  Amazing cake, let alone vegan!

  Our family has a lot of lactose intolerant members, plus we had to think about kosher requirements. Our delicious vegan cake more than fit the bill. If you didn't know it was vegan, you couldn't tell. Sticky Fingers was easy to work with and arrange tasting and delivery.

  I worked with Kamber to order a sweetheart cake and cupcakes for my wedding. She was very responsive and patient with me while I was in the planning process. I have some food allergies, so I selected to go vegan for both the cake and cupcakes and they were a hit! My vegan friends were happy and my non-vegan (most) guests, didn't know they were vegan, so it was a win/win! I ordered the 9" sweetheart cake and 8 dozen cupcakes and they all looked great upon arrival. I will definitely use this vendor again for future cake/cupcake needs.

  We ordered cupcakes from Sticky Fingers for our wedding. The wedding cake coordinator, Kamber, was an absolute joy to work with - she was professional and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Our cupcakes were delivered on time and were absolutely perfect. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious they were!

  My daughter's wedding cake from Sticky Fingers was widely proclaimed as the best wedding cake the guests had ever had. I have had ,any wedding cakes that were so so but ours was delicious and the pricing reasonable. They worked with my daughter to make the perfect cake. I highly recommend Sticky Fingers

Working with Sticky Fingers was a delight to work with from start to finish. And they helped us find the best option for our guest count. The final product was delicious and beautiful! I worked with Kamber and she was delightful. We didn't eat cake at the wedding because we were so busy, but we are loving the leftovers. Still delicious a week later!

  Our wedding cake was perfect. I heard a few people say, "wow," when they saw the perfect sugar flowers and beautiful colors. The tasting was fun and easy. Our cake arrived on time. Guests loved the cake! We had raspberry and lemon filling with vanilla icing. I am not a fruit cake person, but our tasting has converted me into a Sticky Fingers fruit cake lover! It was clear this cake was made with love...I don't know how else to say it. There was something magical about the cake and it looked so perfect on the sparkly pink table cloth. The cake looked like a work of art and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend you check out Sticky Fingers for your next big cake!

  Amazing! I was so happy to have a wedding cake that I could eat! I caught several of the guests sneaking a bite of my vegan cake and saying that they didn't believe it was vegan!!! Everyone was super helpful and I love their baked goods.

  We ordered a gluten-free wedding cake from here and it was out of this world! So delicious that many of my non-gluten-free guests were wanting more :) We also ordered a selection of cupcakes that were divine! Working with Kamber on our order was great - she was very helpful, and came up with a bunch of creative wedding cake ideas. Definitely recommend using them for your wedding!

  Kamber Sherrod of the Sticky Fingers Bakery in Washington DC (http://stickyfingersbakery.com/) baked our wedding cake. We were very pleased. I wanted the cake to be, above all, delicious, but I also wanted to accommodate the gluten-free diet of close family and friends. We also had a very specific idea of what we wanted the cake to look like (we wanted it to fit with the flower theme--black-eyed Susans, our favorite flower). Kamber and the Sticky Fingers Bakery met and exceeded expectations on all of these wishes. As part of the deal, we had a tasting--and the gluten-free options were absolutely delicious! We also were able to have different fillings for different tiers of the cake--very helpful, because it was VERY hard to choose just one! Kamber was wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating. The cake was perfect--delicious, beautiful, and ALL of our family and friends could eat and enjoy it. We are still receiving compliments on the cake. In retrospect, I would perhaps add an extra tier--not a bite was left at the end of the night (and we over-ordered for the number of guests).

  Sticky Fingers is such a great bakery. We were so excited to be able to get a vegan cake for our wedding. Kamber Sherrod was so nice and easy to work with and did a beautiful job with our cake. She was even up for a challenge! We decided on the white cake with raspberry frosting (made with fresh raspberry puree). Kamber said that they normally use the raspberry frosting between the layers and use a vanilla frosting on the outside because the seeds in the puree make it hard to get a smooth look. We told her we did not care about that; we wanted a pink cake anyway and loved the idea of fresh raspberry puree in the frosting. We thought the mottled look would be cool, anyway. Kamber got excited at the challenge and did a superb job! It was beautiful and oh so yummy. Our guests practically licked their plates clean!

  Sticky Fingers is our local bakery - we're totally addicted to their almond creme cupcakes, so having them do our wedding cake (in the same flavor) was a no-brainer. Kamber was absolutely professional and responsive, and the cake was SO GOOD! We got so many complements on it; several of our guests were amazed that it was vegan - we're not vegan, or even vegetarian. One of our guests said the most important thing to her at her own wedding was her cake, and ours was better! I highly recommend Sticky Fingers without any reservations.

  This was a great experience!! Kamber was great to work with. The cake was beautiful, great tasting and hassle free. To add to the challenge we needed a Gluten Free Cake. We have tried every Gluten Free Product on the market and this cake was the best!! Nobody knew it was GF. We had tons of compliments on the cake. These complements include additional tastings “the morning after” by sober tasters. The cake was great! We will go to this baker any chance we get.

  I wanted to have a low carbon wedding and I'm a celiac so Sticky Fingers made us 120 cupcakes for our wedding. I loooooove how they tasted and was really impressed with everything they did. I would totally book them again. Amazing work!!

  I highly recommend Kambor and Sticky Fingers without any reservation whatsoever. She was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. She had many good ideas and listened carefully to my ideas. She delivered the cake exactly when she said she would and spent a great deal of time on-site making sure that it looked absolutely beautiful. Perhaps most important, the cake itself was delicious! She had spent much time with us as we tasted different possibilities and the cake itself was as good or better than the sample. Many guests commented on how moist and delicious it was. She was definitely the right choice for our special day!

  The cake that was made for our wedding by Sticky Fingers bakery was nothing short of perfect. During the wedding planning process, I decided that I wanted to have an intricate, unusual design. The cake designer met with me until we were sure that the cake would be exactly what I had in mind, and when I saw the beautiful creation on my wedding day, it exceeded my expectations!!! It helps that it was also delicious. Everyone commented on how good the cake tasted . I could not recommend this vendor more highly!!! Sticky fingers was professional , attentive, and really interested in custom-making a wonderful product. Top marks!

It helps that it was also delicious. Everyone commented on how good the cake tasted . I could not recommend this vendor more highly!!! Sticky fingers was professional , attentive, and really interested in custom-making a wonderful product. Top marks!

  I have loved Sticky Fingers cakes for years and when it came to our wedding, I was so excited that they were able to do beautiful wedding cakes as well. Ours turned out just the way we had pictured and I absolutely loved it! It tasted delicious as well!

  We loved the idea of getting assorted desserts for our wedding reception, and we love visiting Sticky Fingers, so it was a perfect fit. Kamber was very professional and made planning our order easy, even via email from the West Coast. They were delivered on time and our catering company plated them. Everyone loved them so much that everything was gone very quickly. The only thing we would have done differently was order more!

  Kamber did an excellent job on our vegan wedding cake! It was a vanilla chai latte flavored cake and it was so delicious and decorated beautifully. We wish we had more of it to eat after the wedding!

I ordered a sweetheart cake for cutting plus three 9" "regular" cakes in various flavors and arranged them on assorted antique pressed-glass cake stands. The total cost was about $250 - extremely reasonable in wedding world. Kamber from Sticky Fingers was responsive and clear about the ordering process. I had a friend pick up the cakes, which appears to have gone smoothly because the cakes made it to my venue in tact! Most importantly, the cakes were pretty and delicious, and all the non-vegans thought so too :). I even ended up ordering another lemon-filled vanilla cake shortly after the wedding because it was so popular my husband and I didn't get to try it!
