Stefanie is perfection. Truly.

To begin: her sample work is spectacular. I mean, take a look. It's all real. Our photos were that good too. She's super reasonable and flexible, e.g. we didn't want an engagement shoot b/c we found her a while after we got engaged, so instead she covered our night-before gathering. And administratively, she's so on the ball. Electronic contracts and payment, super professional, very clear, very responsive. Happy to come do advanced walk-thrus, makes time to talk through logistics and creative preferences and then remembers everything without any reminders. Probably the easiest vendor to work with, of everyone we hired.

Creatively and interpersonally, I can't imagine a better fit. Her work is gorgeous, ranging from traditional to hilarious and fun candids that capture the vibe of the moment. We're a silly couple together, and that came through wonderfully, but we also got all the gorgeous staged shots for mom and dad. And we loved having her AT the actual events. Both she and the second shooter (also Stephanie, ironically) were fantastic and just seamlessly integrated with our guests like they belonged there. It made for wonderful, organic shots. And they were just fun and joyful to have at our wedding. Plus, they were incredibly helpful - sometimes even doing tasks our wedding planner should have been doing, and without complaining or being asked. (e.g. they found the bouquets, wrangled family, etc.). Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without Team Stefanie.

After the fact - we got a ton of amazing photos, in 3 forms: a website with downloadable files and an ordering system for prints, a flash drive, and a CD. Backups on our backups. And the photobook we made for my parents was incredible - printed on really high quality cardstock, and it allowed for way more photos than we could even pick for them! The website with photo downloads is a touch clunky, but that's really the only possible "constructive feedback" I could give. Everything else was truly perfection.

We'd recommend Stefanie in a heartbeat, she's such a wonderfully charismatic, reliable, knowledgeable, and creative professional. We feel so fortunate that we found her and that she was available on our wedding weekend!

Overall great experience working with Stefanie! Professional and enthusiastic, she works deliberately and efficiently which was much appreciated. She captured every shot I wanted and went above and beyond when needed. Very happy with Stefanie and her work throughout the entire process.

I first worked with Stefanie during my best friends wedding. Once I got engaged I knew she was the photographer I wanted to capture our day. Getting your pictures taken for 8 hours can get awkward at times but Stefanie goes with the flow, she can rangle a group of rowdy groomsman like no other and her pictures speak for themselves. My favorite thing about her pictures are that I still look like myself, she doesn't use heavy editing/filters like we see on the internet these days. I can't wait to work with Stefanie again!

Having Stefanie take our wedding photos was by far the best decision we made for our wedding! She made us so comfortable and took photos that made us look like incredible. We can’t wait for another excuse to hire Stefanie again!

Words honestly can’t describe the amazing work Stefanie does. My (now) husband and I are total goof balls and I was honestly worried we’d never get a good photo of us together. We met Stefanie and had our engagement session and all the weight was lifted off my shoulders. Not only were we instantly comfortable in front of her (a rare thing for us) she managed to capture our goof-ball-ness but also our romantic side. Wedding day came and it was like she was part of the family. She took stunning shots of us alone and together that made me feel like magizine Cover worthy!! The candid photos she captured bring me right back as if it was happening all over again; I laughed, I cried, I felt all the love all over again. I’m honored to have had her as our photographer and will be forever grateful her photos will hang on my walls for the rest of my life.

LOVE HER and her work!!! Not only is Stefanie so amazing at what she does, but she is also so great and easy to work with!! Photography for our wedding was high on our priority list, but we still had a budget. I met stefanie at a wedding expo and loved her work she had displayed and loved her personality even more! She did our engamanet session as well as our wedding. The photos are incredible. Tons of beautiful candids and romantic shots. She captured every detailed moment perfectly! Her second shooter for our wedding day was great, too! We’re able to look back on a day that was a blur for us and see all of the gorgeous details. I’d recommend stefanie over and over again!!!

I hired Stefanie to shoot my wedding day (1/12/18) at the courthouse - with the caveat that she couldn't actually shoot the ceremony because cameras aren't allowed in the Mecklenburg County Courthouse. We met with Stefanie before the wedding to brainstorm where we could go to get some cool urban/Charlotte shots and how to incorporate our guests into the photos after the ceremony.

A few days before the wedding, I emailed Stefanie with the realization that it was going to be raining. She completely reassured me and we made plans to have umbrellas available with some back-up locations at the ready.

The day of the wedding, Stefanie guided us at a variety of locations (some rainy, some just overcast) for romantic shots, family photos, group shots and friends photos. Even when it was raining and seemed dreary outside, she would show me a photo now and then and reassure me that the weather would make outstanding photos.

The final product was amazing - she caught our wedding day and our friends and family in a perfect way. Hiring her was one of our best wedding planning decisions!

Stefanie Haviv was our photographer for our wedding in November 2017. Stefanie and I met at the Carolina Bridal Expo and immediately connected. Her work spoke for itself- modern, playful, candid and gorgeous. It was exactly the type of look we were going for when we began our search for a photographer. From the very first meeting, Stefanie took our vague thoughts about what we wanted and made them into fresh, interesting, unique and beautiful photos that felt every bit “us”. When we told her that we had an idea for our engagement shoot to eat pizza on the couch, she transformed this idea into a gorgeous shoot on her parent’s farm, with us in our PJ’s on a couch in the middle of a beautiful field eating pizza while wrapped in a blanket. (Oh, and there happened to be baby goats so we took some photos with them, too :)) This, along with a more traditional engagement session took all day and Stefanie took so much time with us, grabbing frame after frame of beautiful and unique perspectives. She was super responsive, and her work came back to us quickly, as well, perfectly edited and was happy to have us share them with those we love. Stefanie was an absolute joy to have as our photographer, making sure every photo we requested for our wedding day was taken and plenty of shots of not only us, but our friends and family, as well, which was a joy to see. Along with the more traditional shots, she is not afraid to take risks with her photos which is where some of the more artistic and playful shots come from- my husband and I are huge fans of these! Stefanie is a true professional- courteous, compassionate, incredibly relatable and a real talent. I consider it an honor that my husband and I were able to have her capture these moments with us and I look forward to having her capture many more.

Stephanie was the photographer for my son's wedding and her creativity and attention to every detail made reviewing the photos after the wedding make me feel like I was right there again! She had fun ideas and the posed photographs were anything but stuffy. She brought out the best in everyone and the photos reflect the joy of the occasion.

Stefanie is a brilliant, artistic, photographer with a beautiful personality. I can not think of one thing I dislike about this amazing women! When I was looking for a photographer, these were the things that matter most to me; creativity, able to give direction, organized, and consistent quality photos. Stefanie surpassed all of these things! Not only is she a wonderful photographer, she is just a fun person and it's hard not to click with her immediately! Stefanie is able to find beauty in the most unexpected places, which translates into unique, yet stunningly, gorgeous photos.
On our wedding day it felt like a close friend taking our photos and she put us at ease! She was also extremely organized and kept us on schedule. I had ZERO worries on my wedding day because she just knows what she's doing and she's wonderful at it. She captured key moments with such sensitivity. She is also great at making you and your guests relax so you don't get that "posed prom look" or "deer in the headlight" pictures. My wedding party and guests absolutely loved her! Don't worry about not being photogenic, she will make you laugh and smile naturally! We were beyond thrilled with our photos. She was able to capture perfect pictures and created AMAZING photos out of the most simple things. She really sees things differently and has a stellar eye for the best picture. I got married in the mountains on a lake and in some pictures it looked like I got married in the tropics. Those pictures were so amazing! It was so cool to see what her unique eye can find and what she can do with lighting and shadows.
Understand that on your wedding day you are spending the entire day with your photographer, make sure you have someone as wonderful as Stefanie. We felt so blessed and grateful to work with her, and I currently recommend her to everyone!
