The Red Barn Farm can accommodate up to 175 guests and offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces:

  • Outdoor Ceremony Site: Exchange vows beside a tranquil pond with sweeping views of the farm, rustic barn, and grain silo. Guests are seated on wooden benches in a peaceful, nature-filled setting.

  • Historic Hay Barn Reception Space: A fully restored gambrel-roof barn (built in 1925) provides a warm, inviting space for dining, drinking, and dancing.

History

Originally established in 1907 as the Cooper Dairy Farm by Walter Cooper, the property operated as a dairy farm for over 60 years before transitioning to beef cattle. Today, the farm has been thoughtfully preserved and restored, offering a unique historic setting for weddings and events.

In addition to its event offerings, The Red Barn Farm continues its agricultural roots by raising hens, maintaining beehives for honey production, and growing seasonal organic produce.

Amazing team!

Chelsea and her husband were amazing!!! They helped with everything including cleanup. The most gorgeous venue? We hardly had to decorate because of how gorgeous this venue was.

We had originally planned our wedding at another venue. When that had to change at the last minute we won the lottery with Chealsea, John, and the Red Barn Farm. One month before our wedding we moved our entire event to their property. With so little time to plan we had to rush through a lot of the details. Luckily they knew what they were doing and sprung in to action. Several of our vendors had had a great experience there in the past as well making it even easier. Chelsea thought of things that I hadn't and pulled out all of the stops. Our big day felt so magical and everyone was talking about how gorgeous it was. The barn and entire property is just gorgeous. Rustic, yes, but also elegant. Not over the top, just enough. The pond and ceremony area was so totally romantic. They even put out a water station with parasols for our guests. I definitely didn't think about that!!! The bridal suite was impeccable and had everything you could need for the morning to get ready in. The groom and his men had their loft as well so they could stay comfortable before hand. I just cannot say enough good things about getting married at the Red Barn Farm. You will be happy for choosing it!

Chelsea and John made our time at The Red Barn Farm truly welcoming, warm and wonderful! The venue itself is stunning: Rustic while also being clean, tidy and elegant. Chelsea and John continued to wow us with extra decorations and new perks even after we signed our contract and their involvement was just enough to feel supported while also giving us some breathing room. Chelsea and John let us visit the barn a few times to tour and to walk our photographer around the property. They were gracious with our requests and flexible when plans changed unexpectedly. We went for a casual wedding with our ceremony upstairs in the barn and the reception below with games and bonfire spilling outside. It was perfect for our smaller group and the puppies and animals were a huge hit! The property is beautiful and Chelsea and John ran around making sure that our guests were happy (going so far to bring out citronella candles and smores for us as the sun set!). John is also a phenomenal bartender and kept an eye out for my husband and me to make sure our glasses were always full and even reminded us to take a breather and eat! We loved having our special day at the Red Barn Farm and are so happy to have worked with such a lovely couple!

The best decision we started with for our wedding was choosing the Red Barn Farm. Chelsea and John were incredibly helpful both before and on the day of our wedding. Because of them our day was perfect and I could not believe how much attention they put into our wedding. The venue, the experience our guests had, the care that they put into this place; it all went into creating an amazing memory we will always have. A month later our guests are still talking about how great it was. It couldn't have been better!

Don't look any further if a barn/farm venue, with a tranquil wedding arbor with reflective pond backdrop, is what attracts you!! This place is amazing in so many ways.
Their attention to detail is incredible and everything is natural and organic.
Chelsea and John were very attentive and so caring throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they have created an amazing space in this beautiful restored barn using re-cycled materials all around, with old wine barrels, wine cork art, barn doors, over-sized games and so much more. The venue is located in a secluded area but minutes from Redmond and lodging.
Go tour and see this super convenient location. Crazy close to Redmond, but feels like your in nature :)

Chelsea and John were amazing to work with! They made our wedding better than I could have ever imagined. I grew up by the barn and drove past it all the time. Who knew that I would end up having my fairytale wedding reception in the same barn? Friend's and family were blown away with our venue and kept talking about it for weeks! I hope to work them both again in the future.

If you are looking for a unique wedding destination the Red Barn Farm is your place! It is breathtaking! The property is very well maintained with many outdoor areas for photos and guests to hang out. The kids especially loved being able to run around and play with the all the wildlife! The barn is two stories which was so fun to be able to offer guests a birds eye view of the dance floor and look out the huge barn windows to the property at dinner! One of my favorite things, besides the amazing barn itself, is the pond. It is translucent, you can actually see the pond bottom! The owners of the property are very professional, helpful, readily available and creative! They will treat you like royalty and be truthful, honest, and willing to do anything (that they can, of course!) to help make your day THE BEST DAY EVER. You wont be disappointed if you are looking for an outdoor wedding experience with a beautiful indoor venue for dinner and dancing! I suppose you could married indoors too and that may be even more fun! One of the most memorable venues you will find in WA! Make sure you ask about the history and love they poured into this venue too. Its a wonderful story.

Our daughter was recently married at The Red Barn Farm. Everything went better than we could have planned, and we appreciated the input from Chelsea and her staff before and during the wedding. It’s a lovely, rustic and beautiful venue. The outdoor ceremony is so pretty, and the little touches everywhere made for a relaxed atmosphere from day into night. The caterers were happy, as were the bartenders, so you know the facilities are good. We highly recommend!!

We got married in July and we are so thankful that we chose the Red Barn Farm! Besides the amazing location and obvious rustic beauty of the property, what really made our day special was what we got for the money we spent. We looked at a lot of venues and though they were lovely as well, one thing a lot them had in common was all the little things they charged for in addition to the regular rental price. For our rental fee, we had access to the whole property, all the decor we needed to use, all the seating necessary, games and a very on hands staff. Most places just setup the seating and leave you to your own devices, unless you have a coordinator. We didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of a lot, except the removal of our personal items and even then, they held some of it for a few days until we could come back and grab it. If they don't have an event the next day they let guests who cannot drive leave their cars behind to be picked up later. I can't think of many locations that will allow that. If you're looking for a venue thats almost all-inclusive, supportive, convenient and of course beautiful, then this is your place.

This venue was simply beautiful! The owners, Chelsea and John, went above and beyond to make my vision happen. The whole event was picturesque but felt so personal and loving. I had a special request to add drapery to the barn. They took special care in making sure it was hung perfectly. Funny story... we brought our dog along to the venue for the final meeting before the big day and he went and ran through the farm and got dirty. Chelsea was such a doll and washed him for us. I cannot believe how great they were to work with! If you are looking for a beautiful space that is customizable for your needs and you want to work with great people... look no further.

They did a great job at setting up the reception area and were very accommodating when we had to move the ceremony indoors due to the weather. They were available throughout ge entire evening answering questions, getting a bon fire going, and moving a table off of the dance floor area. I look forward to coordinating another wedding at their venue in the future!
