Most NY and NJ brides run into Manhattan for beauty treatments, but don't overlook Queens! In Forest Hills, on Austin St, is a clean, bright spa called Spectrym. Downstairs they do hair, but upstairs in a secluded, more private area of the salon, they do manipeds, massages and facials. I recently went to Faina to a 45 minute massage and a basic facial. She was great, friendly, and very knowledgeable about skincare. The extractions didn't hurt, either. Thank you!
