Darlene was incredibly helpful to us as we prepared for and executed our daughter's wedding. She was always cheerfully responsive to phone calls or emails from us, and she offered many helpful suggestions. She made all the difference in our experience the weekend of the wedding, as she relieved us of the last-minute tasks that would have prevented our just being in the moment with our guests and the wedding activities. And her price was very, very reasonable.

Darlene was an incredible help to our family. So many people told us it was the best wedding they ever attended. My great aunt said it was the best she'd attended in 80 years! Darlene made that possible. Not only was it a wonderful ceremony and party, but even our immediate families, who had the most responsibility, could thoroughly enjoy the day, too. I wanted to congratulate you Darlene on a job well done. You did an amazing job coordinating pulling all the loose ends together. It meant so much to be able to see Danielle (the bride) surrender and just be able to enjoy all pre-wedding activities. Peace of mind, is priceless on your wedding day. As I walked over the bridge and saw the Water well, decorated with all the flowers in vibrant colors, the cocktail reception tables beautifully lined in linen, and wine glasses in the back drop. was breath taking. Then the majestic white tent sparkling with lights, filled with loving memories of the places the happy couple has been validating the spaces in our hearts filled with love for Danielle and Thomas. It was truly and magical and fun day...night !! Your expertise in handling all the catering, guests, photos, entertainment, & inconsistencies that come with these types of venues was impeccable. Darlene from TaylorMade weddings far exceeded my expectations of what a wedding coordinator should be. She was more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure the bride and groom's day went by without any hitches. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, kind and passionate.

Darlene was great. As a bridesmaid I watched her take pressure off my bride. When a meltdown was about to happen regarding the coordination of picking things up Darlene stepped right in and totally comforted the bride while I poured the pride a drink. She was very pleasant to work with an honestly the bride and us bridesmaids worried about nothing the day of the wedding except having fun and getting ready.... such a relief considering it was a wedding a family lodge and everything was basically homemade. I would recommend her to anyone who needs some piece of mind on their wedding day. Wish she lived closer to NH so she could help me :)

If you are thinking about a wedding coordinator think no more, Darlene is the best decision you will make when picking a vendor for your wedding. Not only was she the best person for the job but we also gained a friend! I cannot say enough nice and good things about how we feel about her. I know if we did not have her, there is no way our wedding could have been as successful as it was. With that being said, I would like to point out that as it is a month after our wedding and we have reminisced about how all the planning and how everything turned out we have concluded that there is not one thing we would have changed about any of it and that feeling it something we will cherish forever.
Everything went according to plan and seemed effortlessly. It was such an amazing feeling to see all our closest friends and family having a great time all around us. Every one of our guests told us this was the best wedding they have ever been to. They especially enjoyed the causal, relaxed, non-rushed feeling like they were just hanging out with us in our backyard. I know that feeling was possible because Darlene had everything in complete control and did it all with a sweet smile on her face.

We hired Darlene in December 2014 for our September 2015 wedding. After we hired her, we encountered a sustained pattern of unresponsiveness. First, she promised verbally and in her contract to provide a budget breakdown for our wedding costs. We never received that breakdown despite asking for it repeatedly. Secondly, she stated she would contact a transportation company for a quote since she had previously worked with the company. That was never provided despite asking for it repeatedly and we had to track down the company ourselves. The same thing occurred with a linen company that Darlene promised to contact for us, but never did. We negotiated that Darlene would help us find a rehearsal dinner venue as she was familiar with Winchester. She promised to contact our top choice within days as she worked with the event planner there before. We never heard about her progress until almost two months later--after I asked about it--when Darlene told us it had already been reserved. While there is some chance the venue may have been booked, months of inactivity to the simple task of inquiring as to their availability could not have helped and I don't believe she called until two months later when I reminded her. Her response - via text: "Sorry I haven't forgotten about you." Finally, we arranged to talk by phone for a review of her progress. She never called and I never heard anything from her despite my repeated texts, calls, voicemails, and emails. In fact, we never heard from Darlene ever again. We finally felt we had to find another planner, so we sent an email and a letter explaining the situation and again never ever heard back from Darlene. She constantly failed to communicate with us and had to be repeatedly reminded of what she promised to do. In the end, we never got anything that Darlene promised us and instead lost money on the deposit we paid her. I cannot recommend her to any couples considering her services and hope others will find another planner.
