The McCreery House is a vintage-style Victorian venue located in Loveland, Colorado. This landmark historic building was built in 1897 and still holds the charm of that era. They offer both indoor and outdoor settings for intimate ceremonies and receptions. The McCreery House is a family-owned and operated venue that only hosts one wedding per day, to give you the attention you deserve. All of the gallery photos are from real McCreery House Weddings!!!
Facilities and Capacity Couples can accommodate up to 100 guests at this elegant venue. You’ll have full access to their Historic Home, Carriage House, and Gardens. For your ceremony, their beautiful outdoor Gardens provide the perfect setting to say your “I do's.” You can stay there and dance the night away under the stars, or move inside their Historic Home for an intimate reception. The McCreery House features vintage decor such as an 1870’s square Grand Piano that guests can play on.
Services Offered This full-service venue offers event planning and event rentals to ensure your wedding is a success. They also offer each couple five to six hours of event time, and they will help with setup and cleanup. Overnight accommodations are available with a complimentary breakfast for the happy couple. Start to finish, Julie Marsh and her staff (Julie specifically) was an absolute joy to work with. We would highly recommend McCreery House for your next party or Wedding! Julie took care of everything. Walked us through decisions completely and clearly with much exuberance. She led us through the process, helped select the meal through various caterers she uses, suggested ways to handle the libation piece, went the extra mile in presenting a very charming and inviting venue and grounds, and took the time to let us all know the history of the McCreery House. Even the little things were taken care of before we asked. It was also quite a pleasure to have Julie reach out numerous times and keep the process moving in a timely manner prior to our event. Thank you Julie for an awesome intimate time with our party!!

Amazing Day!
The McCreery House is the place to choose if you are on the fence about your wedding venue. Julie made this process so stress free and really knows what she is doing. Everything was so perfect and it will be a day we will never forget. I had many family and friends tell me it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I would give this venue 20 stars if I could! Very reasonably priced compared to others and having Julie made all the difference-she was there every step of the way and was able to guide us through every step with her expertise. Wonderful experience!

We had an excellent experience with Julie at the McCreery House! I Would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress free wedding. We had a specialized theme and she was super great about letting us set up our extra decorations too! Julie is so thoughtful and generous, and she really knows what she’s doing! Can’t thank them enough for making it a perfect day ♥️

The only place to get married -the McCreery House
I loved the McCreery house! So many things can be said in high praise for Julie, her staff, and the location! It truly was an honor to work with her and have her by our side planning everything! Julie is phenomenal to work with, she is so kind, helpful, and has her system down to work so smoothly making the day as stress-free as possible! Julie was not only our day of event planner and wedding planner, she was our honored guest too! Thank you so much for all your help and support Julie!

Soooo Amazing
Having a wedding at the McCreery House with Julie was a dream. The initial price tag is high, but it turned out lower than other venues with initial lower prices due to the alcohol and food situation. There's flexibility with most vendor choices, but the other major draw is having Julie there for the whole planning process, and she's just the absolute best day of. We cannot thank her enough! She was very upfront about everything (not the most formal venue). I was also nervous about it being outside, but she had contingency plans and it ended up great.

Nothing short of Amazing
Julie at the McCreery House made our special day seemless and truly beautiful. The house is gorgeous and the land is perfect for an outdoor event. Could not have picked a better venue for our Wedding. Not to mention my beautiful bride didn't even have to lift a finger to make it look as beautiful as it did!

Better than our best dream
Julie took all of the stress out of the entire planning process for us & gave us the most beautiful, special day we could have dreamed of. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how well the day ran, and how much our wedding felt like "us". We cannot recommend Julie & the McCreery House highly enough!

Everything we wanted!!
The McCreery House is such a gorgeous venue!! The venue has excellent shade, lighting, and privacy. Julie was amazing and worked with us every step of the way, gave us tips, worked with our budget, and suggested vendors she knew worked really well with her venue. We had to plan the wedding from California and Julie did so much for us!! Not only does Julie help you plan but is the day-of coordinator as well. She and her team handled everything, made sure all of our things had been packed up and taken care of after my husband and I left the venue. My guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had been to. 100% recommend this place for the perfect, smaller intimate wedding!

The McCreery House and Julie Marsh
The McCreery House was a perfect venue for our wedding! Ours was a late-in-life second marriage and we were looking for a location to have a small, intimate wedding with just family and very close friends. We couldn't have found a better place! The grounds and everything about the venue were delightful. Julie Marsh, the owner of the venue, was wonderful to work with. Ours was a destination wedding, and Julie took care of all our details for us. Julie was a true professional in every sense of the word and our wedding day went off flawlessly.

The McCreery House is a wonderful place to photograph a wedding. Being able to have your ceremony and reception at the same place saves on time and money. Julie knows what she is doing, knows the right questions to ask and brings all of that knowledge to the table. I love working at the McCreery House not only because it is beautiful (which it is) but because I know the wedding day is always going to flow smoothy and be focused on the wedding couple (where the focus should be)
I was a little concerned when Linda sold the McCreery House to Julie Marsh. I should not have been! Julie is a consummate professional and has done some wonderful things to make the McCreery House an even better wedding and special event venue. If you are looking for a smaller venue (30 to 130) with an intimate and warm feeling, you owe it to yourself to check out it out.
