Timeless Charm Weddings is set on 83 beautifully wooded acres in Southwest Ohio, a short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati. We have many unique sites including a swinging bridge, beautiful waterfall, magnificent stream, natural spring fed pond with fountain, and a majestic forest canopy. You can say your “I dos” at one of two amphitheaters, or in our charming open-air chapel. With our classic beauty in the middle of nature, your wedding photos will BE ONE OF A KIND!
We have two reception areas: the Grand Lodge and the Waterfront Veranda.
The Grand Lodge boasts a dramatic floor to ceiling fireplace, chandeliers, and a beautiful wood and stone interior with a contemporary edge. Outside you’ll find a covered pavilion perfect for cocktail hour and a relaxing firepit as your day winds down.
Our open-air Waterfront Veranda is perfect for couples who wish to remain immersed in an outdoor, intimate setting. Illuminated by elegant lighting, your celebration will continue at the dockside bar with stunning views overlooking the water.
Looking to extend your special day into an amazing weekend? We offer on-site lodging at one of our many beautifully appointed chalets. Ideal for bridal parties, out of town guests, and family. Make it a weekend to remember!

Timeless Charm Weddings
Timeless Charm Weddings is the BEST venue. Melissa made us feel so informed whenever we would text/email her questions we had about our big day. Our family has even asked us about recipes for our food for the wedding day from the staff. The whole day was absolutely perfect! Definitely recommend adding the golf carts as they were the perfect addition. The ONLY thing I would change is that bartender, unfortunately, that was our only option. He was extremely rude in the whole time period of booking, questions, and actual day of. We spent a lot of money on him and we could tell that we were just a business transaction. Don’t let that make your decision on choosing this venue though. Hopefully they make a decision to add a few more vendors instead of just John Faler.

Absolutely perfect!
This venue was everything I ever dreamed of for my wedding! The scenery was amazing, food was delicious, and every need or question I had was met or answered almost instantly. The owner, Melissa, was so nice and helpful through the whole process and always made me feel taken care of. Every part of my wedding was perfect thanks to Timeless Charm!

On May 4,2019 my daughter got married at Timeless Charm. It was truly a wonderful place to get married. Melissa was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help Michelle and Chris's day to be more than we could have imagined. Chef Case was incredible and the food terrific. We stayed on site in a beautiful home they have for rent on site. They really care about making your wedding special. They even helped us locate a lost stuffed animal that meant a lot to my grandson, they called us a week after the wedding to tell us they it. Thank you Melissa and all Timeless Charm staff for a outstanding and special day
