I cannot say enough good things about having a day-of coordinator, but if you're in the Portland area--you simply must book with the team at Soiree. Our day was perfect and SEAMLESS, and this was a direct result of the efforts of Whitney, Trish, and Lina. You're stressed and emotionally overwhelmed enough on your day. These ladies made sure everything JUST HAPPENED around us without any involvement or decision making needed.

From the site walk through to the rehearsal to the day of, they were there every step of the way with everything you need to have a smooth wedding day. Their time and knowledge is worth every penny. THANK YOU, SOIREE for making our day magical.

Molli and her team were truly invaluable during the wedding planning process and at both the rehearsal and wedding. I choose to do their day-of package that includes support prior to the wedding with them taking the reins roughly two weeks in advance of your wedding. Soirée provided me with wonderful advice, vetted vendors, amazing checklists and incredible moral support. It was such a gift to know that I could turn to them when I had a question and to trust that they had every detail under control so that I could relax and enjoy my wedding day. The execution was flawless. If anything happened behind the scenes I still don't know about it. And that is what you are paying a planner to provide you with... the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you have capable professionals handling what needs to be handled. I cannot recommend Soirée, Molli and her team highly enough. They were a joy to work with and hiring them was truly money well spent.

We worked with Molli, Nikki and Jenny. Each one of them is so kind, organized, considerate and helpful! Honestly, they were perfect! Nikki at Soiree was fantastic - she was organized, thoughtful and really helpful. Having her help allowed me to relax and enjoy the day instead of constantly worrying about details - I felt completely comfortable leaving all the details in her hands. Also on the day of, we had inclement weather and she was instrumental in allowing me to make a last minute decision on moving it indoors and still keeping it special and our decorations intact. I know all of our vendors felt very comfortable working with the team at Soiree as well.

Soiree was great to work with. We chose the day-of service, so we still did most of the planning ourselves. However, it was nice to have the background support available when we needed it leading up to the wedding, and it was definitely nice to have someone else handling items as they came up on the actual wedding day.

Thank the heavens for Molli, Nikki and the Soiree team!!! My (now) Spouse and I are a same-sex couple and we did not have a good experience with the first planner that we engaged. A friend that worked in the events industry recommended Molli and we are so thankful that he did. From the initial consultation, she treated us with great respect, compassion and caring. We knew before we left that first meeting that Soiree was the team for us.

Soiree offers several options but we chose the full-service package. We are busy working professionals and we feared that we would not have the time or talent to bring our dream wedding to life. (#Bestdecisionever) Molli and Nikki were very responsive, friendly, and creative. They gave us the freedom to live our lives while keeping us on-track and on-budget.

A year of planning FLEW by and on May 2, 2015, we were married. Molli and Nikki were with us through the entire experience and provided just the right recommendations to bring our magical night to life. We said in the beginning that we wanted to just walk in and enjoy our special day and that is exactly the experience that they delivered. We could not have asked for a more stress-free wedding and for that we will always be grateful.

I can really only think of one minor "snafu" and that was associated with the venue's photo both. Molli had the issue resolved before I could even get back to the Ballroom to tell my new spouse that she was working on it. Like Event-Ninja's, Molli and Nikki were always present but very discrete. They have this amazing ability to anticipate needs and address them before you even ask and they treated us like their most valued client.

At the end of one amazing evening, we literary just got in a vehicle and were whisked away to our hotel. It was worth every penny and the team at Soiree has our sincere thanks and absolute recommendation.

The Soirée team makes up the best group of wedding planners you can find from Portland and beyond that.
