Initially, my wife and I thought we could plan a wedding on our own, but we soon found out the vast amount of decisions that had to be made. We found Stephanie and immediately fell in love with her because of her responsiveness, personability, professionalism, organization, and knowledge. After our first meeting with her, we knew we were in great hands and that everything would go smoothly for our big day. From the get go, Stephanie gave us an outline for what we had to do and was readily available to answer our questions. She utilized tools to help keep track of the budget, tasks, guest list, and inspirations for our wedding which was great to have. Throughout the process, we met with Stephanie multiple times in person, spoke on the phone, and sent plentiful amounts of emails; it seemed like our wedding just magically became a reality with her help as she helped guide our decisions. Stephanie also has access to a plethora of vendors and made communicating with them easier as well as helped save us money. She was amazing at keeping everything in budget all the while making everything beautiful.

The planning process was amazing. The wedding was phenomenal. Stephanie gives her 110% to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding and was at our venue even before we showed up! Her timeline was meticulously detailed, but also factored in potential delays so that when they arrised, we were able to roll along as if they were planned all along. My wife and I opted to have Stephanie decorate our entire wedding; we had full trust in her judgment. We were very much rewarded for our trust as we loved all the details, flowers, draping, seating charts, thank you notes, and much more that Stephanie helped us with, all the while staying under budget.

Suffice to say, Stephanie is phenomenal. Choose her as your wedding planner and you will not be disappointed!

I could write a novel about how incredible Stephanie! She planned our welcome dinner and wedding two weeks ago and it was perfection.

As someone with a demanding job and almost zero time to plan a wedding, I knew early on that I needed help—and not just from anyone, but from the best. Stephanie took my very loose vision and turned it into the most gorgeous reality. I truly cannot underscore this enough. She saw exactly what I wanted (even when I wasn't totally sure myself!) and created something more beautiful and special than I could have ever dreamed.

What stood out most about Stephanie was how easily she understood exactly who we are individually and as a couple—and used that insight to match us with absolutely perfect vendors. Every single person she brought on board fit our vibe completely—it made the day so magical!

And her design skills? TOP NOTCH. She threaded unique, cool, and stunning touches throughout every aspect of the wedding—things I never would have thought about but that elevated the day in ways I didn't even know were possible (beach umbrellas, photo roamers, a bridal bed, the list goes on!). Her creative brilliance truly made our wedding one-of-a-kind.

On top of killer design skills, she's a budget master and helped us stay on track without ever compromising style or quality (and I really pushed the limits). She also managed so much stress on my behalf that the entire process genuinely felt easy and seamless, which is something I never expected to say about planning a wedding.

But what really sets Stephenie apart for me is how she handled challenges—not just small ones, but huge ones—and did it with grace, practicality, and a level of care (and humor!) that was above and beyond.

We ran into two major issues, both tied to the only things I deeply cared about. First, my dog sitter bailed at the last minute, and the safety and happiness of my dog was my number one concern—especially since we had no one else who could care for him the entire weekend (they were all at the wedding!). Second, the entire vision for the wedding was a luxurious, tropical beach vibe and rain threw a really mean wrench into those plans. Both of these things nearly killed me and I shed more than a a few tears but....Stephanie to the rescue!

She not only pulled me out of my spiral about the rain (which no one else could), but also worked with our venue to completely rearrange the logistics and recreate our outdoor vision indoors while keeping as many outdoor elements as possible woven into the day. I still don’t know how she pulled it off. And then, as if that wasn’t enough, she did something I never expected—she found the most kind, reliable, and wonderful person to care for my dog and made sure he was safe, well-loved, and present for photos. That's not even in her 'job description', but she solved it without hesitation - She just cares that much and is that good.

To top it all off, the entire day went perfectly—no hiccups, no weird timeline gaps—just smooth sailing from start to finish. Stephanie made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful day feel effortless, joyful, and full of love.

The best part? She didn’t just plan our wedding; she became someone we now want in our lives forever.

The single most important decision we made in the process of planning our wedding was hiring Stephanie as our wedding planner! My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and it was only possible because of Stephanie’s expertise, careful planning, and her extensive network of vendor contacts. We hired Stephanie for her partial planning service, but she made us feel like we had a full service wedding planner. We had a very clear vision for our wedding day, and Stephanie executed every detail beyond our expectations (while also staying within the budget). We selected a team of incredible vendors based on Stephanie’s recommendations and they went above and beyond on our wedding day. Stephanie works with the kindest, most talented vendors, and we would not have had the opportunity to assemble such an amazing team without her.
