Smooth, Effortless, Everything you want on the day of your wedding!
Meredith was professional, detail oriented, and cared so much about our wedding.
She was our day of coordinator but I don't think that is the right way to describe what she did for us, because she spent weeks/ a couple months before the wedding preparing for everything! Down to Itemized details of all of our décor to knowing which adult would eat only chicken fingers... She made sure we had a solid timeline by coordinating with all of our Vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page! Leading up to the wedding she sent reminders and made sure to check in on what still needed to be done!

Everything about our day could not have gone better. It was absolutely perfect in every way and I give my thanks to Meredith and her assistant Chloe for making that happen. They are so organized and they just know how to get the job done. I know not all coordinators are created equally so with that said - hire Meredith. She’s worth every penny!

5 Star Review for Meredith!
Having Meredith as our coordinator was one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. She was extremely detail oriented and was always on top of everything! She addressed everything that might "pop up" and I felt like I could relax on the day with her taking care of things. She communicated with my vendors the month leading up to finalize details which was super helpful to take off of my plate. Also her timeline was a life saver!! She was great, definitely would recommend her to any east coast bride :)

Incredible coordinator! A must hire!
Meredith was a fantastic coordinator! Her team was so fantastic for our wedding! In the months/weeks/days leading up Meredith made sure she stayed in constant contact and responded to all of our questions big and small. She was so great at laying out every detail and step of our wedding day as well as providing different suggestions that made things so much easier and better. On the wedding day we didn't have to worry about anything. She made sure to stay in touch with all of our vendors, coordinate every minute of every hour and everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend Meredith! You will not be disappointed!

Meredith (along with her two lovely assistants) was our day of coordinator/planner for our (large, 260+ person) wedding on July 15, 2022. Meredith provided excellent value for our budget, and we were so grateful and comfortable to hand off the responsibilities, communication, and emergency-handling to her on the day. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy and we knew that we were in good hands with Meredith! She met with us multiple times beforehand to painstakingly craft and review our timeline, coordinated and liased between our several vendors to overcome some tricky staffing challenging, and was flexible as our needs changed on the day. Throughout the process, Meredith was incredibly organized, kind, professional, patient, and responsive. We are so happy we hired her!

So easy to work with and so helpful!!!
Meredith and I, owner of Black Begonia Floral Design in Watch Hill, RI, worked a July 2nd wedding together and she made my set-up much easier and stress-free. Not only should your wedding planner help you plan your big day- but they should be managing all of your vendors day-of so it turns out exactly as you envisioned! After-all, all I want to do as a florist is ensure the flowers are exactly what you were expecting and more, and Meredith really helped take them to the next level! She's awesome and works across Connecticut to bring your vision to life!
