Facilities and Capacity

Couples who are looking to immerse themselves and their guests in nature will love this once-in-a-lifetime destination. Soon-to-be-weds can begin the day in the get-ready rooms, before journeying into the forest for a woodland ceremony. This gorgeous site is intimate and secluded and can be set up so that 150 of your nearest and dearest can be in attendance. After the "I dos," guests can make their way to the rustic chic barn, which can accommodate 150 people as well. Chiavari chairs with cushions and round or rectangular tables are provided, as well as a warm fire pit and plenty of other amenities. Below the main reception area is the Milk Parlor, which is the perfect gathering spot for your guests where they can enjoy appetizers and delicious cocktails or just general mingle and have fun.

AMAZING! The most beautiful place

We had a wonderful wedding here! It was truly a dream come true. Amy and the staff were wonderful to work with! They were attentive without being hovering and made sure everything was running smoothly in the background! The bridesmaid getting ready suite was great and we loved the mimosas! This venue is worth every penny!! I can’t wait for my pictures to come in! The woodland wedding create a beautiful site.

Best day of our lives

When I tell you how perfect our wedding day was...there is not enough words to even describe it. Amy did an amazing job creating this venue for couples to have their enchanted wedding. It is so perfect and affordable too. She also went above and beyond expectations day of my wedding due to a miscommunication on my part and I am so thankful. The donkey, Mojito, was an added bonus during our cocktail hour and was a BIG fan favorite. I would recommend this venue over and over. I even had guests wanting to switch their current wedding venue to this one once they saw it.

Fairytale wedding

We got married at Canyon Run Ranch on 9/10/23 and our day felt like a fairytale due to this amazing venue. The ceremony site in the woods was straight out of a dream and the reception light filled with fairy lights felt magical. Amy was amazing to work with and it is not hard to tell how dedicated and passionate she is about this venue and the couples that choose it to host the most important day of their lives. Minimal decorations are required because the venue itself is so beautiful. I could not recommend Canyon Run Ranch enough to anyone wishing to get married there. Also Sara with craft events is a must! She made our day seamless, perfect and stress free. The only thing that left us feeling disappointed was how fast the day flew by, I think both of us wish we could live in the moments of our dreamy Canyon Run Ranch wedding forever.

A dream come true

Amy and Gary made our wedding day completely stress free! They host vendor showcases that made envisioning our big day so easy and we picked most of our vendors from this event and their recommended vendor list. Everyone was lovely and they were in communication with us to understand what we pictured and how they can help execute it. Canyon Run is a stunning property and their willingness to share it with the world speaks volumes about the type of people they are. Couldn’t ask for a better venue!

One of a Kind

This venue is truly one-of-a-kind! I had always dreamed of a wedding IN the forest (Twilight-inspired), and this was the perfect venue for it. My guests described the venue and our wedding as "magical" and "like a fairytale". Every aspect of this location is perfect, from the beautiful meadow path, to the forest ceremony site, to the barn filled with twinkling lights for the reception. Amy was wonderful to work with, and was always happy to help and answers all of my questions. The bar and DJ service were amazing too, and I HIGHLY recommend hiring Sara Studebaker for your wedding planner in order to have your day be as stress-free as possible. If you want to have a magical wedding, this venue and the Wards provide you with everything you need to make it happen.

Beautiful Venue!

We got married 9/9/23 at Canyon Run Ranch. The weather was perfect and we got so many compliments on how beautiful and unique the venue was! Amy and Gary's property is unlike any other. Our guests loved riding the golf carts to and from the ceremony site to the barn where the reception was. They were able to enjoy the wildflowers and beautiful scenery along the way. We decided to go with Amy's recommended DJ, Bar, Floral/Decor and wedding coordination services which made it super easy to plan our day. They all know the property very well, have lots of experience, and work great together! Sarah, our coordinator, was the best!!! She kept everything organized and on time. She reached out to all of our vendors to ensure they knew where to go and what time to be there. We did not have a rehearsal so she told people when to walk/how to walk/and where to stand during the ceremony. She organized the entire day and made sure it all went smoothly. Hiring Sarah is a must!! Overall, we had a great time and our guests did too!

Amazing Venue

The venue at Canyon Run Ranch is amazing! Amy the owner was a delight to work with and always answered any questions very promptly. Amy helped make our wedding day perfect! A dream come true

Amy & Gary’s venue and home is an absolute dream come true. This was the very first and last place I toured. The moment I pulled into their driveway I knew it was the one. There is nothing lacking and I can’t possibly think of anything that needs improvement. Amy has been an absolute gem to work with from start to finish. I would do anything in the world to relive my beautiful wedding. I encourage everyone to have their wedding here, you will not be disappointed. The ceremony in the woods with the willow branch arch is pure perfection. The barn and milk parlor are perfect for the party! The wildflower fields offer the perfect photo opp! We opted to offer our guests honey from Amy’s bee farm and it was an absolute hit. We cannot thank Amy and Gary enough.

August 28th 2021 Same-sex wedding

Amy was extremely helpful in making our day special. She was there to help with last minute details but let us have our space as well. She surprised my now wife and I with mimosas to celebrate the day of. We got so many compliments on the choice of venue from family. It was so worth it.

Absolutely perfect!

Absolutely perfect! Cannot recommend this venue enough! Amy is amazing and an even better person. She and her husband Gary were very helpful in the planning process. Also her daughter Carly was our DJ and our bar service. Carly killed it as well! Keeping the party going with fast service at the bar. The woods ceremony is the best part. We received so many compliments about the woods and the ranch in general. Would highly recommend Canyon Run Ranch
