I live in California and knew long before I got engaged that I was going to want to find a venue that was indoors (the uncertainty of weather was something I wasn't willing to deal with). I had always dreamed of a glam, elegant, "fairytale" venue and unfortunately in California, finding a venue that was both indoors AND glitzy/glam was difficult to come by.
When I stumbled across KHP online a few months before I got engaged, it really was love at first sight. So much so, that even the online tour brought tears to my eyes. I knew it was what I had always envisioned and hoped for.
Fast forward to getting engaged and convincing my fiancé to fly to TX to tour KHP - when we drove through those gates we both instantly knew this was it (I was so relieved he loved the venue just as much as I did). We agreed, if we were going to have all of our family and friends fly to TX for our wedding (a destination wedding to TX....uh random?!), the venue was going to need to be spectacular and unlike anything they had seen before...and KHP was just that.
Every detail about the venue is stunning. I personally loved the ceremony room (that's what really sold me), and the reception room with the grand chandeliers truly is breathtaking. I had always dreamed of walking through big doors for the ceremony entrance, and the reception entrance walking down the gorgeous staircase was another "fairytale" moment I'll never forget. Everything about the venue was elegant, and not to mention, every detail was well thought out. The grooms suite and the bridal suite were other major selling points for us - they were the perfect rooms to spend the morning of in...and me being a type A bride, especially loved the TV where I could see everything getting set up downstairs. ;) We also loved how many rental items KHP offered us (if you're contemplating the dance floor or cold sparks...DO IT!).
We worked with Kiarah Freeman as our KHP rep and she was FABULOUS. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and really helped make sure our day was nothing short of perfection. (THANK YOU KIARAH - you're the best)!!!
Our overall experience working with the KHP team honestly couldn't have been better. We felt so taken care, and were so proud to show off such an incredible venue to all of our family and friends. Everyone was absolutely in awe of Knotting Hill and it was everything we ever could have dreamed of, and more. The best decision we made was selecting Knotting Hill as our venue and we're forever grateful for everyone that made it such a magical day. -

Katelyn is hands down the best when it comes to wedding planning and day of coordination. She took the time to meet with us in person and answer every single question we have without missing a beat. She and her assistant's hard work throughout the wedding day made the whole event flow smoothly and everything went as planned. They are so professional as well as detail oriented that at the end of the day they even helped us pack up all the stuff we brought in without missing a single piece. If you choose Katelyn and her team it's guaranteed it would be nothing short of a perfect wedding which is what all of our guests are saying to us after the event. -

We truly feel so lucky & blessed to have gotten married at Knotting Hill Place. Obviously a huge reason being the gorgeousness & uniqueness of the venue itself, but additionally, the people who work here really put noticeable heart & passion into their work and their couples which in turn only enhanced our excitement for our big day. We worked with Kennedy and she is seriously the best. She always has a huge smile on her face, always greeted us with a hug like we were her family, she listened, she offered advice, she made our planning sessions fun and upbeat. Planning a wedding is no small feat. There can be a lot of stress and & anxiety that comes with the preparation and sometimes that can make you lose sight of the WHY. Working with Kennedy was a breath of fresh air and to see her excitement for us truly kept me reminded of the why behind it all. We are so grateful for our entire experience with the KHP team and we will remember forever. -

Knotting Hill Place is gorgeous. They’re pretty upfront, ask any questions you need! Loved Emily and Holly. Our guests were in awe of the entire venue. Lighting is great! 😊 Even though they have a couple of strict guidelines, they still found ways to be flexible for us - for this I am EXTREMELY grateful. -

Knotting hill place was amazing, the venue is beautiful, the staff is there to make sure you have the best experience with everything. The organization from all the meetings they provide with you, to the communication with the vendors is amazing. I would highly suggest using them for your month of planner if you are planning your own. They go above and beyond for you. -

We had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it was beyond what we dreamed our wedding would be! The venue is absolutely stunning, the pictures are already gorgeous but in person it’s jaw dropping. Their preferred vendors such as colada and catering companies are great to work with and very professional. The staff understood my vision and had great attention to detail! Wish we could get married again so I can experience the venue again. -

Knotting Hill is perfect!
We had the most picture perfect wedding at Knotting Hill! From booking the venue, through planning and the big day, our experience with Knotting Hill was nothing short of top notch. Their communication was kind and professional throughout our entire planning experience, and helpful when it came to booking vendors. We ended up using most of their preferred vendors and I would recommend that for any knotting hill bride. Their preferred teams are all well acquainted and worked so seamlessly together. We used knotting hills day of planner and were paired with Jillian. Jillian was incredible to work with end was the reason we had such a stress free day. She was so sweet but also an excellent communicator and very detail oriented. She was easily accessible, especially on the day of, where she was always there if I needed something. This venue is not only stunning, but so well run that you are guaranteed to have a picture perfect day. I couldn’t possibly say enough how glad I am we went with knotting hill and were able to work with Jillian. I would recommend them to any and every bride! -

I went and looked at a few venues before Knotting Hill and when I visited it, I chose it right on the spot. I don’t think there are enough words to describe how beautiful Knotting Hill is. Our guest couldn’t stop talking about it. On top of the place being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was great also! We had the pleasure of working with Jillian. She was so nice and helpful! We had a couple of things going on and she was able to work with us. I did go to the office a few times and the other ladies assisted me and they were also very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to actually meet the owners but I did have to go through them for a couple of things and they were very sweet and kind. Overall the entire staff was wonderful. We had no problems! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone getting married! Beautiful place! Great people!Knotting Hill Place's reply:

Ask for Jillian!! She was the one who first gave us a tour of KHP when it was all wood. She's super knowledgeable in every aspect of KHP and is responsive to every question you ask (and trust me, I had a ton of questions). This venue is the most gorgeous place and doesn't need much dressing up as it speaks for itself. It's unique, well kept, intentional (even the bridal suite has lockers), and breathtaking. You won't find anything like it in the Dallas area, trust me. It's a little far from things as we had guests coming in from out of town, but if you can workout transportation costs into your budget you're set. I love this place and it was a streamlined day thanks to Jillian and her team!Knotting Hill Place's reply:

After having an opportunity to do our dream wedding at this venue, we know u sweet and why so many couples choose to celebrate their wedding day here. It was such a beautiful venue and the staff especially Mollie made the stressful process of wedding planning a lot more bearable. The venue is beautiful and the extremely classy. Both my husband and I did not regret booking at this venue at all. -

We found Knotting Hill through a friend and went to tour it immediately! We did not tour any other venues and booked our date as soon as we could!! Knotting hill is a beautiful venue with its gorgeous windows and endless options for making your special day the exact way you want it to be! We hired Katelyn for our month of planner and she was THE BEST! She did everything we asked and was always ready to help! She was so bubbly and smiley which helped put us at ease! She rocked the entire night and we couldn’t have done it without her! Book your knotting hill date now and tell them you need Katelyn as your planner!!!!!!! -

This venue is to die for! We had a long engagement but knew from the very start this was the venue for us. It's beautiful, versatile, and absolutely enchanting! Emily was both our venue contact and our event coordinator and was truly the best person. She was always willing to answer questions and made arrangements for everything we needed. She worked tirelessly with our vendor team in the month leading up to the wedding and worked out all the details so we could focus on the smaller things. I can't recommend this place and team enough. -

Having our wedding at Knotting Hill Place was an absolute dream! Our entire experience with the KHP team from start to finish was truly remarkable to say the least. Our KHP rep Annie was amazing and had the most fun personality ever - she was truly a gem to our magical wedding day! From our initial tour of the venue, to the seamless communication leading up to our 30 day meeting and of course day of - KHP did not disappoint and met all of our expectations. My husband and I truly had the most magical day of our lives by having our wedding at KHP. If you're considering having your wedding here, we 10/10 recommend! -

It was love at first sight when I drove up to Knotting Hill Place to tour for the first time. This modern mansion is perfect for any bride wanting something sleek, elegant, and classic. Everything was perfect the day of our wedding. I got so excited any time I was able to visit the venue in order to get everything in place for our big day. The KHP team is great and easy to work with. Emily was our day-of coordinator for the venue itself and the day would not have been possible without her. They keep the venue in perfect condition for every celebration. I hope I'm invited to future weddings and events at KHP because I want to enjoy it all over again as a guest! If I we could celebrate multiple times, I would choose KHP every single time. -

When we first looked at the venue I thought "wow, this has got to be out of our price budget!" However, the more we looked at what was included and comparted where we would save in other places it turned out to be under budget. After the initial decision their whole team made the process enjoyable and easy. Very professional and are willing to hold your hand through it all. On the day of the wedding, the prep work for the venue was already done and it was absolutely magical! I would definitely recommend! -

I could not recommend this place enough. It is stunningly beautiful on its own and the workers there are so nice and professional. The Kims Wedding
KNOTTING HILL PLACE. What is not to LOVE. For me it was an absolute Dream wedding venue. I was fortunate to make it happen and I am so blessed to have had this experience. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, it’s also got the team to back it up. They really are incredibly helpful and professional. Throughout your wedding planning with them I just LOVED going to the events and open houses they would host. I took any chance I could get to walk that venue/ meet the staff / ask questions and enjoy the fun of the process they provided.
My event coordinator was Jillian and she was God sent. She is a rockstar and really stepped in to lift the weight of my shoulders toward the end of the process. The day of the wedding, she had our schedule DOWN to the minute, while making sure we had food/ drinks / a little fan. It’s just someone who genuinely cares that this is your BIGGEST day. I know there are many brides out there and many weddings to be had, but KHP and Jillian always made me feel like my day was just as important to them as it was to me.
I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. It will forever be a very special place to me and notably an unforgettable WOW venue experience for our guest. -
