From the moment Nicole came onboard I knew I was in good hands. It was obvious she was very experienced from the moment she stepped in, as she knew all the right questions to ask and gathered a level of detail about our wedding that really paid off on the day of. Most of our guests came in from out of town so we didn't have a lot of time to set up the week of, and things were more chaotic than we wanted. Nicole handled it all with professionalism and ease and made sure everything stayed on track. She also made sure my partner and I were in good shape and where we needed to be at all times. Nicole is an absolute dream to work with! I first contacted Nicole because a previous day-of coordinator that I hired ghosted me (long story- do your due diligence with hiring!). She was amazingly responsive and a joy to talk with over the phone.

She first impressed me with her willingness to go the extra mile for me- I was an out of town bride, so I couldn't always meet or be there. She moved things around for MY schedule so that she could come to venue whenever I was in town and meeting with the other vendors. She was able to come do a walk-through and talk with the event coordinator with the venue and then spent time with me talking one on one about everything that I needed. A lifesaver! I also loved that she had a big notepad and was writing absolutely everything down- I felt very covered and secured.

Then, she came to the rehearsal and was an amazing coordinator for that time. She and the venue event coordinator were such a great team- tbh I think Nicole is so wonderful and professional that she would work well with anyone- and I felt so solid after the rehearsal.

On the day of the wedding, Nicole made sure that everything was set up how I wanted it. In the brief moments I saw her in between when I was taking photos and being sequestered, she was setting up everything, running around, and being a great point person. She came and got me at the wedding so I knew where I needed to be- she even stood next to my wedding party at the aisle so that everyone knew when to walk down the aisle!

The absolute best thing about Nicole is that she is literally always there for you. Her email responses are lightning-fast, she is always available for a phone call, and she can even run errands for you if something unexpected pops up. Nicole will definitely go the extra mile to make your wedding great! Would definitely hire again, and would recommend Elegant Events to anyone getting married- also, her prices really can't be beaten, so I wouldn't hesitate hiring.

What an awesome experience for what was offered. I got to have exactly what I wanted on a budget too. I got everything in order and miss Nicole too it from there. So organized, great attention to detail. We had a last minute hiccup and she fixed it flawlessly. She made my special day 💕
