The Meadow Wood Manor and its staff did everything possible to make our wedding unforgettable! Especially Tara, Frank and the venue manager. They worked well with all of our vendors and created the perfect atmosphere for the day and evening. The Meadow Wood was accommodating, courteous and made us feel like family. I cannot say enough good things about them! We also had a last minute emergency with our seating chart that was remedied the day of and came out beautifully. Thank you to the Meadow Wood Manor for everything.

Absolutely Amazing
Brielle and the entire Meadow Wood team went above and beyond for our wedding day. In the months leading up to the event, Brielle was always quick to answer every question we had and made sure we had the correct information to plan everything confidently and stress-free. Every usher we worked with on the day of was incredible — attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of anything we or our families needed.
The staff was warm and professional, the food was outstanding, and our guests are still raving about the desserts! They also went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we received full value during our time at The Meadow Wood.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience, and we highly recommend The Meadow Wood team to anyone planning a wedding!!!

Amazing wedding venue
The Meadow wood in Randolph is an amazing venue. It is so beautiful inside and out. My daughter had her wedding ceremony outside, which was just as beautiful. All the staff members were amazing and so helpful. There was always someone near us to help out with anything we needed. They really helped the day stay beautiful and organized. My daughter was truly a princess that day. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning any type of event.

Heaven on earth
This venue literally took my hand and walked me through the entire process! My coordinator was a GOD sent angel named Tara! She took care of me not only regarding my wedding but she took a personal interest in me as well! This venue is also super honest! I was about to pay $500 over the amount owed and they caught the mistake and refunded me my money! My sister was so impressed she's having her 50th birthday party here next year! The entire staff was totally invested in my having the perfect day. And the food..... Oh I could go on and on! This venue super exceeded my dreams and well beyond my expectation.

Dream Venue
I truly couldn’t be happier that my husband and I chose to do our wedding at the Meadow Wood. The service is top tier, they are super accommodating to everything we threw at them, and the venue is absolutely stunning all on its own. We worked with Brielle and I’m so happy we did because she is the absolute best. She was available for us for whatever question we had whenever we had it. Beautiful Venue, Wonderful Staff, Plenty of Food
We were first captivated by the venues beautiful garden seeing as we were interested in having an onsite ceremony outdoors and the beautiful chandeliers. Come the week and day of the wedding, the staff was so amazing. Special shout outs to Charlie (the General Manager), Frank (our wedding day coordinator), and Gisele (our Maitre D'). Charlie really helped us figure out our first look and some miscommunication between us and our venue coordinator leading up to the week of the wedding. Frank was a breath of fresh air: charismatic, helpful, informational, flexible, and professional. With him helping out, we were able to going into our wedding day at peace and ease. On the day of the wedding, Frank and Gisele were the first ones to greet us and Gisele helped me with my train and any overwhelming guests prior to the ceremony. She also helped with steaming my dress after the ceremony and bringing us food during cocktail hour. She was a superstar and I am so grateful to have had her help that day.
The food was amazing along with the serving staff. We sadly heard that our guests were being difficult with food choosing and it was handled amazingly because we didn't learn about this until after the wedding. Since my husband is Nigerian, there was money being sprayed throughout the night that they helped with constantly. This was one of the greatest services I've ever experienced and cannot recommend the Meadow Wood enough. The staff is stellar, the food is great, the array of food is extremely diverse to cater to all diets and different cultures, and the venue's beauty isn't enough to realize in photos.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our wedding at the Meadow Wood. The venue was STUNNING, and an alarming amount of guests told us it was the best wedding ever - highlighting the food, the service, and the beauty of the venue. And we have a lot of picky italians in our family, so this rave review is a HIGH accomplishment! Guests are still texting me saying they are "still thinking about the Meadow Wood pizza station."
The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, mainly due to Brielle, who was our event coordinator. She was extremely personable and down to earth, but she backed up her cool and collected demeanor with a hard working, responsive, and detail-oriented approach. Most of the reason I initially felt so strongly about booking at the Meadow Wood was because of how impressed I was with Brielle. Even after the initial booking, she worked incredibly hard to ensure that we were comfortable and prepared for the wedding day. The wedding went off without a hitch because of her organization and communication.
On the day of the wedding, everyone on the staff makes you feel like family. Frank was the m'atre d, handling the day-of logistics. He was extremely hospitable and organized. My bridal party, immediate family, and makeup artist felt right at home and everyone knew where they needed to be. He pulled off a seamless ceremony and many people commented on how organized it was. Our bridal attendant, Brenda, was also invaluable when it came to delivering us drinks, helping me get around, and packing up our meals at the end of the night! Such a nice touch.
I 20/10 recommend this venue to couples that want a wedding where they can actually enjoy their time and be present, rather than focusing on details. This staff has the formula down pat, and deliver an extremely thoughtful and gorgeous wedding!

We cannot say enough about how happy we were to have chosen The Meadow Wood to host our wedding reception. We had 360 people and everything turned out flawlessly. The food and drinks were kept flowing all night. Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was -- especially the cocktail hour. This was the first venue we went to go see and we immediately fell in love. That grand staircase when you walk in is just unbelievable. We mostly booked it for their outdoor space because we had our ceremony outside and it was beyond perfection. Meghan was our coordinator and we were so lucky to be in such great hands. She answered all and any questions I had and the whole process was just so seamless because of her and the rest of the staff there.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with the Meadow Wood. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming to us and our families. They were very communicative and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. They made it easy for us so we could just enjoy our day! The venue is gorgeous, the service was great, and the price is very reasonable compared to other similar venues. Our guests had an amazing time. They keep telling us about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue was. I cannot recommend the Meadow Wood enough! It is the perfect place to have your wedding.

The Most Beautiful Venue!
Walking into The Meadow Wood for the first time, we saw the beautiful staircase and a fully renovated venue that took our breath away. Fast forward a year and a half, we got married there and it was honestly the best venue we could have asked for. We worked with Brielle who was there every step of the way! She was very prepared/organized which helped keep us that much more calm during the process and planning. On the actual wedding day, the decor, the lights, the requests that we made all came to life! On top of that the FOOD - THE FOOD was absolutely amazing! We still get comments from our guests about how good the food was and the amount of food options available. During the wedding day, we also had George by our side who made sure we ate and fully enjoyed our wedding night. If you are considering booking The Meadow Wood - we would highly recommend this venue. Their team is amazing to work with and they will give you the wedding experience that you want. Looking back at photos and video, the grand ballroom, the cocktail room, the grounds are all SO beautiful - you really can't go wrong with this venue. Amazing night!
Brielle and her team were easy to work with, supportive, friendly and helpful. The venue is gorgeous both inside and out. The food was amazing and there was a ton of it! My husband and I were married there two months ago and I still have people telling me it's the best wedding they have ever attended. I loved this venue!!
Our entire experience from beginning to end with the Meadow Wood was exceptional. We got married on 10/6/22 and toured a few venues but something was still missing. From the moment we entered the Meadow Wood we both felt that this was the right location for us and the special day we were planning.
Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel like we were joining a family of people who truly cared about us and our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning!! Even though we went in the winter it was clear that our Fall wedding was going to be beautiful. The other piece was that as a Black, West Indian family food is really important and we really needed good food! Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was and how much food, they ate beyond what they can handle, there is soooo much food! Cocktail hour through to the dessert hour was just spectacular. Our coordinator Meghan went above and beyond in supporting and helping us, and all the staff on the day of was so accommodating and truly prioritized our peace and happiness. I cannot recommend this place enough! Our families are so happy with the end day. I’ve been asking my friends to get married here so that I can experience it as a guest as you miss so much on your day. I would choose the MW over and over again, it was just perfect! The space was great for our guests of 250+. If you’re on the fence, use this as your sign to book this venue!

The Meadow Wood Manor is a masterpiece!
Throughout the evening, guests commented on this venue as being the “best wedding” they ever attended. Everything was picture perfect...from the architecturally classic grounds to the sparkling crystal chandeliers and marble dance floor. A Dream Come True
My husband and I got married at the Meadow Wood on October 8th and it absolutely a dream come true. Brielle was a pleasure to work with. She made the booking process simple and there was no pressure at all. We fell in love with the venue right away and felt right at home! The venue is Greek owned so you know that your guests will be eating plentiful and delicious food. My guests are still saying how it was the best food they have had at a wedding to date - the cocktail hour especially. It was insanely good!!! All the food came out hot, and service was great. Venetian hour was also the talk of the town as everything came out fresh and delicious and there were just so many options included. The venue itself is beautiful and the renovations to the bridal suites and upstairs are immaculate. The outdoor section looks stunning with flowers and outdoor decor which resulted in amazing looking pictures. Perfect venue, great food, great service, beautiful aesthetic, 10/10 wedding venue. I would recommend to everyone and anyone!!! Our wedding was the truly the best day of our lives and we have the Meadow Wood to thank for that.

We loved working with the meadow wood!!! This day was absolutely incredible and it wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing staff at the meadow wood.
I was nervous, stressed, and overwhelmed and the whole staff was so accommodating to my every need. They handled all vendors, brought me drinks and snacks before, encouraged me - it helped calm my nerves and got me so excited! I was worried I would be dealing with vendors the entire day, but they made sure all of my details were taken care of. If I could do it all over again, I would choose The Meadow wood again and again. They were incredible and Brielle was amazing! My day could not have been more perfect. I can’t thank the staff enough.

The Meadow Wood is the venue of your dreams
The Meadow Wood is the venue of your dreams. I call it an absolute hidden gem. I can't even begin to say enough nice things about this venue. From the beautiful entrance, leading up to the jaw-dropping ballrooms, the incredible food, the amazing staff - this night was truly one I'll never forget.
We worked with Brielle to book our wedding. From the moment we walked into each room, we knew this would be our venue. She worked with us the entire process, making sure we felt completely reassured the entire time. She made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for the big day. The day before - dropping things off, making the handoff absolutely seamless. We were treated with absolute respect every time we visited.
Our guests cannot stop raving about the incredible food and the displays. The staff truly makes this experience one of a kind - the fruit / cheese is hand-carved into beautiful shapes. I even have countless photos of the cocktail hour food from my guests! We swapped the Asian Station for the Mexican Station and our guests haven't stopped talking about the tacos.
The grand ballroom is a truly stunning room - the chandeliers are beautiful, the grand feel of the entire room just makes you feel so special. We had over 200 guests and it did not feel crowded, the dance floor is large enough to fit everyone with space.
We opted to upgrade our dessert and that did not disappoint. The guests were completely shocked that there was another level to the night. We opted for the Boardwalk and it was absolutely delicious - cotton candy, zeppoles, fried oreos!
Our Maitre'd and bridal attendant waited on us hand and foot. If we said the room was too hot, it was immediately cooled down. If we were thirsty, we had a drink waiting for us. If we wanted food, a plate of food was set aside for us. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
Another note - every time we walked into the Meadow Wood, something was upgraded beautifully. They update things so seamlessly that you don't even notice that there was anything needing updating in the first place. Unfortunately the bridal suites weren't ready while we were there but we cannot wait to go back and see the upgrades over time.
We cannot wait for the next person we know to have an event here!

A Dream Come True !
I don't even know where to begin. The Meadow Wood was the first venue I went to, and even though I went to like 20 venues afterwards I could not fathom having my special day anywhere else. I was conflicted because I had no previous knowledge of the venue, but I went with my gut and booked !
Well, I am so happy I did! Brielle was a dream to work with and would answer of all of my silly wedding and non wedding related questions. My wedding was right off the peak of COVID, and they were so accommodating and safe and all of my guests felt incredibly safe.
The day before my wedding, there was a hurricane in the tristate area that made me freak out! The maitre'd worked alongisde my wedding day coordinator to ensure that the rehearsal was perfect and that we had alternatives for my big day.
Lucky for us, the weather on my wedding day was PERFECT! We were able to have our ceremony outside (which was my actual dream come true), and the rest was just perfection.
The cocktail hour food was ENDLESSS and there was not a single complaint about any of the stations. They made signature drinks for us, and they are very serious about their top shelf liquor and boy did we all enjoy them! Every drink was made to absolute perfection. The reception food was truly my number one concern and I thank the heavens they did not let me down. Everything was cooked to perfection, and they surprised me with a dessert station at the end of the wedding! My wedding favors were chicken tenders and fries, and even those were so so good!
All in all, this venue is absolutely breathtaking, the food is amazing, and the staff is also super flexible and friendly. I do not picture my day being this perfect at any other place!! 10/10 recommend!

The Meadow Wood is a beautiful venue!! They were amazing and attentive! The food was THE very best! They added fried chicken and collard greens for me and I was grateful! I was worried about the collards but chef Chris did an amazing job! Tasted like great southern green! Yay!

The best night of my life!
Martin and I had the most wonderful wedding at The Meadow Wood on 4.21.22. Prior to our wedding, everyone kept advising us that “things will go wrong on your wedding day… but your guest won’t know things have gone wrong unless you react to them!” Well, I’m here to tell you that absolutely NOTHING went wrong at The Meadow Wood. It was a picture perfect event, thanks to Constantine and staff. The venue is stunning, the food was delicious and everyone is attentive to your needs. Our guests are still buzzing about how wonderful our wedding was, and we are too!

The venue was beautiful! The food was delicious and abundant! The staff were excellent and helpful. Everyone at the venue that we worked with made sure they did everything humanly possible to make sure our wedding went smoothly. Our wedding night was perfect and we don't have any complaints about anything. Any questions we had were answered immediately. There are not enough words to express how INCREDIBLE the Meadow Wood Manor and their staff were for our wedding. From the very beginning working with George, John, Brielle, and Constantine made what we hear is normally a very stressful process, easy going and stress-free. George was incredible and his knowledge and expertise of his field showed throughout our reception by its flawless execution. Brielle was very accommodating and thoughtful the entire time, as well as, quick to respond to any questions we had. Constantine was an EXCEPTIONAL maitre-d before and during our wedding day. He coordinated all of our vendors with ease and was very mindful of our needs, and our families' the entire night.
EVERY single person we spoke to that attended our wedding were in awe of how beautiful the venue was, how AMAZING the food was, and how incredible the service was. We were fortunate enough to use the entire first floor of the venue. With cocktail hour starting in the Dome Room and extending into Laurel Room, our guests enjoyed a variety of foods from various cultures. This food was so exceptional, even family visiting from overseas said the traditional dishes during the cocktail hour were better than the dishes they would get at home. As the night progressed, our reception moved into the Grand Ballroom. This stunning room, decorated just as we envisioned, left us speechless. Luxury and comfort are two words to describe how our guests and us felt and were treated. Dinner entrees were absolutely delicious! If you and your guests enjoy a great steak, well the Meadow Wood chefs can definitely deliver. For those who enjoy more vegetarian options, the delicate details of the salad were incredible. Our guests’ last stop for the evening was in the Randolph Room, where amazing dessert stations had our guests enjoying a VARIETY of sweets and yummy drinks from the coffee bar.
We want to say THANK YOU to the Meadow Wood staff for their professionalism and incredible work to make our wedding reception an incredible experience for all who attended! Hearing comments from our guests such as “This is the best wedding we have ever been too,” “There was any food you could have possibly wanted during cocktail hour”, and “I’m having sooo much fun!” make us grateful and smile. We would recommend the Meadow Wood Manor to anyone! Thank you again for everything!

Awesome venue!
We researched and looked at so many places and was so impressed by The Meadow Wood. The renovations were great as a lot of places that were in budget were very outdated looking. Every interaction we had with the staff was always pleasant. They were SO accommodating with everything. super helpful and really helped us tailor things to what we liked and make it work. Everything turned out great! One of the biggest appeals for us was the big cocktail hour and the quality of the food. My family is not easily impressed with food and i’ve been to enough weddings where the food was never enough or just tasted OK. Every single one of my family members raves about cocktail hour and the dinner was great too! The service was fantastic and I was never without a drink in hand. I was so full i wish i had more room for the tailgate station towards the end of the night!

Most Beautiful Wedding Ever
I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue to get married in/at. From the outdoor garden to the ballroom to the grand staircase - the entire venue is gorgeous! Also Brielle and Konstantin were both amazing to work with - Brielle had answered all of my questions leading up to the big day. And Konstantin was there for us on the big day - made us feel like even though we were running behind in our personal schedule - he made sure that everything else behind the scenes were running flawlessly. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that while we didn't get to eat the food on the day of - our friends and family had raved about the food to us afterwards!

Hands down the best experience ever. I am so grateful for the Meadow Wood and for Brielle and Constantine. Without these two, literally making this the easiest process from start to end, I’d never been able to do it. They both took such care in making sure I was happy and pleased with every single part of the day. I wish I could have an event there again because I already miss them and the entire experience! If you're looking for a wedding venue look no further!
Having our wedding at The Meadow Wood was a dream! While we were on the hunt for a venue they immediately stood out to us for their hospitality & of course their food's reputation (essential for happy guests!). Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, they remained communicative & positive about our big day. They reassured us that they'd work with the guidelines in place & they did just that! It rained on our wedding day & their team did an excellent job of moving our originally outdoor ceremony space indoor - just minutes before our guests arrived! Their attention to detail ensured a smooth day & they dealt with the inevitable hiccups like the weather seamlessly. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Go to the meadow wood!
Words can NOT express how grateful we are to the amazing people at the Meadow Wood (Brielle A & Chris R). Our wedding was cancelled twice because of the virus. You would think that our plans became hectic...Nope. You would think that our plans became stressful...Nope. The reason why is simple; Brielle and Chris had a desire to make our wedding perfect and it was!
They took all the stress on themselves and let us simply enjoy.
Almost 1 month since our wedding and we are still getting calls from people saying that it was the best wedding they were ever at...AND THE FOOD...people are even asking me to find out from Brielle if she can get the recipes for such dishes as the lamb, shrimp on a stick, crab Rangoon, scallops, the beef seasoning and on and on. So many people stated that this wasn't just the best "wedding food" they ever had, it was some of the best food they have ever eaten anywhere...period!
Go there once, meet with Brielle and you will quickly discover that no place else comes close...trust me, we looked at 16 places.

I always dreamt of my perfect wedding and the Meadow Wood SURPASSED IT!!!!!! My guests, my family, my husband and myself felt welcome, were treated like royalty and they bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly and we were happy! Fell in love with this place the moment they showed us what the renovations would look like. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Their renovations were breathtaking. We could not be happier that we chose to have our big day here. The staff were super accommodating throughout the entire process of planning our big day and the food was unbelievable. They really know how to put on an amazing wedding and people are still telling us how gorgeous the place was / how phenomenal the food was. Truly we are so grateful. A dream come true
Our wedding on 11/22/2019 at the Meadow Wood in the Laurel Ballroom well exceeded anything that we could dream up on our own. Our guests keep calling and texting us about how gorgeous the venue was, what an amazing time they had, the fantastic service, and most importantly how much they LOVED the food. All of the staff were amazing. Special shoutouts to Stef (Maitre D), Dawn (our saleswoman and head coordinator, plus her awesome assistant, Linda and Brielle for help the day of), Maribel (our bridal attendant), Chef Valarie for honoring and perfecting our special requests on the menu, and bartending team for all their hard work and doing an all star job on the “His” and “Her” specialty drinks that my husband and I provided recipes for. They were displayed on tables to welcome our guests and tasted amazing. It may be a while until I have some professional photos, but I will attach the photos I have for the time being. Thank you all for helping to make our wedding a dream come true. Wow! Let me tell you! This venue was stunning, jaw dropping when you make your entrance. We used the room upstairs because we didn’t have 100+ guests, it looked amazing. We only had to book the venue, the limo, the florist, and the dj, and the room was just spectacular. I had this fear that it would be plain and no one would be happy but when we entered the room the first time, just wow! Everyone raves to this day, 2 weeks later about the room, the food, the music. It was just a beautiful wedding and the photos are just amazing of the grand staircase. I worked with two people at the meadow wood, oh and to boot, the outside area for photos was just spectacular. They really came through for us

An inside look at Perfection
My husband and I both worked at The Meadowwood growing up. He spent many years working there before they were even open. Having worked countless weddings, we knew exactly what we wanted, and what we didn't want for our own special day. After working hundreds of weddings there, my husband was adamant that we do something different and look at other venues to make it special. However, after searching other venues throughout north New Jersey, he finally came around and realized they could not compare to Meadowwood. We knew the attention to detail, amazing service, and unbeatable menu that Meadowwood has to offer. They were able to create such an amazing day for us that did not compare to any wedding we worked in the past. The sales staff and the owners made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The servers were extremely attentive and my bridal attendant Yami and our maitre d' did an outstanding job making sure everything was perfect for us. Their new cocktail hour menu was such a huge hit with all of our guests that we are still hearing compliments over a month later. Not only was the quality of the food amazing, the quantity was unbelievable. With food being our number 1 priority we can safely say Meadowwood greatly exceeded our expectations. I could go on and on but it would just be more of the same: me talking about how amazing Meadowwood is! There is no doubt in my mind that we picked the perfect venue for our perfect day!

I can not say enough wonderful things about the Meadow Wood Manor. Our wedding this past October was nothing short of a dream come true. So many of my guests told me it was one of, if not the best weddings they had ever been to. Everyone stated that the food was wonderful and no one could get over how much food there was at cocktail hour. The staff is friendly and wonderful and they cater to everything you could ask for. From start to finish they are there for you, they are very responsive to emails and they make sure that you have everything you need. Day of I was assigned a bridal attendant that catered to my every need.
I would 1000% recommend booking this venue for your wedding day as I wish I could relive this night again!! You will not be disappointed at all!

I learned about Meadow Wood Manor through a close friend who highly recommended the venue to me. I am very pleased I listened to her recommendation and could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding. It's absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced! The staff are amazing and extremely attentive on day of the wedding. I worked with Mary Ellen throughout my whole planning and she is so kind and very helpful. I loved how they only do one wedding at a time here. My guests were very pleased. They loved the beauty of the venue and could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. MWM is absolutely beautiful.. the staircase is breath taken... Maryellen (our wedding coordinator) was so helpful in every step we needed to take, to make our day so special. We had our wedding at Meadow Wood Manor in March 2018; it was fantastic from start to finish including top notch service. From the moment I toured the facility, I fell in love (the homemade baked cookies served to us that day also helped). Not only is the facility beautiful; the employee’s customer service is superb. My husband saw the venue on a different day than I did; the team at Meadow Wood greeted him by name and even asked where I was. Their attention to detail is outstanding! Once we booked the venue, they never disappointed; always answering my questions and responding efficiently and quickly. They were very responsive during the planning and made sure every detail was exactly what we wanted.
All the people we encountered at Meadow Wood, the Sales Manager, event coordinators, waitstaff, bartenders and everyone we met were dedicated to helping us to have the best wedding ever and treated us like we were a part of their family. During our wedding reception, we had a personal attendant who helped to make sure that we got fed, and was there every time I turned around needing something (including bustling my dress which took a lot of time since my Maid of Honor was unable to bend down)
The day of the wedding went off flawlessly thanks to the amazing staff! The cocktail hour had endless amounts of food (my guests are still raving about the food!). It was truly one of the best weddings and everyone had an amazing time (we didn’t want the night to end).
Words cannot express how grateful we are to Meadow Wood Manor, and preferred vendors that we hired. Our wedding day was a dream come true and executed flawlessly. They know what they are doing and are committed to making their clients happy. We will be using Meadow Wood Manor again for future events!

My experience with Meadow Wood Manor was absolutely amazing! I could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding to be. The facility is stunning, the food is astounding, and the way the people treat there is amazing. Mary Ellen was a huge help right from the get go. She made Meadow Wood Manor feel like home from the moment we walked in, and from that first visit, I knew I needed my wedding to be there. Also, on the day of my wedding I had an attendant who made sure I ate, and even brought me food and anything else I needed. Our wedding at Meadow Wood Manor was so wonderful we are trying to convince our recently engaged friends to have their wedding there. Lastly, the price for everything you get is unbeatable. My husband and I knew from our first appointment that we had found the right place. We had visited other venues prior to our appointment and by far the MWM stood out from the rest. May Ellen took her time to talk to us and listened to everything we had to say, which made it feel like the type of place that really takes care of you as friends would do.
Leading up to the wedding, we had the pleasure of attending their annual dinner and it was great meeting the owner and the staff. Everyone was so nice and genuinely happy to be there which were all great indications of how the wedding day would be.
On the day of the wedding, everything was amazing! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of us and our guests the way they did. A big shout out to Dan and Yami who made sure my husband and I had food and drinks at all times. Our friends and family have complimented us on the venue, staff, the awesome cocktail hour and how much fun they had. Thank you so much MWM, you made our day so special and stress-free! You guys are the best!

Our experience with MWM for our wedding reception was phenomenal. From the day we toured through our big day, we were very pleased with everything. Mary Ellen was always willing to answer any questions we had, and her responses were prompt. Everyone was always so accommodating with any changes we wanted to make before the big day (soft pretzels to go, chardonnay instead of champagne, timeline changes, etc.). The winter wedding package was such a great deal--taxes, gratuity, DJ, and photobooth all included. We had a lot of decorations, and MWM set them up just like we wanted! Everyone was blown away by our food at cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert, especially the 50s Station! Guests also thought the venue was very classy and elegant and that it was one of the best receptions they'd attended. Staff were so helpful and even extended cocktail hour for us so my husband and I could attend. In addition to the great food, the venue was so beautiful. Dan was our maitre'd, and he was phenomenal! He explained everything beforehand and made sure we knew what was going on. My bridal attendant seemed a bit uninvolved compared to what I was expecting, though. Infinity Entertainment did a great job. The only cons to our experience were not being told which box had our cake top (so it was put into a car sideways and not refrigerated) and my missing toss bouquet and my husband's second boutonniere. We were never told his boutonniere had been moved, and my florist claimed she had someone bring in my toss bouquet even though another assistant originally told MWM I didn't have one. The florist suspects it was used for decoration elsewhere, so I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened, but MWM made me a bouquet from excess flowers so I could still do my toss. That meant a lot and shows they go the extra mile for clients. Overall, we couldn't imagine having our reception elsewhere. Such a wonderful experience, and we are so thankful for everything MWM did to make our day perfect.

We decided on Meadow Wood Manor as soon as we looked at it. I had been to 7 other venues before them, and all the other venues rushed you through for their next appointment or could not give us everything that Meadow Wood was including in their price. When I first met with Mary Ellen, she spent 2 hours walking us around, going over the menu, and answering all the questions that I had. She is the only person at any venue who told us about event insurance since we were having our wedding in the winter. I brought my husband back to see it, and he was sold as well. In my opinion, this is how a business should be run because they are concerned and interested in each client rather than the bottom line. We got several compliments about the wait staff, which is one of the many reasons we picked Meadow Wood Manor. They do not train their waiters as a banquet hall might, but they trained them as if it is a restaurant so they are extremely attentive to the tables they are assigned to and will bring a guest another drink without even being asked. Dan, our maître d’, was always checking up on us and making sure that we had everything we needed and saw all of our rooms before guests were let in, which was a nice gesture. My bridal attendant was extremely helpful especially when my bustle broke. It is nice to be the only wedding there. It has a nice homey feel, which I know is how they designed it to be one giant home. Our guest really liked having the center room to talk and caught up with each other. I cannot tell you the number of compliments we have receive about Meadow Wood. They made the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend the Meadow Wood to anyone!! Thank you for help making our night so special!!!

From our first visit the Meadow Wood Manor exceeded our expectations. Their sales staff and owner were incredibly helpful through out the planning process and were willing to work out every single detail up until our event. The staff is well organized, which made it easy to communicate and create our perfect reception and stood out among the other vendors we looked at.
We opted to use their vendor and decoration package. They did an amazing job creating a beautiful reception that was warm and inviting. The staff even used all of my handmade decorations and other items I had left them.They allowed my husband and I to be the first ones into the ballroom and had our photographer ready to take our picture as we entered, which was such a nice touch.
Our reception was incredible. The timing of cocktails, dinner, and dessert was perfect and made for a lot of time on the dance floor. Their day of staff did an exceptional job making sure we were taken care of all night. The staff helped me with my dress before we entered our reception and continued to assist me the remainder of the evening. They provided us food and drinks up in the suite before our event started and I never had to ask for any thing all night. They even kept our dinner plates hot while we were visiting guest tables.
The food was outstanding. I enjoyed everything from cocktails to dessert. Our cake was made by their baker at Gourmet Touch Bakery and was wonderful. We specially asked for a white chocolate martini as our signature drink. It was great. They even decorated the glasses with flavored sugar. We have received nothing but compliments about everything.

We had an amazing experience at the Meadow Wood Manor! All our guests raved about the service, the grounds and the food. The staff was extremely flexible with our requests leading up to our NYE wedding and my husband and I did not have to think about a thing all night during the reception. Everyone took great care of us, we didn’t have to lift a finger! Exceeded our expectations in every possible way, we can’t wait to come back for our anniversary dinner. We had the best night ever!

From first meeting with Nancy to our Wedding, Meadow Wood Manor exceeded all expectations! We met 3 times before our big day and shared plenty of emails, phone calls and text messages in between. (My mom mostly stayed in contact with was wonderful). We used Meadow Wood for our caterer since we had a barn reception. Their food was out of this world and the service was incredible. AJ and I were treated like a King and Queen! I was amazed at how organized everything was and how all the staff was at ease in a different barn setting. We had a beautiful rustic looking bar they made and set up for us and they even stocked our favorite drinks for our guests to enjoy. The waffle sundae bar was a huge hit! We received a ton of compliments from our guests and EVERYONE was happy. Could not have asked for a better day or better service. THANK YOU!

We had our wedding at the Meadow Wood Manor on October 15, 2016 and it was perfect, including the weather. The Meadow Wood Manor was amazing, on many levels. First, the venue itself is gorgeous, and most of our guests were amazed that such a “hidden gem” was right in their backyard. Secondly, their customer service was excellent - from the initial meeting, to the wedding day, and beyond. From the initial meeting they emphasized that they wanted our wedding to be unique to us. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding wasn’t just a cookie cutter affair but that it embodied our personalities, cultures, families, and friends. Being procrastinators, it could have been frustrating to the staff to work with us, but instead they tactfully and professionally helped us to stay on schedule, which allowed us to enjoy our special day and guests.
It has been a year since our wedding and our guests are still talking about the amazing day and the Meadow Wood Manor, especially the amazing cocktail stations. We highly recommend the Meadow Wood Manor.

After visiting a dozen venues and ultimately deciding on Meadow Wood Manor, we could not have made a better choice for our daughter's wedding. Our guests continue to rave about every single aspect of this evening. The quality of cocktail hour foods, entrees, and dessert stations were exceptional as was the service. The personnel at this venue were professional, efficient, detail oriented, and followed up on every aspect of our 200 person wedding - from inception right through to the end. Even the bridal attendants went out of their way, running to the store to get my husband suspenders! Incredible venue.

Our wedding on September 29th, 2017 was absolutely incredible thanks to Meadow Wood Manor. We had our ceremony on-site in the outdoor patio area which was beautifully kept as a floral garden. Our guests gave so many compliments about how romantic the setting looked. The cocktail hour was AMAZING. The room the cocktail hour is held in is very elegant, but of course the food is the best part. Our guests told us it was the best cocktail hour they have ever had and rated it above a 10! The staff at MWM were amazing with bringing my husband and I plates of all the foods served at cocktail hour so we didn't miss a thing. The reception was equally as elegant and the food...incredible. The chocolate fountain desert bar was the perfect end to the night. Honestly, the staff at Meadow Wood Manor really made the night great. They were highly responsive, professional, kind and caring in a genuine way. Our bridal attendant, Maribel, was super attentive, very helpful, and really fun to be with which helped with wedding day nervousness. Our Maitre D Dan was awesome, really kind and responsive to all of our needs. Our guests also raved about the attentiveness of the service staff and how perfect everything was. We so grateful we found Meadow Wood Manor and highly recommend it!

I had read so many 5 star reviews for Meadow Wood and thought to myself how good could it be? Well... I had my daughter's wedding there this past weekend and it was PERFECTION! If you have never been to a wedding there as I have not, your first glance does not do this place justice. It's a beautiful place but let me tell you it's a whole different ballgame the day of the wedding. The warmth and ambience of Meadow Wood is something I had never experienced before. You feel like you are walking into someone's grand home. You are handed a welcoming signature drink over the beautiful grand staircase while you walk around and see personal photos and momentos of the bride and groom. You will then experience one of the best cocktail hours you will ever have in your life. From the lobster and macaroni, carving stations of lamb and prime beef, the mashed potato bar, the sliders stations, seafood station, INCREDIBLE. The reception room is beautiful with its elegant chandeliers and plenty of room for dancing for our 175 guests. Dinner was excellent. After dinner you walk into the room next door where you have many Delicous items to choose from ,plus a fantastic selection of cordials to end your wonderful evening. We are from Bergen County. Venue prices are insane here.!The value alone is enough to go to Meadow Wood. But it's much more then that. The customer service from Mary Ellen, Jeff and their fantastic team makes this place stand out. Everyone told us that night it was the best wedding they had ever been to, not only for the great food but the outstanding service from the staff. We are extremely grateful to everyone at Meadow Wood for making this day so special and memorable for all of us!

I would give the Meadow Wood Manor 10+ stars if I could. From the minute we walked through the doors at our first meeting to the final minute of our wedding day, we were impressed. From start to finish, the sales manager and event coordinator Mary Ellen was extremely helpful and responsive with all of my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to work within our budget, make sure all of our requests were met, and paid attention to every detail. Our guests cannot stop raving about our wedding day! From the decor, to the food, to the service - everything was phenomenal! Many people have told us it's the best cocktail hour and food they've ever experienced at a wedding! The sea bass was cooked perfectly! We chose filet mignon since that's typically a crowd pleaser, but the chef specially prepared the NY strip for my husband. The staff was SO attentive to our every need, especially our maitre d' and bridal attendant. Even when my bustle broke late into the night, she was right there to help fix it! My husband was especially impressed that the owner, Jeff Beers was there to meet with us at our initial visit and attend our wedding reception. During cocktail hour, he greeted us in the bridal suite with a gigantic platter of the most delicious lobster we've ever tasted! As a graphic designer, I wanted to design my own stationery including place cards and menus, and I was very specific about the placement of our items and decor. I was so impressed when I saw everything was set up exactly as described. The staff at the Meadow Wood truly pays attention to every detail! I can only hope that we'll be lucky enough to attend a wedding at the Meadow Wood Manor as guests some day. They are an affordable option without sacrificing quality and service! From the first phone call with Meadow Wood, Mary Ellen was super responsive and helpful. Their service, combined with their extensive menu, had us hooked. They're really supportive and flexible throughout the whole planning process. Fast forward to wedding day - WOW. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food. The cocktail hour room has plentiful seating for everyone, and I think one of the best selections of food in the area. The reception room was done beautifully, and the dinner was raved about by everyone. And the dessert is out of this world. Every person on staff was attentive, friendly and kind. They took care of everything imaginable. We didn't have to worry about or deal with anything, leaving us to enjoy our wedding night until the very end.
I highly recommend you check out the Meadow Wood Manor - it is a beautiful place, with wonderful food and amazing staff. You won't regret it.

Large cocktail hour and then 4 course receptive with a full dessert room. Open bar for everyone. Cost was affordable and slightly less than places around it especially if you pick an off time. We had only looked at one other venue, because once we looked at Meadow Wood we knew this was the only option for us. Right off the bat everyone made us feel like our wedding would be personal and intimate, not like a lot of other venues looking for a check. They truly care about every little detail of the day to make it perfect for you and your family. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way. They were incredibly accommodating in every way imaginable and I truly cannot stress enough how amazing everything was here. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was. SO many people came up to us that day and days following, telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Every single person I worked with there throughout the planning process was so kind and open to any suggestion we had. They truly made their venue feel like home to us that day. I could not be happier that we chose the Meadow Wood Manor for our big day! From the very first day we met with Mary Ellen she did nothing but accommodate and fulfill our every request. The Meadow Wood was incredibly flexible, and extremely helpful; taking time and care to answer every question we had. The staff at the MWM is incredible, everyone from the owner, to the chef, to the wait staff took their time to meet with us to help ensure our day would be perfect. I have received a lot of feedback from many guests about how attentive the staff was throughout the entire night. Our bridal attendants were phenomenal and took care of our every single need, and anticipated what those needs might be. They made sure we had favorite items from the cocktail hour at our sweetheart table so that we didn't miss a thing. I am still receiving rave reviews about the cocktail hour, and all of the food throughout the entire night. I have been told that it was the best cocktail hour people had ever been to, my dad said the sea bass entree was the best he's ever had, and my father in law is still talking about the filet mignon. My cousin even made a point to come and tell me how amazing the vegan entree they made for him was. People always remember the food, and we could not be happier with the food at the Meadow Wood Manor. My husband and I are hoping we can attend a wedding at the MWM as guests in the future! We would recommend the MWM to anyone we could, they are truly the best!

Meadow Wood Manor made our wedding day unforgettable. Numerous guests approached us afterwards telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. Additionally, Meadow Wood Manor was accommodating when we had last minute changes and when we did not meet our minimum guest count. I would not hesitate to recommend MWM to any engaged couple searching for their perfect wedding venue, and my new husband and I are hopeful that we'll have the opportunity to attend another event at MWM.

Meadow Wood Manor helped make everything perfect for our wedding day. We had our ceremony and reception there. From the day we had our tour my husband and I knew it was the perfect place for us. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating from start to finish. I suffer from a shellfish allergy and the majority of the passed hors d'oeuvres contained shellfish. The Chef sat with my husband and I and reworked the whole thing that way I could enjoy cocktail hour without worry. The day of, my bridal attendant and matire'd made sure my husband and I ate and had whatever we needed or wanted throughout the night. Service overall was great. Everything was perfect!

I can't describe how amazing meadow wood was to us, Meadow wood gave me my dream wedding. The people at meadow wood are very friendly and helpful, the response time from the staff was amazing ! Within mintues they were able to answer my questions. The service was outstanding, the food mouth watering, the rooms beautiful!. Thank you meadow wood for everything !!!!

The team at Meadow Wood Manor worked together so seamlessly to create a picture perfect wedding. They helped with setting up for the reception with decorations provided by my husband and I, were very knowledgeable and doted on us to ensure we had an amazing time.

There was not one thing that the Meadow Wood Manor could have done better! Everything was fantastic! From Mary Ellen and everyone helping before the wedding, to everyone there the day of, there was not one minute I wasn't amazed by them. I still have guests telling me that this was the best wedding service they have ever seen. The food was outstanding and I would recommend this place to everyone I talk to!

From the minute we toured Meadow Wood we knew this would be our venue. They were very attentive to all of our needs and wants for our wedding day and let us pick special menu items to make it our own. Our guests RAVED not only about the food but the service and attentiveness they received from the staff the night of our wedding. The amount of food served throughout the night is outrageous and it is all so delicious! Meadow Wood is a dream wedding venue!!

We picked the Meadow Wood Manor because of the food, and we were not disappointed! Our attendant was Gloria-and she was amazing! Jeff, Mary Ellen, and the Meadow Wood staff made it easy to plan a wedding from out of state, went out of their way to accommodate our unique ideas, and were so friendly the entire time. We had no worries or issues with them while planning or on our wedding day. Now we are just hoping that someone else we know gets married there so we can enjoy it again!

My husband and I were so happy that we chose the Meadow Wood Manor for our wedding. All of the staff, those who helped us before the wedding as well as those at our wedding, was wonderful. They took care of everything we asked for and the food was outstanding. I still have guests raving about the food 6 months later. There was not one thing I could find fault with. It is a great price for what you get.

I loved absolutely Meadow Wood Manor, there is nothing I would change. The staff was on top of every single detail from the day we hired them, until I walked out at the end of the night. My guests talked about how impressed they were for months afterwards. The food was outstanding, the place is beautiful, and they made the day perfect. They only host one event at a time so you are waited on hand and foot, I felt. I could go on for hours about how wonderful they are.

We were so happy we chose to have our wedding at Meadow Wood Manor. So much was included in our wedding package. Their service was outstanding during our reception and we are still getting so many comments on how good the food was from our guest.

My now husband and I actually met working at Meadow Wood Manor over 8 years ago (he was a runner & I was a server!) We dated almost the entire time we worked there and once we got engaged we knew there was no other place in the world we wanted to get married. We chose Meadow Wood Manor for the staff, the incredible food, the attention to detail, and the awareness of each and every guest. The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE (we should know we were part of it!) but being on the other side of things made us realize even more how inexplicably special each staff member is. From the hostess greeting each guest, to the servers and runners who work tirelessly to make sure everything is perfect and each guest is the happiest they could possibly be, to our AMAZING bridal attendants Gloria & Alli - who tended to us and our bridal party every minute of the evening. Next is the owner, Jeff, who makes sure that everything is going smoothly and is there to personally check on the guests at each table after dinner is served. Our Matre'd Donald was beyond incredible - making sure there was not ONE thing we wanted or needed throughout our night. My husband and I chose Meadow Wood because we wanted our guests to feel as special as we did for them spending their night with us - Meadow Wood Manor made that happen. The FOOD oh my goodness - the choices are endless and magnificent - all of our guests were full by the end of cocktail hour (something we heard every event we worked over 8 years - and it held true with our guests too!) The grounds are incredible - the large romantic staircase, the warm welcoming lobby you can decorate with your own photos to make it feel like your living room, the grand ballroom which has breathtaking chandeliers - all while still maintaining this feeling of warmth and coziness. There will never be enough words to explain how perfect Meadow Wood Manor is and how absolutely perfect they make each and every person feel at each and every event.

HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE! Don't spend one more second considering any other place. The venue itself is gorgeous. It feels cozy and homey while still providing plenty of room for all of your guests to move around comfortably. The staff is beyond amazing - every single one of them. Mary Ellen was a pleasure to work with from the day we visited through our reception. All of the bartenders, wait staff, etc were exceptional and knew appropriate etiquette, etc. It is evident the MWM trains their staff and this is important at such a large event. Now, onto the FOOD. The food is amazing. Everyone is STILL talking about our cocktail hour, the dinner and ALL of the desserts. We had small children at our wedding, and they had a blast downstairs in the kids room playing games.
The unique thing about the MWM is that it was built specifically for weddings by people that have been in the catering and restaurant business for years and years; so they knew exactly what they wanted and exactly what they are doing. Everything ran so smoothly. I could not have been happier to have my wedding here, and I cannot recommend it enough!!!

I can't say enough good things about the meadow wood manor! My wedding was in August and people are still talking about how much they loved the place. The cocktail hour is honestly the best cocktail hour I've ever been to (many of my guests said the same) and even the dinner was fabulous (which is typically where I think many venues are just mediocre). The entire venue is beautifully decorated and the layout just flows. I also got married on site and I loved the outdoor area. All of the staff I dealt with throughout the process were polite, helpful and friendly. I keep hoping someone else I know will get married here so I can attend a wedding as a guest!

Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception at Meadow Wood Manor in May 2016. We are so very happy they chose Meadow Wood. It was an absolutely perfect evening. Everything went so smoothly with the help of Connie and so many others there. The owner was present throughout the entire evening making sure we had everything we needed.
The place is gorgeous! The grand staircase was perfect for picture taking and added to the ambiance as guests walked in and were offered a choice of drinks that the bride and groom chose. The Meadow Wood also offers an elevator to take you down to the restrooms or up to the private rooms for the bridal party if needed.
The cocktail hour was amazing. The food just kept coming and many tables were filled with delicious appetizers with plenty of room for our guests to sit and enjoy themselves. One of the servers walked around with a deliciously huge lobster platter that many of our friends and family talked about weeks later. The dinner choices were great with large portions and there was a large variety of desserts as well. There was plenty of room in the banquet room with a dance floor that was a very good size to accommodate everyone.
Meadow Wood delivered on everything we agreed on from the color of linen choices and extra décor they provided to the placement of personal décor we provided. All in all, everyone had a terrific time and the bride and groom had a very memorable wedding reception. We would recommend Meadow Wood Manor as the perfect choice for any special occasion.
