You have the location picked out, the flowers, the colors, the cake...and now you have the Groom!
It is getting close to Your BIG DAY and now you are wondering who will put out or set up all those important "Little Details" you spent months or years planning.
There are things you shouldn't have to think about on Your BIG DAY!
As the Bride all the focus should be on YOU!
You should be walking around with your bouquet and not a clipboard. You don't need to be checking to see if the DJ, Florist and Cake have arrived, are the napkins in the right spot or are the guest favors put out and is everything in order.

What exactly does a Wedding Assistant do for you?

So please provide as much information as possible ***
Review all wedding day details and plans to keep everything organized and running smoothly on the day of your wedding. Your Assistant is there to answer questions, field emergencies and make sure everything runs to your specifications.
About a month prior to your big day, your Assistant will accompany you on your walk through and final meeting with your venue working with you to create a detailed and customized timeline. When done, this timeline will become the "bible" for your day - telling your vendors, Wedding Assistant, and your wedding party when tasks are to be completed. It*s very important to keep all of your vendors on the same page.*
Obtaining all vendors cell phone numbers that will be used on your wedding day for easy contact should the need arise. Your Wedding Assistant is the point of contact for your vendors, hotel concierge and guests if questions/problems arrive on the day of your wedding. Oversee the setup and decoration at the ceremony and reception as per specific agreements. Ensure decorator, florist, DJ set up as per your instructions.
Attendance and supervision at your ceremony and/or reception up to 8 hours on YOUR BIG DAY.
Your Assistant will:
- Be a mediator between Bride/Groom, vendors and families
- Meet and greet your guests to escort them to their seats or to their appropriate tables
- Ensure guests are accommodated and comfortable
- Organize ceremony
- Manage the change-overs (cocktail hour reception)
- Ensures that your reception runs as smoothly as possible based on the created timeline
- Pack up your important wedding materials and memories (gifts, guestbook, pictures) get back to you safely.
- Have an emergency kit filled with helpful items will always be on site throughout YOUR BIG DAY.
