We had a fantastic experience with our venue choice, and thanks to our Maître D Frank for working with our coordinator to ensure an impeccable night! The food and service were up to par and the venue looked spotless and beautiful for our day. We were the only event that night and all the grounds looked phenomenal. Our wedding cake was from Palermo’s Custom Cakes & Bakery, which was included in the package.

The food was amazing along with the serving staff. We sadly heard that our guests were being difficult with food choosing and it was handled amazingly because we didn't learn about this until after the wedding. Since my husband is Nigerian, there was money being sprayed throughout the night that they helped with constantly. This was one of the greatest services I've ever experienced and cannot recommend the Meadow Wood enough. The staff is stellar, the food is great, the array of food is extremely diverse to cater to all diets and different cultures, and the venue's beauty isn't enough to realize in photos.

The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, mainly due to Brielle, who was our event coordinator. She was extremely personable and down to earth, but she backed up her cool and collected demeanor with a hard working, responsive, and detail-oriented approach. Most of the reason I initially felt so strongly about booking at the Meadow Wood was because of how impressed I was with Brielle. Even after the initial booking, she worked incredibly hard to ensure that we were comfortable and prepared for the wedding day. The wedding went off without a hitch because of her organization and communication.
On the day of the wedding, everyone on the staff makes you feel like family. Frank was the m'atre d, handling the day-of logistics. He was extremely hospitable and organized. My bridal party, immediate family, and makeup artist felt right at home and everyone knew where they needed to be. He pulled off a seamless ceremony and many people commented on how organized it was. Our bridal attendant, Brenda, was also invaluable when it came to delivering us drinks, helping me get around, and packing up our meals at the end of the night! Such a nice touch.
I 20/10 recommend this venue to couples that want a wedding where they can actually enjoy their time and be present, rather than focusing on details. This staff has the formula down pat, and deliver an extremely thoughtful and gorgeous wedding!
