Jeanne and the ladies at Classic Rock really know their stones - and they have an incredible selection. I wanted to custom design both my engagement & wedding rings, and I had specific asks for rare stones. They were able to accommodate me, no problem, and made the entire experience stress-free and fun! And prices are reasonable. I strongly recommend them every chance I get!

SHORT VERSION: My fiance went in here by himself and took the diamond class, then picked out a diamond for me and an engagement ring setting with small diamonds on the band (made by Coast diamond). He did a great job with their help! I went in, they sized me and the ring came in in my size.

While this service was already amazing, they really went above and beyond when it came to our wedding bands. We went back to buy wedding bands and again received first class service. My fiance picked out his (went off without a hitch) and we just simply ordered the "matching" band to my engagement ring. It turns out that Coast's idea of a matching band does not in fact match - the number of diamonds on the band did not match the engagement ring and the band was much thicker than the delicate engagement ring, which was a special model. The employees and owner, Jeanne, saw and agreed with me immediately. In order to get it right (and our wedding is soon) SHE CUSTOM ORDERED ME A ONE OF A KIND WEDDING BAND THAT PERFECTLY MATCHES MY ENGAGEMENT RING AT NO COST TO US because Coast messed up - meaning that we paid for the Coast brand band and received a ring worth roughly twice that and is much more than twice as nice! They definitely LOST money in that exchange because I was not happy. I don't know of a store willing to take a dollar hit to please the customer; Jeanne and her crew must've been out at least $1000 to please us - even though their supplier messed up, not them.
