I don’t even know where to begin! Karla was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She was incredibly professional and always quick to respond to emails — and as a bride, we all know how many emails we juggle, so that meant a lot. From our very first tasting, Karla made everything feel seamless and special.

On our wedding day, Karla and her staff went above and beyond. She kept checking on me and Brady to make sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a little celebration plate of hors d’oeuvres while we signed our marriage license — such a thoughtful touch! The staff was friendly, attentive, and so kind.

And the food… omg, so delicious! Our guests are still raving about the small bites during cocktail hour and the dinner. Every dish was perfect.

From the start, the folks at Occasions Catering were professional and helpful. The great tasting helped solidify our choice to have them at the wedding. They were easy to contact when we had questions. On the day of the wedding, guests talked about how much they enjoyed the food!

We were able to make adjustments to the menu and they helped coordinate with our dessert vendor. The food was delicious including options for vegan and gluten free guests. They were fully staffed and provided services for hors d’oeuvres, dinner, desserts and bartender. Loved their professional appearance and highly recommend Occasions Catering.

The entire crew was professional, went beyond the contract and very friendly. While we started with Lauren (who retired part way through) and ended with Emily they both provided exactly what we needed. The crew was fantastic, friendly and even went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
We had to arrange everything remotely as we live in Wyoming. They went out of their way before, during and after the wedding reception. It's our only daughter so no more weddings to plan for us but we highly recommend Occasions for your event!

We had SO many compliments with how much guests loved the food. Karla was amazing with communication prior to the wedding and day-of. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and our bartender was skilled.

All staff was courteous and kind during serving, and provided complimentary cake cutting, making sure leftovers were boxed and sent with us for the honeymoon as requested. Working with Wendi at Occasions Catering for our wedding was such an easy and pleasurable experience! She was always quick to respond as we planned our outdoor fall wedding. My husband and I had recently moved to the Olympia area and she was helpful in suggesting other vendors, including a bakery for our cake and a venue for an after-party. She had previous experience at our venue which was helpful as we worked to plan some logistics. Occasions was flexible with our desire to honor my husband's Greek and Italian heritage and allowed us to customize a dinner menu that worked for us. They also provided a vegetarian option for one of our guests and were quick with responses about possible possible allergens that may have affected our guests.
On the day of the wedding, everything went so well! Wendi checked in with me to confirm that I still wanted to follow the timeline we had laid out and made adjustments as we went. The serving staff was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job! They kindly set aside appetizers for my husband and I at our table, and even gave us a little box of goodies and snacks for the end of the night!
All of the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the baron of beef. The gourmet s'mores bar was a big hit with our guests, and really added to the overall atmosphere of our casual park wedding.
