Highly recommend hiring Madison to be your wedding planner!
We hired Madison to be our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. In reality, she ended up being so much more. She started coordinating everything over a month in advance - scheduling, vendors, timelines, decorations, all the little details to ensure everything was kept track of and running smoothly. She was excellent at coordinating our ceremony and it was beautiful and perfect. I am not the best decorator, but Madison was able to beautifully decorate our entry tables with the mess of supplies I gave her, and throughout the cocktail hour and reception she made sure any little thing we needed was taken care of - boxing up some appetizers so we wouldn't miss out, serving and bringing us our dinners while the rest of the guests went up to the buffet, and making sure I could get ahold of any vendor/bridal party member whenever I needed to. In short - everything was perfect and I couldn't have asked for better!

If you plan your wedding at Cyprus, I would highly recommend to pick Sunshine Weddings by Charlotte. We just got married April 20.2024 and OMG I must say. Charlotte made it all to be a magical memory. She got us at "hello", from the first message and than calls. She was always there for us, to guide, to support , to advise. She showed us an outstanding professionalism and she is really passionate about what she is doing.
She never pushed us into anything, or choose things we do not want. We fell in love with Cyprus and we will never forget who made it unforgettable. Thank you Charlotte and her team.

A Must Have For Your Wedding
I learned of Madison's services 2 years ago when my brother-in-law hired her for his wedding. After seeing her in action it was a no-brainer to book her for mine and I am so grateful I did. Madison steps in at just the right time and connects all the dots. After solidifying all of my vendors and venue, Madison takes the lead with coordination and execution. I have no doubt that my wedding ran so smoothly because of her and it made the celebration a memorable night for all. Planning my wedding from afar, a lot of little details were left in the air until we could be on-site. From table sizes being smaller than what was relayed, to redoing the seating chart the day before, and dealing with a difficult vendor for rentals, Madison kept calm and was quick to come up with solutions for everything. Her attention to detail and the importance she puts on organizing and understanding the desired flow from start to finish are exceptional. Thank you for making my special day so beautiful and seamless!

Absolute life saver
We were struggling until we found Madison. She lifted so much stress and pressure from our shoulders with her knowledge, insight, flexibility and calm professionalism. She also officiated, and we were so happy with the outcome of collaborating with her on the script for the service, which went perfectly. After the wedding it felt like she was a member of the family. Best decision we made, after the one to get married :).

The absolute best!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Madison! From the very beginning, her communication was excellent and was quick to respond and get our date secured for our wedding. She was very thorough and accommodating with what we wanted for our ceremony. My husband and I are both very goofy people and we wanted humor to be included in our wedding and she did a phenomenal job writing the ceremony and sent it to us ahead of time to get our approval. I also loved that she was able to send our marriage license after the wedding so I dind’t have to worry about it before we left for our honeymoon! I am so happy we were able to work with Madison for our wedding and she helped make it the happiest day of our lives!

Madison officiated and coordinated our wedding. She wrote a beautiful, tailored ceremony and was professional, organized, responsive, and overall on top of everything. Worth her weight in GOLD!
We are in post-wedding bliss and packing for our honeymoon and I can’t focus on anything until I tell the world what an absolute gem Madison is. Part of me wants to gatekeep her but that would be so selfish. Our day was the happiest of our lives and all of my most memorable moments were directly because of Madison. I’m in tears thinking about how special she was and how special she made me feel. She put out fires I didn’t even know were there and made our wedding absolutely wonderful. She is the very best. I am so grateful to her.
