I found Soon to be Wed via IG after seeing several reels and recognized our venue. Turns out she was a preferred vendor. Xuan was honestly such a great addition to our wedding team, she thought of details I hadn’t thought of and was so available to answer questions. Plus she captured some of our special moments in little clips that I didn’t even have a moment to see come to life that we had been planning. On the day of our wedding she kept us on schedule and always checked in to see what I needed. Having her as point of contact with our vendors was so helpful not to be bothered. She even reviewed our contacts to see if we needed to hire additional helpers and discovered one of our contracts already included clean up. I cannot imagine our special day without her! She truly was my wedding bestie. I highly recommend you hire her for day of coordination, if not full wedding planning.

Xuan was a no brainer choice as our wedding coordinator. She handled every last detail of our wedding with such ease and professionalism, despite working through a pandemic. Xuan was so supportive and attentive to my needs throughout the wedding process and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. She was literally available by text 24/7 when I had random wedding thoughts leading up to the wedding, her and I worked together and achieve exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding.
