I worked with Shiloh at The Bubbly Soiree for almost 2 years to plan my wedding, and when people ask how my wedding went I can confidently use the word "perfect" because of her. I sought out a planner because even though I am a pretty organized person, I felt extremely overwhelmed at the prospect of planning a wedding. I didn't know what all the choices were, what all the things to consider were. Shiloh made all the anxiety go away. She made it easy, and even fun! Her existing relationships and experiences with other vendors is invaluable. But she is also more than willing to also reach out to other vendors she's never worked with before if you bring them up to her. She has lots of planning tools and checklists you can use to keep you organized. She is very responsive and lets you ask as many questions as you want. She takes care of all the communication and logistics with the other vendors, which is a godsend. On the day of the wedding, I had my full trust in her and was confident that even if something did go wrong she would be able to handle it behind the scenes. We even had one guest who didn't RSVP and didn't tell me he was coming until 2 days before. This was a problem since we had a plated meal and he had already booked a flight from across the country. Shiloh, as usual, worked a miracle and was able to get him a seat at the reception and a plate at the dinner. My husband and I are forever grateful to her for how magical and effortless she made our wedding and our entire wedding planning experience. Shiloh is a gem of a wedding planner! We were intimidated by the wedding planning process until we met her through soon-to-be-married friends. She made everything seem very easy, from venue selection, to attire search, vendor exploration, rehearsal, and more. - All our vendors love Shiloh. She had pre-existing relationships with most vendors that we hired, and everyone had exceptional things to say about her. We found it really helpful that she was able to draw on these relationships when we needed extra support with some of these vendors (helping speed up communications, etc.).
- As we got closer to the wedding day, Shiloh took point on all vendor communications. This is something I don't know that you can expect from a typical day-of-coordinator, and it's something that was really invaluable in reducing stress in the weeks before our wedding. It gave us so much peace of mind to know that Shiloh was tracking to all our plans.
- On wedding day, Shiloh and Rachel executed our decor set-up so beautifully. While we didn't opt for Shiloh's design services, we still felt that she was fully invested in setting everything up true to our vision.
- Shiloh's vendor management was wonderful. We didn't hear of a single issue on the day, which is exactly what we wanted. :)
- Shiloh and Rachel did an incredible job packing everything up at the end of the night. We were truly shocked to find our car neatly packed with all our decor as soon as we had our send-off. This was something I had been especially worried about, and I am still in awe of how efficient and proactive they were.

There are a thousand more positive things I could say about Shiloh, and I'm sure she did even more behind the scenes for us than I even know about! I wouldn't hesitate to book her again, and I recommend her highly.

When looking for a wedding planner, the most important thing for my husband and me was to hire someone we could trust and who got us - Shiloh was that person!
