Quietly nestled in the heart of the Stillwater River Valley near Troy, Ohio, The Woods at Canyon Run Ranch is a destination wedding venue. Boasting a lush, green, privately-owned nature preserve situated on 153 acres, this is an idyllic oasis in which to get married. Couples can experience magical weddings in the forest on the ridge, get photos beside the creek above the waterfalls, and celebrate with their guests in the warmth of the authentic, historic bank barn under thousands of twinkle lights, all powered by solar energy. Due to the outdoor nature of Canyon Run Ranch, the season runs from May through October, Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples who are looking to immerse themselves and their guests in nature will love this once-in-a-lifetime destination. Soon-to-be-weds can begin the day in the get-ready rooms, before journeying into the forest for a woodland ceremony. This gorgeous site is intimate and secluded and can be set up so that 150 of your nearest and dearest can be in attendance. After the "I dos," guests can make their way to the rustic chich barn, which can accommodate 150 people as well. Chiavari chairs with cushions and round or rectangular tables are provided, as well as a warm fire pit and plenty of other amenities. Below the main reception area is the Milk Parlor, which is the perfect gathering spot for your guests where they can enjoy appetizers and delicious cocktails or just general mingle and have fun.

We had a wonderful wedding here! It was truly a dream come true. Amy and the staff were wonderful to work with! They were attentive without being hovering and made sure everything was running smoothly in the background! The bridesmaid getting ready suite was great and we loved the mimosas! I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding on 7/8/2017 at Canyon Run Ranch and it was absolutely amazing! The owners were incredibly helpful, personable, and the whole 123 acre venue is insanely gorgeous! I definitely hope to work with CRR again soon.
This is a beautiful venue located in Ohio. One of the nicest ranch venues we have seen with the ceremony nestled in the woods. Everything in one location. Your friends and family will not have to go from venue to venue for the ceremony and reception. This gives you more time to enjoy with with your friends and family instead of spending the day driving.
I have had the pleasure of being the DJ at Canyon Run Ranch on multiple occasions. Everyone that works there is always in a great mood and they are so easy to work with. Anyone looking for a beautiful, rustic, barn wedding, look no further. This is an amazing farm, with equally amazing people to host your event!
