Stalk & Pistil is a sustainable flower farm and design studio in western Maine. We grow specialty cut flowers and create lush, natural and timeless arrangements for weddings, businesses, kitchen tables and more.

We believe the best floral designs are made with local, seasonal blooms. We aim to grow all of your wedding flowers on our farm, sourcing from other Maine flower farms when needed. From a backyard elopement to a larger than life celebration, our seasonally inspired arrangements will make your wedding day memorable and unique.

We take pride in customizing designs for all of our clients and bringing their floral visions to life. Beautiful floristry instantly elevates the atmosphere of a venue, so we live for dreaming up and designing big events! We also believe fresh, local flowers should be available to brides with any budget and thus include A La Carte and DIY options in our offerings.

Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend florals by Stalk & Pistil. You will be amazed by the just incredible, jaw dropping blooms and talent by Bailey. We received so many compliments from wedding guests and friends on social media - which completely matched how satisfied we were. Bailey made working together seamless and I am so grateful we found her!

Stunning local flowers

We recently used bulk stems from Stalk and Pistil for our island wedding in September. Bailey was very easy to work with, provided great advice, and delivered the flowers on-time. They arrived looking fresh and lasted throughout the weekend. The bulk stems were sorted by type which was helpful for our flower arranger. Many of the stems still look good a week later! The colors were beautiful and seasonally appropriate. It was very good value. I'm hoping to not get married again, but if I were to, I would definitely use next time ;)

Flowers of our dreams!

We hired Bailey to do our wedding flowers at the recommendation of our venue, where she provides bulk flowers on a regular basis. After meeting with her via zoom and sharing some photos of what I was looking for, we entrusted her entirely with our vision and were not disappointed!

On the day of the wedding, I was blown away with how beautiful and lush the bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and chuppah flowers were at such an affordable price point. She even helped coordinate the venue's bulk flowers with our color scheme to ensure everything would feel consistent.

I would 1000% recommend Bailey to any Maine bride looking for a talented and personable florist. Her arrangements are truly a work of art!

Dream flower vendor

Bailey made my wedding flower dreams come true! I knew the colors and style I wanted and after just a few back and forths with Bailey, I felt great about the vision. Even with a pretty clear plan and expectations, I couldn't believe how well everything turned out. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the chandelier installations truly transformed the space at Granite Ridge. We got so many complements from our guests as well as our other vendors. Bailey is a true artist. Her flowers are a work of beauty and left my entire bridal party in tears upon arrival. She is a pleasure to work with and nailed my vision for the wedding day.
