The Wildwood Hotel is a boutique wedding venue located in Grover, Missouri. This upscale hotel is filled with plenty of romantic and charming touches. Its design features traditional French château and European country lodge styles. Architectural details like the exterior stonework add plenty of warmth and coziness. The hotel is complemented by manicured landscaping and lush potted plants. In addition to the amenities found at the hotel, visitors will be kept entertained by all that there is to see and do in the surrounding area. For guests who love nature and being outdoors, there are jogging and biking paths available. Visitors will also find restaurants, shops, and famous attractions like the Gateway Arch nearby. Facilities and Capacity

There is over 5,300 square feet of space found inside The Wildwood Hotel that can be used for your bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Couples are also more than welcome to host an intimate elopement on the property. Because the spaces are so flexible, they can easily accommodate wedding parties as well as those with up to 250 guests. The Wildwood Ballroom is an extremely spacious site for wedding entertaining and dancing. Another site option found indoors is the Augusta room. This renovated space features a grand balcony that your entire wedding party is sure to enjoy.

Services Offered

When you host your wedding at The Wildwood Hotel, you will receive the assistance of a wedding coordinator to ensure your planning experience runs smoothly. They are there to assist with everything from your wedding theme to your reception layout. The team will also be there for you on your wedding day, providing you with day-of coordination, supervision, and set up and clean up.

Accommodations

There is a bridal suite available at The Wildwood Hotel for the couple to retreat to after the wedding is over. The rest of your wedding party and guests are also welcome to extend their stay in one of the 110 guest rooms on property. These rooms are all furnished with double pillow-top mattresses and touches like luxurious linens designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great Event Hotel

My daughter was married in September and our event hotel was the Wildwood Hotel. Wildwood Hotel is a small but elegant boutique hotel without the price. Their block pricing is very reasonable and they have a wide variety of room types from two queens to a Presidential Suite. The rooms are comfortable with modern upgrades but feels old world classic.
I worked with Ann to secure out block of rooms and she was so helpful to me trying to determine how many rooms I should block with half the wedding guests coming in from out of town. Additionally, they are really good about letting add rooms if your block fills fast.
Wildwood Hotel is quite close to at least three popular wedding venues and it was particularly easy to get from the hotel to our venue as it was straight down the highway eight minutes. I loved that.
Ann sent me a list of how many rooms were booked any time that I requested it and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I could have sworn that we were the only wedding that weekend with the kind of attention that Ann gave me but there were two others! She is just that good at making your event feel special.
If you are looking for hotels in the Wildwood/Pacific area, I highly recommend the fabulous and oh so comfortable rooms at the Wildwood Hotel.

Beautiful rehearsal dinner and reception!!

We chose the Wildwood Hotel for our rehearsal dinner and reception...we used the beautiful Augusta Room for our rehearsal dinner and the Grand Ballroom for our reception and just couldn't be happier! (Our wedding itself was offsite at our church.) We wanted a convenient location for our guests, especially our out-of-town guests, and it was great for them to enjoy the dinner and then just head on upstairs to their room - no driving required! Ann and Kayla were a great team in making sure all the details were perfect - they knew the right questions to ask to put together an incredible experience and followed through beautifully!! They were both invaluable assets to our wedding planning and we are so grateful. Ann was very responsive to our questions via email. Also we had a change of date (we moved our wedding back 3 weeks) and it wasn't a problem at all getting the date changed, Ann was very gracious and worked with us to take care of it. And the pictures turned out so gorgeous!! It is a beautiful space, and a beautiful hotel, it looks like a chateau on the outside and is just as pretty on the inside! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had the Presidential Suite and it was PLENTY of room for my 4 bridesmaids and me to get ready with our hair and makeup stylists. All of the staff was so helpful. It really made for an absolutely perfect wedding day!! Thank you Ann, Kayla, and everyone!! ♥

Beautiful space and wonderful staff

3 weeks before our wedding, we had to move the wedding from Alton IL to West County Mo. We felt lucky that we were still able to hold our wedding and the staff at The Wildwood Hotel did everything to help our day be what we wanted. It was a huge success. The space was beautiful and it all came together quickly without any issues (staying within the COVID guidelines). They saved our wedding. Casey was a joy to work with.

In addition to a great venue for the wedding, the hotel rooms are wonderful. Everybody who stayed enjoyed their time at the hotel and commented on how comfortable the rooms/beds were.

Perfect In Every Way

The Wildwood Hotel is perfect in so many ways! Our daughter's wedding ceremony was at Silver Oaks Chateau in Pacific and our after party was at The Wildwood Hotel. Such an enchanting place for our guests to relax and celebrate!!! The town is simply unique. Everything you need or want is just a walk away. Cleanest town ever! The Hotel is enchanting -- boutique with class and wonder!!! Working with Casey to insure that we had everything we needed for a "perfect" event was easy. She and the staff made all of us feel like we were part of the Wildwood family. Can't wait to go back just to enjoy the amenities!!!

We had our wedding reception at the Wildwood Hotel in Oct 2017 and couldn't have dreamed of anything better! Shannon was seriously the best! She went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy! She also did anything in her power to make our dreams a reality! Chef Brian was also super awesome! He did a special menu for us (pizza and wings!) and our guests absolutely loved it! Also their staff was extremely nice! They all congratulated us throughout the night and didn't mind that our guests didn't leave right away when the reception ended :)
Our guests also said they loved their rooms and the beds were super comfy! And we concur! We recommend this venue for your reception or for your guests to stay!!! Thank you again everyone at the Wildwood Hotel for the best night!!!

Completely fabulous! The entire staff was amazing...from those who worked the front desk to those behind the scenes in the kitchen. Our wedding coordinators were fantastic and anything we wanted or needed they bent over backwards to make sure that we had it. Everything and everyone was professional and top notch!

The wildwood hotel was the "perfered" hotel for our wedding guests. although we did not host any of our events there we had a block of room reserved there for ourselves and our guests. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and worked with us throughout the process. My only words of caution is that if you do a block of rooms you need to follow up iwth them to ensure that people are signing up under your block. we had an issue where the hotel did not book a few guests under our block but it was immediately corrected by the staff when we called to address the problem. The rooms are cute and has a small B&B feel to it rather than a commercial hotel. The overnight staff also helped to make sure that everything was perfect for our room when we got there after a late night at the wedding reception.

September Wedding

I would highly recommend The Wildwood Hotel for your wedding venue. They can do ceremony and reception. They have two different ballrooms to choose from. We did ours in the 1/2 ballroom , and did the ceremony in 1 half and the reception on the other. Casey (wedding coordinator) was amazing to work with. She is very responsive and great to work with. She will have several meetings with you to make sure she has the rooms and decorations set up the way you want. She’s very helpful and has a great personality. We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to Covid and Casey and The Wildwood Hotel worked with us to reschedule a new date. Casey is great at decorating and making sure you have a great wedding. Wildwood hotel provides some decorations, but you can also bring your own. Casey will place them wherever you want and work with you. The service was also great at The Wildwood hotel. Thanks again Wildwood Hotel for a great wedding.
