During my trial she was super fun to talk to and listened to any concerns I had involving skincare or aspects I was insecure about when it came to how I look. I was unable to do a hair trial prior to my wedding but was confident in her ability to create on the spot. And boy, she delivered! On my wedding day I showed her a few images of what I had in mind and she created the hairstyle of my dreams. Not only is her work detailed and professional, but also the way she enhanced my features and brought out my individual beauty was breathtaking. She made me look and feel beautiful! Ann was absolutely amazing! She did my wedding hair and makeup. We started at 5 am because my traditional ceremony started at 8. As a person who doesn't usually wear makeup, Ann made sure to give me a light natural look and left me with detail instructions on how to touch it up without making it look cakey. She is extremely professional and knows her work very well. I was extremely happy with both my hair and makeup, which lasted at least 15 hours (with slight touch ups in between) Toward the end of the ceremony, I was dancing with my guests pretty rigorously, but my hair was still pretty much intact. Very impressive.
I also asked her to bring a couple of associates to help with my mom, sister's , and MOH's makeup and hair and they did a beautiful job with everyone. Ann is very quick to respond via email, very easy to work with, and is very on top of it. All in all, the services Ann and her company provided were amazing and worth the price tag. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Ann is simply amazing. She is very responsive to emails, which is great. She is also flexible in customizing a package that works for me. In fact, I made a last minute decision to add hair and make up for the mothers, and she was able to accommodate it. It was after I booked Ann, that I realized she actually did the hair and make up for one of my good friend's wedding for which I was a bridesmaid. My friend looked gorgeous in her wedding, and I knew I was in good hands with Ann.

Ann is exceptionally talented, and has an eye for bringing out the glamour and beauty in each individual. For my trial make up, she recommended that I bring a photo of myself with my own make up on, so that she can make me look like a more beautiful version of myself. In the past, whenever I've gotten my make up done elsewhere, I never really liked it because it just didn't look like me. It was a version of what someone else thinks I should look like. Also, because I have single eyelids, most other make up artists didn't know how to deal with that. With Ann, I LOVED my make up and I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror! Ann also knew what hair styles would work with my hair type. I brought photos of over eight hair styles that I couldn't decide on, and Ann was able to consult and pick out a hair style that I love, and works for me.

For my wedding day, Ann was a joy to work with. She is a true professional, and knew exactly where to set up shop. She made me feel at ease on an otherwise hectic day, and gave me tips on how to keep my make up for the rest of the day. Ann uses high quality professional make up that lasts the entire day. I didn't even have to do any touch up, she's that good. Ann even mixed my very own lip gloss shade, and gave me some extra in a small jar in case I need it. I finished my hair and make up on time and was ahead of schedule. I can't thank Ann enough, for making me feel like a beautiful bride on one of the most important days of my life.

Ann Ho is a true professional. She knows what works and what doesn't . She's open to ideas but for a person like me who is clueless with makeup, i rely on her decisions. Ann is someone who will give you her honest opinions and will not do something that will not look good on you. Since I have no experience with hair, the looks I want are not possible or not-good looking with my hair. She pointed out what I can get and cannot during consultation. I really like her professional feedback. I don't like the vendors who says "yeah, we can do whatever you want" because it might not be the best look for you and you will end up hating it.

I love how she did my hair. I didn't get to do the trial, and I still wasn't sure of what I want on the wedding day. Ann just asked me a few questions and she did an amazing updo for me. I didn't want a low bun, so she gave me a very modern mid-high updo that I ended up loving so much. Her styles are very modern and sophisticated, unlike most salons that will give you same old updo they’ve been doing since 10-20 yrs ago.

My hair stayed up intact for the whole day-night even with my veil on for most of the day. I didn't want to take it off at the end of the day.

I am comfortable with makeup and I wear heavy, crazy eye makeup on weekends, so I was worried that I might not look special or different from my own makeup. But I was wrong. I looked so different in a softer way that I don't want to look like my old look after the wedding. I want to keep looking at myself the whole day. Everytime my groom mentioned how big my eyes were on that day, I am so glad Ann did big eyes for me. hehe. I’m greedy.

Ann was very patient and took her time during the hair & makeup. She really cared about the details, and will not rush just to finish it up. She stayed until I was dressed up and helped me put the veil, and even gave me lip-cream and instructions on how to maintain the makup for the whole day.

Finding the right "dress" and the right "make up artist" were among the top priorities for my wedding planning. Let's be honest - we are brides and we want to look the most beautiful on our wedding day. After doing A LOT of research, I chose Ann and her team for their services for the wedding. Ann is truly talented and amazing in her craft. I can go on and on but go directly to her website and look at the makeovers - before and after shots. There are tons of reviews you can always find, but I needed data and proof. She is truly gifted and all knowing in her ability assess your features and work with your strength to make you the most beautiful you can be. If you can get her "booked," you are very lucky. She is in very high demand from both new and repeat clients, and I would book her VERY early. Aside from her talents, I really liked her professionalism. She was very reasonable and very honest. She addressed any concerns I had prior to the wedding.
