The Embargo, is a fully functional custom portable bar trailer providing libations and professional bartending
services for private events. The Embargo will charge a flat fee for equipment usage and bartending service, as
well as develop event specific specialty cocktail menus, wine lists and beer selections along with forecasting
amounts of supplies needed. The Embargo DOES NOT provide a pay bar, alcohol or glassware. Rates for Events
are determined by capacity of event and time on site. Planning for events including menu planning and supplies
forecasting are included at no additional charge. The Embargo will require a 10% non refundable deposit to
secure booking and payment in full upon arrival for event.
