I had a large group event here, and everything was perfect thanks to the amazing staff! From day one of planning, they were commutative, responsive, and extremely professional. They seriously took all the stress away and coordinated everything seamlessly. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I have some very picky family members and they accommodated everyone flawlessly. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends, and maybe even using them again in the future!

I was looking for venues to get married at, and The Chariot really stood out. The venue itself is beautiful, but what impressed me most was the customer service. Went to Chariot for Albanian woman’s night. It was terrible service no service at all actually. The venue is stunning however, what was supposed to be a 5 course meal presented to us on the ticket we got no food. Not even a pitcher of water or Coca-Cola to say the least. We all came hungry and our table was not served at all with the exception of a plate of appetizers which consisted of sliced tomatoes, olives and 2 scoops of rice. Arrived there at 7 pm was asking for someone to take my tables order and no one did. They 3 waiters that were there manning about 30 tables on my side kept saying it’s coming and they were right. However not my table they kept bringing 2-3 plates per table of cold pasta and cold chicken Marsala which was not. 2 people would get food the rest stared. Some tables got none. Overall, the managing of the restaurant was terrible. People were cramped the tables and chairs were so close to each other that we couldn’t get up without asking the other table next to us to get up and push in the chair so we can pass. I would never go back!
