We had our wedding at a castle outside of Austin. Vesh and his team were extremely professional. The food was absolutely incredible and helped make our experience absolutely flawless. Everyone raves about the food and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of service and food!!!!

This company absolutely blew every other vendor at my wedding out of the water. When I approached vesh about coming all the way from Austin to Zion to cater my wedding for 4 days he hardly blinked an eye and was happy to help. Between the consultations we handcrafted a menu for breakfast lunch and dinner that was not only personal to my husband and I but had The Fuze 9 craftsmanship. Everyone at my wedding raves about the food. Literally all of it. They still talk about it 6 months later. Vesh really took it to another level ordering a custom brand with our initials on it to brand the roasted pig and bao buns as a complete surprise to us. His excitement about the project and craft is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced from another chef. Not only is the food amazing but the entire team is amazing. They treated my friends and family with respect and kindness (if you’re planning a wedding, sad to say, you have to make sure you hire kind people). I had family and friends wanting to hire him for various things by the end of the weekend. Hire this company. You will not regret it.

Chef Vesh catered our intimate wedding. The experience was exceptional and the food was top notch. From custom menu designed to please our pallets to the servers provided chef made the food one less thing to worry about. Highly recommended for any occasion.
