I live in California and knew long before I got engaged that I was going to want to find a venue that was indoors (the uncertainty of weather was something I wasn't willing to deal with). I had always dreamed of a glam, elegant, "fairytale" venue and unfortunately in California, finding a venue that was both indoors AND glitzy/glam was difficult to come by.
When I stumbled across KHP online a few months before I got engaged, it really was love at first sight. So much so, that even the online tour brought tears to my eyes. I knew it was what I had always envisioned and hoped for.
Fast forward to getting engaged and convincing my fiancé to fly to TX to tour KHP - when we drove through those gates we both instantly knew this was it (I was so relieved he loved the venue just as much as I did). We agreed, if we were going to have all of our family and friends fly to TX for our wedding (a destination wedding to TX....uh random?!), the venue was going to need to be spectacular and unlike anything they had seen before...and KHP was just that.
Every detail about the venue is stunning. I personally loved the ceremony room (that's what really sold me), and the reception room with the grand chandeliers truly is breathtaking. I had always dreamed of walking through big doors for the ceremony entrance, and the reception entrance walking down the gorgeous staircase was another "fairytale" moment I'll never forget. Everything about the venue was elegant, and not to mention, every detail was well thought out. The grooms suite and the bridal suite were other major selling points for us - they were the perfect rooms to spend the morning of in...and me being a type A bride, especially loved the TV where I could see everything getting set up downstairs. ;) We also loved how many rental items KHP offered us (if you're contemplating the dance floor or cold sparks...DO IT!).
We worked with Kiarah Freeman as our KHP rep and she was FABULOUS. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and really helped make sure our day was nothing short of perfection. (THANK YOU KIARAH - you're the best)!!!
Our overall experience working with the KHP team honestly couldn't have been better. We felt so taken care, and were so proud to show off such an incredible venue to all of our family and friends. Everyone was absolutely in awe of Knotting Hill and it was everything we ever could have dreamed of, and more. The best decision we made was selecting Knotting Hill as our venue and we're forever grateful for everyone that made it such a magical day. -

Dream Weddings Can Come True
As a venue, KHP hardly needs a review, this is THE PLACE for your dream wedding. More importantly, with all the moving parts of planning your big day, they've got your back every step of the way! Our day was perfect because of the KHP team and their trusted vendor list (they thoroughly vet everyone and we had zero issues on the day, so I highly recommend sticking to that vendor list - everything was perfect!).
And our coordinator, Madelyn Stevens, was an absolute godsent! Snatch her up for your big day! Without Madelyn our dream wedding would've been just that - a dream. Madelyn made truly made our dream come true!! We cannot thank her enough for all her help. -

This venue was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding this past weekend! Kennedy is amazing, she was super helpful through every step of the way, always responded on time, and helped us make all of our ideas a reality. Knotting Hill has the best vendor list to choose from, with every single one of the vendors working in sync to make the day as smooth as possible. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing during my day. Even with a weather change causing us to move the ceremony indoors, Kennedy made the quick change super simple and kept me updated throughout the day. Overall, there isn’t a better venue to pick for your special day. Knotting Hill Place is hands down the best venue for all the special details that make the day amazing. (Again, if you have the opportunity to work with Kennedy- she rocks!! You won’t regret having her as your coordinator!) -

KHP truly provides a dream wedding experience! Our booking rep, Bentley, was SO pleasant and knowledgeable and made us feel good about our decision from the beginning. Our coordinator, Madelyn, was TOP NOTCH and truly made this an enjoyable experience. She worked with all of our vendors and made sure we were always in the know and comfortable. She takes care of so much so that the experience for the bride and family are as stress free as possible and more enjoyable especially the day of. Knotting Hill Place was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The venue is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels both elegant and welcoming. Every space is thoughtfully designed and incredibly photogenic, resulting in breathtaking photos.
The architecture and atmosphere are unmatched. Whether indoors or outdoors, every part of Knotting Hill Place feels romantic and elevated without feeling overdone. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was, from the ceremony space to the reception and suites.
The team truly sets this venue apart. The staff was professional, attentive, and so organized that our day felt completely seamless and stress free. The bridal suite and groom’s lounge were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day.
Choosing Knotting Hill Place was the best decision we made. Our wedding day was better than we ever imagined, and we are endlessly grateful to this incredible venue and team. Highly recommend. 💕 -

Amazing experience at Knotting Hill Place!
I loved my experience with Knotting Hill Place! Everything from the initial venue tour to the planning meetings and actual wedding day was amazing! Their team is very responsive to emails and super helpful! Kennedy did my venue tour and was my wedding planner and she was amazing!!! :) She cared about every little detail as much as I did and had everything I wanted done perfectly! Very organized and she on top of everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything day of the wedding! Amazing experience! -

Knotting Hill Place is truly a dream wedding venue! When we first toured the venue, we fell in love with it so much that we cancelled the rest of our tours. We knew it was the one! The entire venue is stunning, which meant we only needed minimal decor because the venue itself already provides an elegant and romantic atmosphere. It perfectly matched the timeless aesthetic we were going for.
One of the things we loved most is that Knotting Hill Place offers both indoor and outdoor options for the ceremony. Both spaces are beautiful, and it was honesty so hard to choose between them!
The KHP team was amazing throughout the entire process. Megan, the Senior Event Manager, did a wonderful job helping us bring our vision to life. She was very professional, responsive, and incredibly organized which made the planning process so much easier. Megan and the whole KHP team made the experience so much less stressful!
If you're looking for a luxurious, estate-style wedding venue in the Dallas area, Knotting Hill Place is the perfect choice. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything was, and it truly made our day feel so special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. KHP was actually the very first venue we toured — and we booked it right away. Even after visiting several other venues afterward, it only made us more certain that we had made the right choice with KHP.
Our wedding date was extra special to us — it was our 8-year dating anniversary — and since it was during the off-season, the pricing was very reasonable as well.
The space itself is absolutely beautiful. The bridal suite felt like a dream. All of my bridesmaids, along with our photographer and videographer, loved it. The groom and groomsmen’s getting-ready room was a game room, which they had so much fun in — it really helped everyone relax and enjoy the day.
A very special thank you to our MOC, Mollie. She was incredibly responsible, detail-oriented, and supportive throughout the entire process. Since I didn’t have a wedding planner, she truly helped coordinate with all of our vendors, created a detailed timeline, and made sure everything ran smoothly. So many of our vendors even complimented Mollie, saying how professional and thoughtful she was. She really went above and beyond for us.
We’re still waiting for our professional photos to come back, but even from what we’ve seen so far, everything looked absolutely stunning. Once we receive the full gallery, we’ll definitely be sharing more photos because the venue truly deserves it.
Overall, we highly recommend KHP to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a kind and professional team. The space is stunning, and the staff is truly wonderful. -

My experience throughout the whole planning process was great. The venue was beautiful and felt like a fairytale. The best part about this venue is that you can have both the ceremony and reception here and both areas are stunning. From the beginning I had the pleasure of working with Mollie. She was always so welcoming and helpful in answering all the questions, regardless of how silly they were (planning a wedding is hard). She was also my wedding coordinator and she made sure my day went as smoothly as it possibly could and it truly was an amazing day. -

Knotting Hill Place was truly our dream wedding venue. Timeless, elegant, and absolutely magical, it exceeded our expectations in every way and provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day.
For years before getting engaged, I had driven past Knotting Hill Place and wondered if it was as grand and stunning on the inside as it appeared from the outside. The moment we stepped inside for our tour, all doubts disappeared. Every corner of the venue is intentionally and thoughtfully designed, making it breathtaking both in person and in photos. It is stunning yet warm and inviting, with a timeless elegance that feels like a French château fit for a princess. Even our very first tour, which took place in pouring rain, felt incredibly magical.
One of the things we loved most is how much the venue includes and how beautiful it is on its own. While there are wonderful additional rental options, the space truly doesn’t need much to feel complete. Having a stunning indoor setting was especially important to my husband and me, as we wanted both our ceremony and reception indoors due to unpredictable Texas weather. Every time we returned to the venue, it felt just as special and awe-inspiring as the first visit.
The bridal suites are incredible. They are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, making them the perfect place to spend the day getting ready with my bridesmaids while feeling relaxed and pampered. Knotting Hill Place also hosts seasonal vendor events for couples, which we attended multiple times before our wedding. These events were such a gift during the planning process, allowing us to see the space styled in different ways, explore vendor options, and watch our vision slowly come to life.
The entire Knotting Hill Place team was warm, welcoming, and supportive throughout the planning process. They were always responsive, helpful, and available to offer guidance. We also chose to work with the venue’s month-of coordinator, which was one of the best decisions we made. Our coordinator, Megan, was absolutely amazing. She took so much stress off our shoulders in the final month and ensured everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. Thanks to her, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment.
We also highly recommend some of the venue’s add-ons, especially the custom dance floor, which tied our reception space together and made it feel so personal. The bubble machine was another standout. It added a fun, unique, and magical touch to our first dance and kept the dance floor lively throughout the night. Our guests absolutely loved it.
Knotting Hill Place gave us the wedding day of our dreams, and we are so grateful for the memories we made there. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly. -

I recently had my wedding at KHP and it was absolutely a dream! For 1.5 years I worked with Bentley and I truly have a new friend for life. Bentley listened to every crazy idea, every set up change, and gave her expert opinion! As a girl planning her own wedding and just having a coordinator, KHP's help filled in every potential gap.
But the VENUE. Breathtaking. I wish we had a camera recording when everyone arrived. No one could believe it. Even with 50% of my decor not up due to weather, it was still gorgeous! -

We had the pleasure of working with Emily, Megan, and Holly, and each of them was absolutely amazing — so attentive, organized, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and stress-free!
A huge thank-you also goes to Brian, the owner, who was incredibly accommodating and kind. But it wasn’t just him — the entire staff at Knotting Hill was wonderful, helpful, and made sure every detail came together perfectly.
If you’ve ever dreamed of a fairytale wedding, this is the place. I truly felt like a princess the entire day, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how they felt like they were attending a royal celebration in a castle.

Best venue
We had the most incredible experience with knotting hill place From start to finish, everything was seamless. The team did an amazing job setting up all of the tables and decor exactly how we envisioned it—everything looked absolutely perfect.
The coordination was top-notch. Anytime I had a question (and I had a lot!), they responded quickly and made me feel completely taken care of. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.
I can’t thank them enough for helping make our wedding day so special. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily from KHP! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. Anytime I had a question or needed guidance, she answered quickly and made sure I felt supported every step of the way.

Our wedding venue was absolutely perfect in every way! The grounds were stunning and so beautifully maintained—every detail of the property was picture-perfect and made for the most gorgeous backdrop to our special day. The entire premise is so well-kept, and you can truly tell how much care and pride goes into it.

Wedding day at Knotting Hill Place
Kennedy and Knotting Hill Place were great in making sure we were taken care of for our big day. All the logistics and details were handled professionally with our planner so the day went off seamlessly and we, as the bride and groom, weren’t worried about anything but enjoying. Our guests were also amazed by the beauty and uniqueness of the venue — it was really fun to see their reactions getting off the shuttles. We wouldn’t have changed a thing! We hosted about 170 guests and it was the perfect size for the space — ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We also got ready in the bridal suite all day which was so much fun. We got a bit of a discount on the price because it was in August, so we felt it was very reasonably priced. -

We truly feel so lucky & blessed to have gotten married at Knotting Hill Place. Obviously a huge reason being the gorgeousness & uniqueness of the venue itself, but additionally, the people who work here really put noticeable heart & passion into their work and their couples which in turn only enhanced our excitement for our big day. We worked with Kennedy and she is seriously the best. She always has a huge smile on her face, always greeted us with a hug like we were her family, she listened, she offered advice, she made our planning sessions fun and upbeat. Planning a wedding is no small feat. There can be a lot of stress and & anxiety that comes with the preparation and sometimes that can make you lose sight of the WHY. Working with Kennedy was a breath of fresh air and to see her excitement for us truly kept me reminded of the why behind it all. Brighten Abby
From the very first viewing of the venue, the team at Brighton Abbey was nothing short of amazing. Their step-by-step guidance, exceptional communication, and incredible attention to detail made our Princess and the Frog fairy tale wedding come together perfectly.
The best decision we made was having Megan as our day-of coordinator. She was beyond phenomenal—super engaged, incredibly detail-oriented, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She handled everything from coordinating with vendors and managing the music to leading the rehearsal with absolute precision. Her communication was exceptional, and because of her, our wedding day was completely stress-free.
Brighton Abbey not only provided a stunning venue but also an experience we will cherish forever. We couldn’t be more grateful for the entire team who helped bring our dream wedding to life.

The Kims Wedding
KNOTTING HILL PLACE. What is not to LOVE. For me it was an absolute Dream wedding venue. I was fortunate to make it happen and I am so blessed to have had this experience. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, it’s also got the team to back it up. They really are incredibly helpful and professional. Throughout your wedding planning with them I just LOVED going to the events and open houses they would host. I took any chance I could get to walk that venue/ meet the staff / ask questions and enjoy the fun of the process they provided.
My event coordinator was Jillian and she was God sent. She is a rockstar and really stepped in to lift the weight of my shoulders toward the end of the process. The day of the wedding, she had our schedule DOWN to the minute, while making sure we had food/ drinks / a little fan. It’s just someone who genuinely cares that this is your BIGGEST day. I know there are many brides out there and many weddings to be had, but KHP and Jillian always made me feel like my day was just as important to them as it was to me.
I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. It will forever be a very special place to me and notably an unforgettable WOW venue experience for our guest. -

From the moment we pulled up to the gates, I knew I was going to book this venue. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, a perfect blend of elegance, luxury, and romance. Every inch feels intentionally designed and lends itself perfectly to photo and video.
But what truly set Knotting Hill Place apart was the team. The staff, especially Holly, Kennedy, and Megan, were professional, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They were responsive, easy to work with, and made sure every detail came to life just as I had imagined. The in-person details meeting 30 days out was incredibly helpful and gave me so much peace of mind.
So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful venue they’ve ever been to! From the breathtaking ceremony space to the stunning reception hall, every part of Knotting Hill Place added something magical and unforgettable to our day.

As a wedding planner, I love working at Knottinghill and Brighton Abbey. Everyone is super helpful and nice and I love referring my couples to their venues. Over the years, Kennedy has been my go to event manager! I normally tell her about my next wedding coming up at their venue and ask her to request to work that day with me. She's super friendly, hard working, and does a great job explaining everything to the couples throughout the whole process. Kennedy is very respectful towards me and is always available to help leading up to the wedding day and on the wedding day. I know I can always count on her to have everything on the venue side perfect and ready for us to come in and work our magic! -

Wedding planning is already stressful as it is, but when our original wedding venue cancelled on us 3 months before our wedding due to construction delays...stress and anxiety overwhelmed us to the next level. All wedding invitations had already been sent out and all vendors had been booked for the original venue. We scrambled to find another wedding venue that could support our vision AND a WEEKEND date open that was only 3 months out! Fortunately, we found out that Knotting Hill Place had our wedding date available!
Emily was a Godsend! She was our main point of contact and made the ENTIRE process so SEAMLESS. She was kind, understanding, supportive and did everything she could to make it work for us. She gave us tons of options and suggestions and made exceptions for us where she could since we had every single vendor already booked and it would cost us more if we had to cancel or modify any of our contracts.
To say the least, Emily truly helped put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. She made our experience with KHP an amazing one!
The venue itself is a "dream venue". It speaks for itself. Luxurious, grand, elegant, modern...everything I've ever wanted and the most beautiful place we could have imagined getting married at. We got married at Knotting Hill Place in April of 2025, and it was truly the most perfect day! From the moment we toured the venue, we were blown away by its beauty, including the architecture, landscaping, and the most stunning ceremony and reception spaces you could imagine. Don't get me started on all the amazing chandeliers! It felt like something out of a fairytale!
A huge part of what made our experience so smooth and stress-free was our incredible venue rep, Mollie. She was amazing! Mollie was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to every question we had (and there were a lot!). Her knowledge and professionalism helped us feel confident every step of the way. Mollie went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. She is amazing at her job!

I'm from Kansas - and we just don't have venues like this around our state. So when I came down to tour KHP, I was just in awe.
Holly and Megan took care of us throughout the entire process and helped make everything seamless. I kept thinking I should be stressed about something - but I wasn't! I felt supported the entire time.
Our guests adored KHP, the bridal and grooms suite were perfection, and I love that the venue feels like a castle, but is very much built for a wedding - with every detail considered with that in mind.
One of my favorite details is the CCTV in the bridal suite with video feeds around the venue! I could watch my vendors set up and not go ruin the surprise for my groom, and could watch my guests come in and experience KHP for the first time.
I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue - and the kindest people to help it all come to life. 10/10 recommend. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. -

We planned a wedding with KHP within only 6months! Communication was clear, they were always available on the phone which was appreciated. During the event, there was one table missing but the khp team was quick to bring an extra table last minute! Things are bound to go wrong, but we were grateful for a speedy solution. We had 2 weddings events over 2 days. The venue is gorgeous and all guests had so much fun 🤩 -

We had the most picture perfect wedding at Knotting Hill! From booking the venue, through planning and the big day, our experience with Knotting Hill was nothing short of top notch. Their communication was kind and professional throughout our entire planning experience, and helpful when it came to booking vendors. We ended up using most of their preferred vendors and I would recommend that for any knotting hill bride. Their preferred teams are all well acquainted and worked so seamlessly together. We used knotting hills day of planner and were paired with Jillian. Jillian was incredible to work with end was the reason we had such a stress free day. She was so sweet but also an excellent communicator and very detail oriented. She was easily accessible, especially on the day of, where she was always there if I needed something. This venue is not only stunning, but so well run that you are guaranteed to have a picture perfect day. Kennedy was extremely attentive for the entire 1Y+ of our planning process during our engagement and helped us bring our dream wedding day to life. KHP is one of the more beautiful "Estate" style venues in DFW, centrally located in Little Elm by the lake, and not a far commute for Dallas and Fort Worth natives. KHP hosts open house events that let you come and tour the venue while meeting a number of their preferred vendors for catering, photography/videography, decor, florals, as well as their talented bar staff: Colada. These events helped us solidify our vision for our wedding day at KHP, let us get additional face time with our coordinator and vendors, as well as discounted rental and decor items. We had an all-around fantastic experience and will continue to recommend KHP to other newly-engaged couples in DFW. -

Hands down the best, most dreamiest day of our lives. KHP was incredible start to finish. We happened to drive past the venue for the first time in 2021, and from that moment on, we knew we would get married here. Knotting hill, and all of their amazing vendor partners, helped our vision of a romantic, yet classy October wedding come to life. I never felt like something we wanted to include couldn't be accommodated; KHP thinks of everything! Everyone loved the bridal and groom suites the day of and watching the wedding setup on the livestream. Our coordinator, Emily, was OUTSTANDING. She helped us feel confident about the plan leading up to the big day, and was always available for assistance. Her presence was so joyful, just what we needed to help calm away any stress day of. We had no idea of any mishaps or stress about day-of setup - she took care of it all without question, leaving us free to stay as present as possible on our wedding day. Our wedding was the BEST day of our lives. So perfect and truly magical. The guests were blown away by the venue and all of the different spaces we held parts of the day. Knotting hill provides so much support along the way, and I totally think going with the in house planning helped tremendously with coordinating timeline and vendors!! We worked with Jillian who basically knew all my vendors personally after so many weddings and was able to immediately reach out for anything we needed or wanted!! She was on it all night. My husband and I got married at Knotting Hill Place on 3/9/24. It was truly the best day ever. The venue is undeniably beautiful; and as important as the aesthetics were to us in choosing a venue, we also wanted to make sure that we were going to be choosing great people to work with throughout the process of creating our dream day. Each member of the KHP team that we met proved to be a joy to work with, and they really do make you feel like a part of the KHP family. Every little detail was handled with exceptional professionalism, making us feel truly special. Our guests had the absolute BEST experience, as did we. The guest experience was very important to us and everyone we have talked to since cannot stop raving about the space and how stunning every detail was. We had our ceremony in the cathedral, cocktail hour in courtyard, and reception in the ballroom - the flow of this was unbelievably smooth due to the layout of KHP.
The rental florals from Knotting Hill were stunning, creating a beautiful, elegant backdrop for our celebration. We utilized the tall florals on clear stands and then the white floral wall behind our sweetheart table... which were beautiful. The acrylic sweetheart table, the grand stage, and the exquisite draping in the reception hall were remarkable, adding to the romantic, modern, and sophisticated atmosphere of our day.
Adding to our amazing experience was Colada, their beverage company. The drinks they served were not only insanely delicious but also complemented the fast-paced and joyous spirit of our celebration. Their service was impeccable, and we absolutely loved the variety and quality of the beverages provided. Again, everyone raved about the drinks (both alcoholic and non!).
Knotting Hill Place didn’t just host our wedding; they played a pivotal role in creating memories we’ll treasure forever. The entire experience was a testament to their dedication and expertise in making wedding dreams come true.

Elegance, opulence, grandeur, luxury, modern glam are just a few of the terms that come to mind when thinking of KHP! Our wedding was all of the above and mostly due to this venue! My guests felt this was the most beautiful and luxurious wedding they have ever attended and thus my goal as a bride was well met! I wanted simple but glam and the clear acrylic chairs and chandeliers and courtyard gave me just that. The MOST Stunning Venue
I cannot say this enough – the MOST stunning venue. My guests still cannot stop talking about how beautiful KHP is. Also, I felt like the venue has absolutely everything you need – right down to the cameras in the bridal suite that show you the other areas of the venue during set up, which were such a plus to the type-A bride I was haha. Bri Muniz was my KHP Rep and Laycie Moore was my month-of-coordinator, and they were both absolutely amazing!
