We had the pleasure of working with stephany through the entire year leading up to our wedding! She is incredibly professional, prompt, and willing to go above and beyond for any request you might have. We were very new to the world of weddings and she walked us through every detail with patience and without judgment. The vendors we booked through her were also extremely professional and kind! When planning was stressful, stephany was there to help us through it. She worked within our budget, helped us make tough decisions, worked within our covid limitations, helped manage tricky family dynamics, worked to make special/odd requests a reality, and worked with us remotely from our home in Philly! She truly wanted the best for us and we never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. On the day of the wedding when my nerves were at an all time high, she was 3 steps ahead of everyone and the whole event literally ran perfectly. She helped us have the wedding of our dreams that we will remember for the rest of our lives!!

Stephany and her team did an INCREDIBLE job with our wedding. She swooped in for Day of Coordination after we rescheduled our wedding due to a hurricane and SHE WAS ON IT. Before our first call she read the entire crazy 50 page deck I had on decor, wedding details etc and she knew it in and out. The day of the wedding was PERFECT and that is thanks to Stephany and her team. They decorated our chapel and it looked stunning and then went to the StarLite ship and decorated three levels all in about 1 1/2 hour. INCREDIBLE. It looked better than I could have imagined. I am so THANKFUL for Stephany - she is so bubbly, communicative, detail oriented and fun. Thank you for making our day so seamless and magical.

Stephany and Hocaina took all of the pressure off of me the week of the wedding! They worked with me and all my venders to create a timeline that worked for everyone and did an amazing job coordinating the rehearsal and day off! Stephany is AMAZING! My fiancé and I were planning to have a simple, intimate wedding with 15 guests. We weren't into the frills of the wedding planning, so I didn't see the initial need for a wedding planner or day of coordinator. Plus, I honestly believed my endless Google searches about wedding planning/coordinating would all pay off in the end. My sisters convinced me that the wedding day might be stressful so I took their advice by hiring Stephany after seeing her work with our original venue. She had such a great personality during our first meeting! She always provided a prompt, thorough response to every email sent. She was even open to continuing working with us when we decided to add more guests, change the date, AND switch locations to a different city! There's no way this wedding could have happened without Stephany. As my sisters predicted, the day of the wedding was a lot more stressful than I imagined. Stephany answered every call and question I had to ease my nerves. We were running a bit behind (which stressed me out), but she coordinated with the production company for the livestream, photographer, and officiant to make sure things went smoothly. She even made sure we had enough time to celebrate and dance with our family and friends! No matter how organized you think you are, or how small of a wedding you may be having, hire a day of coordinator *cough cough* Stephany now!
