In order for us to serve you at the highest level possible, we must build a foundation of trust, integrity, and respect, much like the union in which you are about to engage. Who We Are:

Chef’s Garden Catering & Events was founded in 2001 by Liz Earnest with the simple aspiration of serving delicious joy. The company grew faster than she anticipated and in 2005, Liz’s daughter, Jennifer, joined the team. Together they have grown the company into a full-service catering, event, and restaurant firm, with exclusive venues that include The Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens.

Catering is about more than just food. It’s about delicious food, gracious service, and innovative presentation. We believe that food should be pan to plate and hold ourselves to the highest standards and like to be judged against restaurant quality. We believe service should not only be discerning, but warm and gracious. We know that we eat with our eyes first, so food needs to look as good as it tastes.

Chef's Garden Catering & Events is a chef-driven catering business focused on elevating standard catering packages to provide a heightened service experience on your special day. Our culinary team is led by Chef Jamey Evoniuk, who's impressive resume includes time spent working under some of the biggest names in the restaurant world, like Louis Chatham of Commander’s Palace, and working as the Executive Chef of the Four Star and Four Diamond award-winning restaurant Manuel’s on 28th. Our culinary team is well versed in many cuisines including but not limited to American, Chinese, Caribbean, French, Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, and Japanese. We are able to accommodate many dietary needs so that you and your guests are completely comfortable on your wedding day.
