I had a great experience at The Ivory Concept - the owner and staff are incredible and made me so comfortable and excited at every step. They have so many beautiful and fun dresses to try on. Most importantly, I felt NO pressure during the process and felt so supported when trying on the various dresses. They were so flexible about scheduling follow up appointments to try on the dress before ordering it, which as an indecisive person, was great (and every time I put the dress on, I felt so happy and sure). They work with incredible designers and will work with you to make sure the dress is perfect!

After 4 Bridal Stores in the area we were pleasantly surprised at how kind and NON pushy the sales lady was. My daughter is so indecisive and she let her take her time and even offered her another appointment in a few days. However, my daughter decided it was the ONE so we bought it. She still is so excited about the dress. Months later the dress came in and was way too big (bride lost about 15#) - the owner of the shop double checked their measurements to my daughter’s current measurements and sizing from the designer. She was TRULY the nicest store owner we have ever encountered! After several phone calls to the bride and designer it was determined that the smaller size was NOT in stock so more extensive alterations would need to be done. Allie the owner offered to help with some of the costs AND sent my daughter a pair of pearl earrings as a gift for the initial heartache! This store is truly a GEM! Thank you!

Ali and her team at TIC were a breath of fresh air in wedding dress shopping. She knew the dresses in her shop very well including available upgrades or adjustments to various dresses, she listened to my vision and provided great sizing advice. The store was beautiful, intimate and welcoming and she always made me feel comfortable and beautiful! Highly recommend !

Wedding dress shopping with Ali at the Ivory Concept was a DREAM. I was anxious going into shopping because I wasn't sure what I wanted and felt self conscious. Ali and her mom immediately put me at ease. They gave me/my mom dedicated attention and it was in a way that wasn't pushy or overbearing, but more supportive! They also let me come back multiple times when I was trying to decide between my dress, whereas other shops limited my number of visits and length of time. I never felt rushed or pressured at my appointments with the Ivory Concept girls. I truly could not have had a better experience finding my dress and have recommended this store to anyone I know that gets engaged - thank you Ali!!!!

TIC was the first place I tried on a dress… and the place I went back to for THE ONE! Their selection is gorgeous and feels unique. Ali and her mom were beyond fantastic to work with too. From the first moment I stepped into her shop, she was helpful and never pushy. Ali actually encouraged me to look around and gave me the time I needed to decide. Communication was top notch, her recommended seamstress was fabulous and she’s just so dang nice! Thank you for the wedding dress of my dreams!
