The Sinclair is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Baltimore Maryland. This purpose-built setting offers everything parties need to gather together, raise a toast to love, and make happy memories. With multiple spaces included in the same property, couples can be flexible when planning their event and host its different stages all in one place. Conveniently located in East Baltimore, it is surrounded by ample accommodation options and is well-connected thanks to the city’s extensive transportation network.

Facilities and Capacity

The Sinclair can welcome events of anywhere up to 300 guests depending on which room couples choose. The largest of these is the Showroom, which features overhead lighting and a fully-equipped bar. The Suite can welcome smaller parties of up to 200 and shares an open-plan design, light-color scheme, restrained decor design with its larger sibling. Opening in July 2021, the Leisure Room can also host events of up to 200 attendees and includes a variety of fun games to keep everyone entertained throughout the evening. The venue is thoroughly modern and refined in style throughout. It features elegant decor touches such as artistic metalwork lighting fixtures and modern furniture such as tables and chairs. There are also separate get-ready suites for the use of the wedding party. These allow couples to take a breather from events, as well as a space in which to relax and prepare for the altar. There is parking available on site.

The Sinclair’s staff is dedicated to helping couples throw the event of a lifetime. They offer planning assistance from start to finish, ensuring no detail of a big day is overlooked. This includes providing rental items as well as coordination assistance on the day of events. Catering is provided via an exclusive partnership with Baltimore's acclaimed H3irloom Food Group. The catering team offers modern cuisine served in impeccable style with a focus on locally sourced ingredients.

Breathtakingly Beautiful

The level of care, love, and professionalism given to us for our vow renewal by the Sinclair and the Heirloom Group still leaves me speechless. My one and only wish is to be able to go back in time to experience the beauty, food, and overall excellence that the Sinclair embodies all over again.

Simply Amazing!

Beautiful Venue & Stellar Service

As an event planning company, I can tell you firsthand how important it is to have a dedicated vendor team to execute every event smoothly. There should be a common desire to serve each client with excellence as you work to create a stellar event experience. The team at The Sinclair did not disappoint. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth event experience for my client’s wedding. From planning to execution, everything was top-notch! If you are in search of a venue that can provide upscale service in the Baltimore area, look no further. Plenty of space and room to create your desired vision and a fabulous food experience provided by The H3irloom Food Group. My clients are still raving over the menu created by Executive Chef David Thomas. We can’t wait to partner with The Sinclair again soon!

Five Stars!!

Absolutely LOVE this venue! Had the pleasure of hosting an event there back in March and couldn't have chosen a better space. Easy and flexible load in/load out makes it a breeze for vendor setup and breakdown. Modern features, super spacious rooms and warm and welcoming staff. And the food from H3irloom is top tier! Our guests still can't get over how amazing it all was. Thank you guys so much for everything and we can't wait to return :)

Beautiful!

The outdoor ascetic does not do it justice! This venue was EVERYTHING for a great price. Not only do they offer an all inclusive package (food, beverage, chairs, cutlery, linen) but it also comes already partially decorated. The lobby of this place is stunning. Very modern with a fully decorated ceiling with flowers/chandeliers, and they change out the style of the lobby every few months. Though you can’t get a say in which style they go with they seem to keep the colors pretty neutral for any color scheme. They have 3 separate rooms to choose from with one being a lounge/ game area that has bored games and a basketball court (Our groomsmen were found here). They were very responsive with everything besides a few miscommunications I 10/10 recommend for any big event.

Poor communication/ Does value Customers

Communication was initially great but once we toured the venue it became impossible to get in contact with the event coordinator, Tanya, to obtain our contract and secure our date. After over a week of emails and calls (Only to leave a message) we finally spoke with the catering coordinator and was promised a contract in about 30 minutes which we received about 7 hours later. We took the weekend to decided what we would do but ultimately, we decided to take our business elsewhere as we could not risk this trend creating us stress for the next year durning the planning process. We still have not received any follow up from The Sinclair (It's been 2 weeks now) and we are very disappointed with our experience. We are not sure if it is because we are a younger couple (25 years old) or something else, but we were prepared to spend over $20k on this venue and we were not treated as a valuable customer.

To The Sinclair: Our goal for our wedding was to support local black business in our hometown. We really wanted to have our wedding at your establishment as it is truly beautiful. Please keep in mind that every customer is valuable, and communication is key in any business but especially one where you are dealing with one of the biggest moments in life. Thank you.

Not only has this venue showed a lack of respect for my time but they have now attempted to call me a liar. Your lack of record keeping is not the customer's issue. I do not hold black owned business to a higher standard I hold them to thee standard. You provide a service, not a favor.
