The Castle at Rockwall is an elegant, vintage-style wedding venue located in Rockwall, Texas. This picturesque castle offers couples 8,000 square feet of event space on their 10-acre property. You’ll have the option of multiple indoor and outdoor options for both your ceremony and reception. The Castle at Rockwall will treat you like royalty, and ensure your vision comes to life.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 350 guests at this unique venue. If you prefer an outdoor affair, they offer the option of a covered veranda surrounded by lush landscaping, a stunning outdoor garden area or a wrought iron gazebo. These beautiful locations also make for great photo opportunities. For an indoor celebration, The Castle at Rockwall offers luxurious architecture, an ornate balcony and a stone fireplace. You can greet your guests in their grand foyer, and then dance the night away in their Great Hall. Another option is their Banquet Hall, which features intricate details, large windows and French doors that open up to their veranda. There’s an intimate chapel for a small ceremony, or to display your cake and desserts. For cocktail hour, your guests can congregate in their pub, which boasts comfortable benches and bar stools and a fun photo booth.
*We now also offer on-site accommodations!* We have 6 newly renovated suites available for booking on the night of your wedding day for you and a selection of your guests!

Services Offered
This one-of-a-kind venue offers event planning services and event rentals to ensure your celebration is a success. There are on-site dressing rooms, which include a full bathroom, closet, patio, mini-fridge and plenty of comfortable seating. Each couple will have full access to the whole venue with their wedding package, along with tables, chairs and ivory linens. For an additional fee, you can add-on photography, speciality linens, a stage and/or cake stands. Additional services include:

A Night To Remember

Wow! This venue was perfect for my daughters wedding. Angela was AMAZING! She was with us from day 1 and answered all our questions very quickly. I really liked the ease of payment for the venue. We divided it into 4 payments and it was all done online. Another aspect to the financial part that was nice was that everything was included in the price. You get the venue, tables, chairs, linens, etc. There are some things you can add but you do not have to. We decorated the tables ourselves. We added some flowers and a few decorations to bring in our theme but the venue is so beautiful that not much else is needed. The bride and groom rooms are comfortable and spacious and easily accessible. We added the photo booth and based on the number of people that did it - it was a hit. You can bring in your own vendors (or they have suggestions) into the venue except for the caterer. You do NOT have to worry about the food though. There are so many choices and it was DELICIOUS!! We received so many compliments on the food from our guests. The 'day of' crew did some special things that made a difference such as fixing the bride and groom a plate as well as a couple of guests that had mobility issues. I could not say enough about how special our day was and how great The Castle at Rockwall is. I highly recommend it!

Made for a King and Queen

My husband was instantly sold on having a castle venue! Went to an open tour and were just amazed at how beautiful The Castle was! And a major bonus, its a freaking beautiful castle, so now much was needed in terms of decor.

We took one of the fill up dates for June 2019, but due to covid we postponed to December and it was a very easy process. I've been told we were very lucky with how they handled it. We didn't get jerked around or anything I've heard other couples had to go through with postponing. So that in itself was lovely.

Angela was very quick to respond to any emails we sent during the planning process. They were great to work with.

The day of was perfect and our guests loved being in a castle. The food was also delicious! The groom and bridal suites were very cozy and a lovely way to spend the day relaxing.

If you're looking for a fairy tale venue, The Castle at Rockwall is the place to go!

No need for decoration!

The venue it self is already gorgeous it doesn’t need to be decorate a lot. I love the venue!! it made me feel like a princess!

Beautiful!

The venue is absolutely beautiful and Angela is so great! She helped us with everything when planning our wedding, she was patient when we changed things last minute, and was so accommodating leading up to our big day! The venue itself was stunning and all you needed was a few decorations to make it sparkle and bring your wedding vision to life! All of our guest had the best time, raved about how gorgeous everything was and how amazing the food was (Beyond the Box Catering)! Our dream wedding happened here 9.21.2019 and we will always recommend the Castle and working with Angela specifically!

Easiest Day of Our Life

I can’t express how much we and all of our guests LOVED this venue. Angela keeps things moving w/ease and Julia was the sweetest and most helpful! Our guests raved about the food and how stunning the venue is! You need very minimal decorations. They took care of everything and took great of us! Thank you for making our day special!

Dream come true!

We got married here 12/1/2018 and it was perfect! He proposed out front so it made choosing our wedding venue pretty easy. All my guests raved about how beautiful the architecture was and everyone LOVED the photo booth. We got our pictures back 2 days after the wedding so it was a great turnaround time! The bride and groom suites are very roomy. They come with a full bathroom so you can shower if needed. I was worried about having so many people in the suites with us but they were very spacious and was not an issue on the day of. Angela, our contact, was very helpful with our many questions and visits leading up to the day of. I highly recommend this venue!

Our Wedding 10/13/18

Getting married at The Castle was a fairy tale dream come true. It was the 1st venue we looked at and we immediately knew it was the perfect one for us. As we drove up for our 1st tour I couldn’t stop smiling and as we walked around I could visualize exactly how our wedding would look. We were married on 10/13/18 and (even though the day was rainy, we were drenched while unloading all of items to set up, and there was a leak at the front door) our day was flawless once we were inside and set up we were in a fairy tale. The gentleman who was there was extremely helpful and accommodating. Also working with Angela throughout the process was stress free as she ensured all of our questions were answered. As we were eating dinner the ceremony room was “flipped” into the dance floor with our DJ setting up in front of the fireplace with two tables on each side allowing plenty of room for tons of dancing! We loved photo booth and separate bar area as we had ample room to set up a “trick or treat” goodie table for our guests to grab sweet treats while filling up their glasses. We had so much fun we weren’t ready for our reception to end nor were our guests. I’ve always heard to be prepared because something will go wrong but I can honestly say our wedding was PERFECTION and our dream come true in this GORGEOUS venue!

We had a DREAM wedding at The Castle! The value was a big factor for us. They gave us 12 hours plus one hour for our vendors to load out, time for an engagement shoot, an hour for a rehearsal, the in-house photobooth (a GREAT HIT with our guests) and they never hesitated to answer any questions in all the months leading up to the big day. They even worked with us to let us in the facility early on our wedding day to do the rehearsal that same day. We had a fairly large guest list (135 people) and there was plenty of space for everyone to have fun. We also got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on the venue from everyone, and it made the perfect backdrop for all our photos. Honestly can't say enough good things.

Not only is this venue unique and private, but it really made our wedding day feel like a fairytale. The staff is wonderful and responsive. Everything was perfect the day of the wedding. It does book quickly so be prepared for that. If you are looking for a venue that is gorgeous, private, and wonderful to work with the castle is what you want.
