Backyard Bistro was everything they said they would be. They came on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was well prepared and presented. I would recommend to anyone very easy to work with prior to wedding as well as during wedding reception. They provided cocktail hour food as well as buffet dinner food. We had plenty to feed our crowd of 200. They offer a great menu to choose from and the price was very reasonable.

I hired Backyard Bistro off of online reviews for a rehearsal dinner for 90 people at our location. I give them a rating of 5+ out of 5. The staff was extremely friendly and was very concerned that everything was up to our expectations. They asked several times throughout the night if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed, which there was not. The food was great, so good that guests kept on coming up to us and praising how good the food was. I was extremely happy and only wished I was able to eat more because it was so good. Their personnel were very friendly and the trays of food were always full so much so that no one ever had to wait for them to bring out more food. They replenished the trays whenever they saw them getting low. The bartender was very accommodating and completely took care of the bar. If I ever have another event in the area, they will be the first one I contact.

Backyard Bistro catered my sons wedding on 8/5/23 and I can't say enough good things about them.
The planning process was great. Eileen is very prompt in answering questions and so accommodating.
The food as delicious. We had a 2 entree buffet and it was all fresh and hot. Everyone raved about it.
The service was outstanding.
The bartenders, wait staff, and chefs were professional and kind and quick to help with anything we needed.
It made the day even more special

Eileen was the point of contact and she was amazing. She answered all my questions via email, in person and over the phone. She was professional through the whole process and you could tell she knew what she was doing. We have our wedding food catered for 120 ppl including children and had then bartending and we bohght our own alcohol after getting a permit. When we sat at the restaurant the chef/owner came out and introduced himself and was very nice and gave us tons of food to try and take home. The cost was a little under 4,000 and we had our rehearsal dinner there and to rent the room was $250 and it held 60 ppl. Thank you backyard Bistro for making this part of the planning super easy. I enjoyed working with you guys!

They did a great job! Elieen is very flexible and food was great. My husband has celiac and they were very accommodating.

I am so glad we went with Backyard Bistro as our wedding caterer! Eileen made the process incredibly smooth and easy at every step of the way. We had a buffet and our guests really loved the food! The staff that came were very professional and responsive to what was happening. We also hired our bartenders through them, which made everything nice and easy. We had to re plan our wedding on the Tuesday before the event (4 days before) because hurricane Florence was Forecast to hit during the weekend our indoor/outdoor wedding. The responsiveness on Eileen in the menu selecting and budgeting process was great- my parents were in the Wake county while my husband and I live in Houston. They provided my parents with a tasting to pick out entree options, pick out a few appetizers to have passed around during cocktail hour, and worked around my hustbands celiac requirements.

Backyard Bistro catered our wedding recently and we were so impressed! From the beginning, they were extremely responsive and very accommodating. There's a variety of options on the menu to cater to various diets (we had some vegetarians/non-pork eaters at our wedding), and were perfectly willing to cater two special meals for two vegan guests. Moreover, they provided cold drinks for our guests to bring out to the ceremony (it was an outdoor wedding in July), which was such a great touch. The staff are very professional and efficient, and they made sure to take care of my mother, who was handicapped at the the time, by getting her food and drinks. They also made sure that we, the couple, had plenty to eat and drink throughout the night. Last but not least, the food is delicious. So many of the guests have commented on just how good the food was and the spread was exactly what we had in mind, since we were aiming for a more laid-back, Southern meal. Personally, the jalapeno cornbread and pulled pork are a major winners. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I can't recommend them enough.
