As someone who doesn't normally wear a lot of makeup, I was definitely apprehensive about what it would look like on my wedding day. When the day arrived, Adriana (makeup) and Alexis (hair) arrived on time at our getting ready spot with smiles on their faces and brought a happy energy to the day. Adriana put my makeup worries at ease and gave me such a natural but beautiful look that I was so happy with. Alexis gave me hair extension recs that worked out great and perfectly matched my hair inspo pic. Both Adriana and Alexis took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering suggestions while also making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They did such a great job with my bridesmaids too- all of them were so happy with the way their hair and makeup turned out. All of our hair and makeup lasted all day and night, and I felt so confident the entire time. I had such a wonderful experience working with Tamara Makeup & Hair Artistry! From our very first interaction, the entire team was professional, responsive, efficient, friendly, and extremely talented. I was paired with Noemi for my makeup and Sabrina for my hair and these two ladies were able to create exactly what I imagined and beyond! The trial was extremely helpful to not only get to know one another, but also to nail down the look I wanted, which was then recreated to a tee on my wedding day. They did such an amazing job with my mom and my bridal party too. Our hair and makeup stayed in place all day, through the heat of an outdoor wedding in August, thousands of photos, and dancing the night away! Everyone we worked with was so incredibly kind, and we can’t say enough positive things about the team! I had my makeup trial with Noemi and she made my makeup look absolutely stunning, and Jody did the most beautiful low twisted bun for my hair trial! As we got closer to the wedding date I decided I wanted to change my hairstyle to better complement my wedding dress, and I was able to schedule another trial with Jody for a half up half down look, which was absolutely stunning. On the day of my wedding the team brought so much fun energy and made our getting ready morning so memorable. The bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom looked beyond beautiful with their hair and makeup. They also were very organized, paid attention to detail, and had a great timeline. Noemi and Jody did the wedding hair and makeup for me and my 7 bridesmaids and 2 moms. Everyone (me included!) was super happy with their hair and makeup look and it lasted through the whole day and night. They were super easy to work with throughout the whole process and were very communicative as well. When it came to the morning of the wedding they definitely brought the best energy even with our 7am start. Highly recommend!
