Facilities and Capacity

Farm 12 provides three different venue locations, and couples will have full access to each to personalize their big day.

Our Event Hall is the perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern charm. We like to call this space the “home” of Farm 12 Events. This space can fit up to 300 guests comfortably. It has terraces on both sides and a stunning winding staircase, perfect for a grand entrance.

The Festival Barn Courtyard creates the ultimate dance floor under our string lights and the twinkling stars or host your ceremony for 300. Our Festival Barn Courtyard is our most versatile space, great for cocktail hour or a bustling reception. With a gorgeous greenhouse backdrop, this space is perfect for any event with an airy feel.

The Loveland Greenhouse delivers 4,400 square feet of space ready for any weather. A tranquil, blank canvas to design your event with an outdoor atmosphere. We love seeing long tables with family style receptions or ceremonies with stunning floral designs in our greenhouse!

Services Offered

The venue staff will provide tables, chairs, and linens and can arrange the flatware and glassware in any way you want. The dedicated team will handle setup and cleanup of all Farm 12 related items, allowing you to focus on the most important things on your special day. Their all-inclusive packages include a team of skilled bartenders to accommodate cash, limited, or open bar services. The team also offers in-house floral and rental packages.
