We interacted with both Ben and Patrick throughout the planning process and both are incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and overall easy to work with! They have a Planning Center website where you may answer some questionnaires that the DJ/MC will use for your event; it is a very handy and organized place to document all the big focuses and small details for your event. For the actual wedding ceremony and reception, Ben was our DJ and MC and he did awesome with introductions and keeping the flow going. When it came to for the dance floor, Ben produced a joyous and inclusive dance floor, where people of all ages and backgrounds had familiar songs to dance to - we had family and friends coming from Mexico, and Ben found a few line dancing songs that got those groups up and moving! Highly recommend Southern Entertainment for your event.

Patrick was awesome throughout the entire process and did a great job DJ'ing our wedding. We had multiple guests come up to us and express how great of a job he did. He was very responsive and did great crowd work. I would highly recommend Southern Entertainment for any event.

DJ Patrick was AWESOME! Going into wedding planning I had no idea what I wanted in a DJ so I went to a bridal expo. I met Patrick and the SE team and instantly felt that he was a perfect fit. He has great communication skills and truly wants to make your wedding perfect! Patrick's DJ set-up is unlike any other. He has a TV on the front where it rotates through photos which I thought was very unique and stood out! He was able to make 2 mash-ups for me for first dances which meant so much to me. He also was able to provide a photo booth (with a custom border) that was a major hit at the wedding- especially during cocktail hour. Cold sparks were another big hit and truly enhanced the moments they were used for. They also were great during the entrance and exit. The whole night people were on the dance floor or even singing along. ALL of my guests were truly entertained thanks to him! I am so happy we went with Patrick!

Patrick at Southern Entertainment was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot recommend him enough, he helped make our wedding truly special. He is super kind and knows how to bring the party. He had great recommendations for how the timeline should flow and he brought the best lighting to really create a great atmosphere for the venue during dinner and during the dancing. Also the photobooth is amazing and everyone raved about it! I can't thank him enough for all he did to make our day so special!
