Jim did a great job communicating and helping us through the planning process and helped us feel cared for day-of. Jim has a very user friendly website and client portal system. I was able to book for the event very easily from California. Jim kept the details organized on the website portal and it made the pre-wedding meeting go very smoothly. I appreciated his friendly demeanor over email, phone and in person. He was very upbeat and did all he could to make sure we had a terrific time/experience. He was even able to make a last minute change and do a earlier end time than originally planned. Also very easy to plan and understand our music choices.

I thought he did a great job MC'ing and was gracious for our family's music requests throughout the night. We provided a music file for our first dance and he was able to receive and play it for our first dance with no issues. Jim was receptive when I asked him to turn down the volume so guests could hear each other talking.

I would have liked to hear more alternative rock and classic rock ballads than so much pop music.

The lighting and set up were all very professional and polished to match the elegance of the rustic cabin ballroom venue. He has a nice screen that goes in front of his DJ set up that looks very sleek and clean. He did a great job handling the conga line.

I just wanted to thank Jim personally for all the advice he gave us before the wedding. His experience in planning weddings is invaluable and helped us create an unforgettable wedding reception!

We were in a panic! We listen to a stranger recommended DJ on Facebook and it was a major mistake. They made us pay in advance since it was a great price. But then a month later disappeared and we couldn't get a hold of them for six months! Finally, we panicked and gave up and our venue recommended we contact Sparty DJs. It was last minute so Jim himself was our DJ and we were blown away with the service and how happy he made our guests.
