Located in Ocracoke, North Carolina, the Berkley Manor is a charming wedding venue. Here, historic and modern luxuries combine for a memorable, relaxing setting for your magical day. It sits on two and a half acres of land, and is found just across from the idyllic Silver Lake. It was founded as an event venue in 2012, and is available year-round for all manner of special occasions. The village is close at hand, but the manor retains a sense of exclusivity and privacy, for a wedding that is entirely your own.

Facilities and Capacity

On the grounds of the Berkley Manor, you will find a romantic Barn and comfortable Suites (guest house), as well as the historic house itself. Both the Barn and Suites are recent additions, while the house dates back to the 1950s. You can decide whether you would like to rent just one of these spaces, or use all three over the course of your celebrations. The Manor house covers 7,500 square feet and embodies a refined, yet rustic and comfortable aesthetic. It has elegant hardwood floors throughout and wooden walls and features. Alongside space for overnight accommodations, you will also find a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with enough space for 40 guests. This space is ideally suited to rehearsal dinners. The barn, meanwhile, is an outdoor event space. This pavilion covers 3,000 square feet and welcomes up to 200 guests. It features wooden floors and soaring ceilings, creating a sense of spaciousness. On sunny days, you can even open the front and side doors to incorporate a large deck into your celebration. Powerful fans and large fireplaces are featured to help you maintain a comfortable temperature. The barn is highly customizable, so you can bring your dream wedding to life with ease.

You have the freedom to choose how formal or relaxed you would like your reception to be, from buffets and hors d’oeuvres to a plated meal.
