This historic site was built over one hundred years ago and was home to one of the early Florham Park families. The house and surrounding 150-acre dairy farm belonged to George W. Felch, a patriarch of a prominent early family of Columbia. When prohibition was put into place in the 1920s, the estate became the Canary Cottage and was associated with a string of nightclubs and speakeasies owned by the New Jersey crime syndicate. After two decades of attracting famous clientele from all over New Jersey for dancing and celebrating, it became the semi-private Florham Park Country Club. The estate was named Park Savoy by businessman Alan Weinstein in 1982. At first he planned it to be a restaurant and dance venue, but Weinstein soon saw the potential for creating a private event space. He began restoring it to its 19th century glory, bringing it back to life in 2011 with new character.

Best Wedding Venue
This was the most amazing venue and service I could ever ask for from a wedding venue. Words can not express how over the top attention to detail and service we experienced on our wedding day. I got ready there and from start to finish my wedding was a dream. Marry made sure right after we said our “I do’s” that we had a moment to sit and eat. She brought us all of our food from our cocktail hour stations. The food is amazing. Our guest said it was the best wedding they ever attended!

My daughter had an amazing wedding at the Park Savoy Estate. The staff was incredible from our arrival pre- wedding until the very last minute at 1AM.. I disvoered from my 92 year old aunt that while she was sitting outside the ballroom. The staff discovered that it was her birthday. At midnight after a full day of working my duaghter's wedding a number of the staff came over to my aunt sang Happy Birthday to her and brought her a tray of treats. I never knew thsi at the time. Their attentiveness toward her and us was amazing. Everything else was perfect, as many have already mentioned.

Exceptional Service, Food and Decor!
Our wedding at the Park Savoy was beyond exceptional!!! From the moment we walked in to tour the property we were treated like royalty. I’m not kidding when I say everyone offers you a beverage which to me speaks highly on their hospitality. The grounds are beautiful (even in the winter) and each room has its own personality. I loved the vintage charm and the beautiful ballroom. The service was phenomenal my dad can’t stop talking about how attentive all the staff were. We were never without a drink, they made sure we ate and they were there for anything that have could’ve came up. The food was exceptional we had people coming up to us all night raving about the food many had said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Joanna, Natalya, Victor, George, Sam and Melanie made our day and everyday leading up to it spectacular. Seriously if we could do it again we would pick the Park Savoy over and over nothing tops their service, food and atmosphere! They truly make you feel apart of the family!
The Park Savoy is a lovely place for a reception. Owned by the same group as Nanina's in the Park and the Park Chateau it is definitely on our favored list.
Always a pleasure working at The Park Savoy! Our home away from home, love you guys!!!
