Taylor will always go out of her way to make sure she meets all of your requests. She is also very willing to physically meet you to help with planning whenever it is needed. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything ran so smoothly and always checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She is kind and so helpful! I highly recommend!

We hired Taylor to be our day-of coordinator. Not only was her team fantastic the day of the wedding, she also was super easy to reach and willing to provide fast but thorough advice throughout our planning process. From our invitations to our ceremony text to the near-crisis we had the week of the wedding when it looked like a hurricane might derail all of our plans, we were grateful for Taylor's calm demeanor and experience which helped reassure us that all would be fine. If you're not sure whether you "need" a day-of coordinator, you definitely do. And once you decide you need one, we can't recommend Taylor and her team highly enough.

Taylor did a great job with our wedding. Right when we booked her we got lots of help. She gave us many ideas for vendors and came to each meeting to help with ideas. She answered all the questions I had no matter how big or small. She pays close attention to the little details. Our day could not have been better. Taylor was crucial at our rehearsal and in coordinating our ceremony and reception. We we're so lucky to find her and she did an awesome job keeping all of our vendors organized the day of. We live about 500 miles away from where we got married so she was a huge help with vendor recommendations also!

I found Taylor to be a pleasure to work with. Her role was primarily a day off coordinator but she also provided me with great suggestions throughout the process and a list of vendors that she trusted. My wedding went off without a hitch. She was very good with the vendors and took pretty much all responsibility on the day off so that my mom and I could relax. That alone is worth the money! She checked in with me periodically and was flexible when I changed plans. She brought her sister with her who was also great to work with. My 1 year old nephew was having a rough day so her and her sister played babysitter throughout the night so that my brother and sister-in-law could have a good time. It was really above and beyond the call of duty. They also coordinated a locksmith for my dad who locked his keys in the car! Also, pretty awesome considering all the other things they were balancing for us that day. Overall, I think Taylor is a great choice. She is kind, caring, and genuinely wants to make your wedding day all about you.

We asked Taylor to be our Day of Coordinator and was great! She not only kept my focus off everything besides enjoying our wedding, she even saved me from some very drunk guests who got a little possessive of my attention. She's awesome!

My husband and I were on a tight budget yet needed someone for day-of wedding coordination services. We were so lucky to find Taylor! She was by far the most reasonably-priced vendor we found and well worth the cost.

Since I was an out-of-town bride, she talked with me in advance by phone a couple of times and even went and met with my sister-in-law (who lives in Charlottesville, where we got married) at the venue, since I couldn't be there. This was extremely helpful. When my fiance and I met with Taylor two days before the wedding to go through all the details, she was very organized and professional. She also did a nice job overseeing our rehearsal.

What I appreciated most about Taylor, though, was how calm and cool she was on the day of the wedding. Everything went perfectly, and I even had several guests and family members tell me what a great job she did. I whole-heartedly recommend her!
