Taylor is a mountain local who has been photographing in the area for over eleven years. In an area with such rich history, she seeks to capture the raw emotion of those that spend their time making memories in these mountains. She believes in celebrating the moments that make up our lives and allowing the soul to pause and reflect on these small fragments of our lives that are woven together to create our story.

Taylor graduated from Western Carolina University in 2014, where she studied 2D art and elementary education. Not only is she a portrait photographer, but she also teaches 5th grade at a local elementary school.

During her free time, Taylor likes to cuddle up with her fur babies and enjoy a large cup (or many) of coffee and a good book. She also enjoys backpacking the trails, kayaking on the many rivers, and a whisky on the rocks.
