Knotting Hill Place

I live in California and knew long before I got engaged that I was going to want to find a venue that was indoors (the uncertainty of weather was something I wasn't willing to deal with). I had always dreamed of a glam, elegant, "fairytale" venue and unfortunately in California, finding a venue that was both indoors AND glitzy/glam was difficult to come by.

When I stumbled across KHP online a few months before I got engaged, it really was love at first sight. So much so, that even the online tour brought tears to my eyes. I knew it was what I had always envisioned and hoped for.

Fast forward to getting engaged and convincing my fiancé to fly to TX to tour KHP - when we drove through those gates we both instantly knew this was it (I was so relieved he loved the venue just as much as I did). We agreed, if we were going to have all of our family and friends fly to TX for our wedding (a destination wedding to TX....uh random?!), the venue was going to need to be spectacular and unlike anything they had seen before...and KHP was just that.

Every detail about the venue is stunning. I personally loved the ceremony room (that's what really sold me), and the reception room with the grand chandeliers truly is breathtaking. I had always dreamed of walking through big doors for the ceremony entrance, and the reception entrance walking down the gorgeous staircase was another "fairytale" moment I'll never forget. Everything about the venue was elegant, and not to mention, every detail was well thought out. The grooms suite and the bridal suite were other major selling points for us - they were the perfect rooms to spend the morning of in...and me being a type A bride, especially loved the TV where I could see everything getting set up downstairs. ;) We also loved how many rental items KHP offered us (if you're contemplating the dance floor or cold sparks...DO IT!).

We worked with Kiarah Freeman as our KHP rep and she was FABULOUS. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and really helped make sure our day was nothing short of perfection. (THANK YOU KIARAH - you're the best)!!!

Our overall experience working with the KHP team honestly couldn't have been better. We felt so taken care, and were so proud to show off such an incredible venue to all of our family and friends. Everyone was absolutely in awe of Knotting Hill and it was everything we ever could have dreamed of, and more. The best decision we made was selecting Knotting Hill as our venue and we're forever grateful for everyone that made it such a magical day.

KHP was a beautiful venue for our wedding! The getting ready space was large enough to easily accommodate our large wedding party. The ceremony and reception space were perfectly sized for our 100+ guests. We also didn't need to work with a 3rd party rental company since the KHP catalogue had everything we were looking for.

Madelyn was our month of coordinator and main POC and she could not have done a better job! She was incredibly responsive, always took note of our feedback and preferences, and made wedding day so easy. She handled all of our decor setup and cleanup and made interacting with vendors a breeze!

From the moment we toured Knotting Hill, we immediately knew it was where we wanted to get married. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but the convenience of having such an incredible team and trusted vendors all working together made the entire planning process so much easier.

Madelyn was our coordinator and month-of planner, and she, along with the entire Knotting Hill team, were truly amazing. From helping us map out the timeline of our wedding day to making sure every detail flowed seamlessly, we genuinely did not have to worry about a single thing. Anything we needed was taken care of, often before we even had to ask.

Our wedding night turned out even better than we could have imagined, and we truly believe that was because of the beautiful venue, incredible staff, and the amazing vendors that work directly with Knotting Hill. They made our day feel effortless and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

We could not recommend Knotting Hill enough to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue. We are so grateful to the entire team for making our wedding day so unforgettable!

We absolutely LOVED KHP! We especially loved working with Madelyn, who made our planning process so much easier. She was responsive to all of our questions in the months before, and ended up being our month of coordinator. She helped bring our wedding day vision to life, and it was perfect! Also the venue was absolutely stunning, and it speaks for itself. Photo spots were an important consideration for me, and KHP has great spots all over their property. 10/10 recommend this venue!

All budget needs, value for what you spend and service of the staff throughout our experience was excellent. Mollie, our coordinator was nothing but a rock star from our first visit at the venue to being our coordinator on wedding day. This venue is beautiful, inside and out. Whether your wedding is indoors our outdoors, you’re guaranteed to have beautiful scenery surrounding you the whole day. Such a vibe!

Knotting Hill Place was absolutely beautiful and truly the perfect setting for our celebration. The venue itself is breathtaking, but what made our experience even better was the team behind it.

A special thank you to Kennedy, Zach and Madelyn for walking us through the MANY changes we made throughout the planning process. We changed our minds, adjusted details and had quite a few moving pieces along the way, and they remained patient, professional and helpful through it all.

On the day of our event, seeing everything finally come together was emotional. The property was gorgeous, the ballroom looked incredible and our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Our photos are stunning, and Knotting Hill gave us exactly the elegant and romantic atmosphere we wanted.

Planning a wedding comes with a lot of decisions and changes, so having a venue team willing to work with you through the process really matters. We are so grateful for our experience and for everyone who helped make our day so special.

The BEST venue for our wedding day! Their team (I worked with Megan specifically) was super responsive, organized, and helpful during the entire planning process. I don't have one complaint, truly! And the venue is so beautiful I'm even more in love as I start to see my wedding day photos. The perfect back drop both inside and out!

We truely could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. The location was absolutely stunning as is, but once we used some vendors reccommended by the team at KHP, it truly made that location perfect. Our coordinator, Mollie, was truly the absolute best part of it all. She was so kind and accomodating, and so on top of her game! She was there any time we needed her, no task or question was too big or too small! If I had the chance to change anything about the day, I wouldn't. The KHP team truly made it perfect!
