Wedding consultant and sugar artist, Kamber Sherrod, has been designing cakes for Sticky Fingers Bakery for 16 years. She has studied sugar art with Chef Lori Ann Blethen of Wildflowers in Bridgeton, NJ and specializes in hand sculpted sugar flower arrangements. All of Kamber’s custom cake designs are uniquely tailored to each client, and she looks forward to each and every cake creation!

Amazing cake, let alone vegan!

Our family has a lot of lactose intolerant members, plus we had to think about kosher requirements. Our delicious vegan cake more than fit the bill. If you didn't know it was vegan, you couldn't tell. Sticky Fingers was easy to work with and arrange tasting and delivery.

I worked with Kamber to order a sweetheart cake and cupcakes for my wedding. She was very responsive and patient with me while I was in the planning process. I have some food allergies, so I selected to go vegan for both the cake and cupcakes and they were a hit! My vegan friends were happy and my non-vegan (most) guests, didn't know they were vegan, so it was a win/win! I ordered the 9" sweetheart cake and 8 dozen cupcakes and they all looked great upon arrival. I will definitely use this vendor again for future cake/cupcake needs.

We ordered cupcakes from Sticky Fingers for our wedding. The wedding cake coordinator, Kamber, was an absolute joy to work with - she was professional and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Our cupcakes were delivered on time and were absolutely perfect. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious they were!

My daughter's wedding cake from Sticky Fingers was widely proclaimed as the best wedding cake the guests had ever had. I have had ,any wedding cakes that were so so but ours was delicious and the pricing reasonable. They worked with my daughter to make the perfect cake. I highly recommend Sticky Fingers

I am lactose intolerant so a vegan cake was super important to me. I didn't want to hassle with medicine right before sharing our first bite together. Working with Sticky Fingers was a delight to work with from start to finish. And they helped us find the best option for our guest count. The final product was delicious and beautiful! I worked with Kamber and she was delightful. We didn't eat cake at the wedding because we were so busy, but we are loving the leftovers. Still delicious a week later!

Our wedding cake was perfect. I heard a few people say, "wow," when they saw the perfect sugar flowers and beautiful colors. The tasting was fun and easy. Our cake arrived on time. Guests loved the cake! We had raspberry and lemon filling with vanilla icing. I am not a fruit cake person, but our tasting has converted me into a Sticky Fingers fruit cake lover! It was clear this cake was made with love...I don't know how else to say it. There was something magical about the cake and it looked so perfect on the sparkly pink table cloth. The cake looked like a work of art and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend you check out Sticky Fingers for your next big cake!

Best wedding cake I've ever seen, tasted, or visualized! Kamber at Sticky Fingers Bakery in DC did an AMAZING job! We had lines of people wanting seconds! Most people had no idea that our beautiful cake trimmed with tree branches, cherry blossoms, butterflies and a UNICORN cake topper made of sugar was a vegan cake. I've seen many people leave a wedding without cake, but not ours. We were determined to ensure that people loved it as much as we love Sticky Fingers. Thank you to Doron and Kamber for making our wedding cake not only the most beautiful cake that we've ever seen, but also the tastiest we've ever eaten! We can't wait for the year to be up so we can eat the rest!

Amazing! I was so happy to have a wedding cake that I could eat! I caught several of the guests sneaking a bite of my vegan cake and saying that they didn't believe it was vegan!!! Everyone was super helpful and I love their baked goods.

Kamber Sherrod not only makes elegant and very detailed cakes, but tasty ones too! I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian, and I love her cakes and baked goods! Trust me you should try "death by chocolate" it is divine! Kamber is a true artist when it comes to decorating cakes! She takes time and thought while decorating. Each wedding cake I've seen has been different and unique to rest; one can really see how Kamber captures each couples personal taste. I highly recommend her!
