like it :) it was the best day of our lives and our guests repeatedly said "this was the best wedding they had ever been to".

Top Venue & Team

Working with Skibowl to plan our wedding was an incredibly enjoyable experience and I wouldn't have changed anything about it! Their team helps with a lot of the logistics and coordination, alleviating a lot of the otherwise stressful tasks of wedding planning. Their team is excellent about communicating and collaborating at every step in the planning process and it all results in a smoothly executed event! Everything about the setting, logistics, chairlift/alpine slide, food, and hospitality were superlative and made for an incredible guest experience. Highly recommend working with Skibowl for the perfect low-stress and memorable wedding experience!

Breathtaking venue and amazing staff!

The staff at Skibowl was absolutely amazing! The planning coordinators Shannon and Cheyenne, as well as everyone that helped the whole day, were so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, and they provide/coordinate pretty much everything for you, making wedding planning SO easy! Due to unforeseen circumstances, a ton of smoke rolled in just a couple hours before our wedding and we weren't able to get married up the mountain as planned because of health risks. BUT -- the Skibowl staff scrambled and worked extremely hard for us to still make it incredibly beautiful and magical at the reception tent, and was blown away on how they were able to pull it off. They even shuttled us up the mountain around sunset once the smoke cleared up a little bit for some pictures which was completely unexpected. The food was some of the best food I've ever had, the drinks were delicious, and service went above and beyond! From day one of planning to the day of our wedding, they seriously rolled out the red carpet and made us feel so celebrated and everything a breeze. THANK YOU SKIBOWL -- you have always been our favorite place to snowboard and now you provided us with a memory of the best day of our lives!

Amazing Staff & Venue

Shannon and Cheyenne were an amazing team to work with from Day -100 till our final wedding day! Super responsive, assisted us with complicated questions but overall made our day so easy and smooth considering all the logistics on the mountain. I would highly recommend not only the venue but this fabulous team to work with! (We did not hire a planner, but we really didn't need them!)

Perfect venue for an outdoorsy couple

We both live in the Portland area and get annual Fusion passes to Timberline + SkiBowl in the winter for skiing. We were already familiar with the amazing views and cozy/outdoorsy vibes of the facilities so once engaged, SkiBowl was one of the first places on our list of potential venues. But once we got to tour the venue in the summertime, we were sold. Everything just felt right. The views are stunning and the ski lift and alpine slide make it so unique and fun. Getting to meet the team and learn about the ease of inclusive offerings at their reasonable price points were cherries on top. Once we decided on SkiBowl, the planning process was a breeze because so much is included (tables, linens, lighting, transportations for your guests, catering) and the coordinators respond to any questions quickly. I didn't hire my own wedding planner which made me nervous at first, but the wedding day itself was seamless thanks to the SkiBowl team. From the ski lift ride, big mountain views, alpine slide, corn hole games, and after-dark fire, there was so much to do/see. We only had to hire a DJ and photographer as we did our own florals and decorations. You truly don't need any other bells and whistles to make this venue beautiful and exciting. Many of our guests told us it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. We were married in early July on a beautiful sunny day with full views of the mountain. And we had an opportunity to do a First Look at the upper mountain which was so special and offered even better views than the ceremony site. Overall, it was everything I could have ever hoped for. We absolutely loved having our wedding at SkiBowl and couldn't recommend it enough!

Highly recommend!

Skibowl was the WHOLE package! Right from the beginning Cheyenne and Shannon were extremely welcoming and easy to work with. They helped to make the entire process of planning easy and as stress-free as possible. They were able to answer our questions with quick replies in the months leading up to the wedding. On our wedding day, Cheyenne and Shannon helped to make everything go smoothly. They were able to pivot our timeline on the day of to accomodate for the unexpected amount of time it took myself and the bridesmaids to get ready. All the staff had smiles on their face and were kind to all of our guests. It ended up raining on our wedding day during the reception (which totally didn't matter and made it all the more special), Shannon and Cheyenne jumped quickly into action and helped to move our dance floor into the tent. The entire day was seamless and we have the utmost respect for these two and the entire Skibowl team. Everything from the spectacular ceremony site, to riding down the alpine slides, to the incredible food and drinks was perfect. Not only that but all of our guests continually said this may have been the best wedding they had ever been to. Skibowl offers a truly unique experience. They also worked so well with all of our vendors. We are so grateful for the Skibowl team for helping to make our wedding the best day of our lives. We couldn't thank you enough!!!!

Mt. Hood SkiBowl

It doesn't get any better than Mt. Hood SkiBowl for a wedding venue! For all those outdoorsy couples who have a special place in their hearts for the mountain, this is the most magical place to get married. Truly. The intimacy of the mountain, the playfulness of the alpine slide, the FUN that is SkiBowl - I'm not sure there's anything better really (I may be biased but still) :) Also, it's much more affordable than some of the other venues in the area and can accommodate a large number of guests. They checked all our boxes!

Cheyenne and Shannon were incredible to work with and so helpful throughout the course of planning and day-of coordination. They are both professionals who were great at answering all our endless questions, helping us make the best decisions within our budget, and offering creative ideas that made the day all the more special. Also, they are just wonderful humans who are incredible to share the best day of your life with! I couldn't have asked for a better venue or people to work with.

If you love the mountains and are hoping for a playful, authentic wedding that feels like home away from home - this is the venue for you!

Best day best staff best venue

We knew the moment we met Cheyenne and Shannon that Ski Bowl was the right choice!
They were so welcoming, low key, and inviting. They made the planning, and logistics of our Wedding day the easiest and most memorable experience we could wish for. I am not sure how people put on a wedding that is NOT at Ski Bowl!
It was everything we could've wished for. Not a single piece out of line just hours of fun with your guests. It was the best day of my Wife and I's life. We would re live this day 10000x over and Ski Bowl played a MASSIVE part in that. I mean it when I say it, we had absolutely no stress in the process of getting married at Ski Bowl. Every aspect of this venue is DIALED. We got SO many complements from our guests on the food, atmosphere, event space, and full on experience they got to be apart of.
Mt. Hood holds a special place in our hearts, and now Ski Bowl has just added to a long list of love and memories on that mountain.
I cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff, service, cost, and just over all support you get is absolutely unbeatable.
The wedding industry can be tough to navigate, but Ski Bowl makes it a breeze.
