    The Northwoods Resort in Big Bear Lake California is not just one of the nicest places in town but is the newest and I will say has the best staff and service I have ever dealt with in this mountain community. It was a last minute decision while we were in town to stay here so we were not prepared. The staff member provided us with a cell phone charger which we did not have that was their personal property as an act of courtesy and kindness. This place has a very rustic look on the inside and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again at any point and time.
