Thinking of Bermuda was wonderful to work with! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our day perfect! We had a day that had a ton of seaweed wash up on the beach but Siairah worked so hard to clean up the beach for us until it was exactly what we pictured. They adjusted the timing of the day because of a delay in preparations and beach clean up. When we arrived at the beach, we realized that we forgot our Bluetooth speakers on the cruise ship and had no music for the ceremony. The transportation driver offered to run out to buy speakers so that we had music. I thought that this was so thoughtful and far exceeded my expectations! Our ceremony was beautiful thanks to a breathtaking setting and an incredibly genuine officiant. We also received our photos and I have to say they are spectacular!!!! We had a blast working with everyone. My only reason for giving a 3.5 for responsiveness was because there was a few times I had to wait a day or 2 for a response because of people being on vacation. It was never too long of a wait. If I needed a quick reply I just copied the main email and had a response very quickly from the owner. Overall, I was very impressed and would recommend Thinking of Bermuda in the future.
