For added convenience, we offer three beautifully appointed houses that can accommodate up to 34 overnight guests, allowing you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy every moment of your celebration. This venue's main event space is able to accommodate up to 225 people for your wedding day. An elegant, white barn with high vaulted ceilings, exposed support beams, several windows to illuminate the space, and dark wooden floors all add to the unique environment that this space offers. Equipped with an upper-level lounge space and bathrooms, this barn is the proper way to say "I do" in a rural setting.

A dream, fairytale wedding!!!
We could not recommend the White Barn enough. Brittney and her family go above and beyond! It was a perfect day filled with absolutely no stress, thanks to Brittney! We got to enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about anything! I want to renew our vows every year here! AMAZING!!! BREATHTAKING!!!

Wedding Day
Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely cared for and supported. Brittney went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and because of her, our day felt calm, joyful, and completely stress-free. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment, which is truly priceless.
The food was absolutely incredible. It wasn’t just “good wedding food” — it was unforgettable. Seeing our guests’ reactions and hearing the compliments all night long meant so much to us. Sharing such a beautiful meal with the people we love made the day even more special.
And the venue itself… breathtaking. It created the most magical atmosphere and felt like a dream come true. Every space was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, making our wedding feel intimate, elegant, and full of love.
We will forever be grateful to this venue and Brittney and her team for helping create memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. If you’re looking for a place that pours heart and soul into what they do, this is it. 🤍

A dream come true
Brittney, her husband Matt and their family all do an outstanding job. From wedding planning, communication, rehearsal, house rentals, food, set up, clean up… they made a big dream a reality. All involved were very respectful and professional. My parents, Dad especially (very hard man to please), couldn’t stop telling me enough how wonderful and perfect the venue, food, details and everything in between was.. even their stay at the house my family rented across the street. Bridal suite…also phenomenal and highly recommend! Brittney and family made everything run so smoothly, even my dad said he would recommend the venue to absolutely anyone and every penny was well worth spent. I truly cannot thank Brittney enough for not only making OUR day perfect, but for making our money more than well spent! I had SEVERAL friends and family say it was the BEST wedding and venue overall that they have EVER attended (coming also from very brutally honest people lol). One person specifically stated they didn’t miss a beat on any single thing especially with keeping food fresh (he runs a restaurant in Tennessee and is very big into the culinary aspect, so that alone says a lot). Brittney and Matt are amazing people and the venue is beautiful!! Made our perfect day as stress free as possible. If you are wondering if the money is worth it, IT IS. 1000x recommend!

the best wedding venue out there!
The white barn at lucas farm was a 100000/10 experience. Wedding planning seemed overwhelming at first but as soon as we met Brittney with her elegant yet comforting expertise, I knew we picked the right place for our wedding. Ever single stressor became a breeze, not to mention the jaw dropping venue! i couldn’t recommend getting married here more for the best wedding venue all around, from the coordination, to the food, to the venue, to the decorations, to absolutely everything. It was the best day of our lives and if I could do it over again, i’d pick the white barn at lucas farm every single time!!
