My wedding was one of the many postponed by the pandemic (originally scheduled for June 2020), and Kelly handled the move with such grace and composure, which I can only imagine was a challenging task in the face of many frantic couples and stressed vendors to balance. We recently had the absolute pleasure of hiring Kelly as our wedding planner for our wedding at Cedar Lakes Estate this August. Planning a wedding in general is stressful, and tackling a wedding during COVID is something my husband and I never anticipated. Hiring Kelly as our planner was easily the best decision we made! She is incredibly kind, patient, calm, and extremely organized and detail oriented. She always gave us her honest opinion around our decisions and weighed the pros and cons, while allowing us to ultimately choose what felt right for us as a couple. She's super responsive and was always available to us, which we both appreciated as we navigated wedding planning during a pandemic. Throughout our wedding weekend, Kelly made us and our families feel at ease, completely stress free, and like guests at our own wedding. For any couples getting married at Cedar Lakes Estate in particular, Kelly knows this venue inside and out and was incredibly helpful keeping us on track managing all of the moving parts of having a three day wedding weekend. We can't imagine our wedding weekend without her!

If 2020 is a roller coaster then Kelly is the seatbelt that has kept us strapped in. My now husband and I postponed our July wedding to September, and without question there is no way we would have been able to make it happen without Kelly. She is calm, organized, detail oriented, a clear and timely communicator, extremely patient, and genuine. Pretty much every detail of our wedding plans changed a few weeks out and Kelly was instrumental in keeping our vendors up to speed and my husband and I on track to make sure everything would go off without a hitch. Planning a wedding is exciting, albeit difficult and overwhelming at times. Planning a wedding in the midst of a global pandemic is a challenge we never could have anticipated and never could have navigated without Kelly. She brought her partner Ryan to assist with all of the weekend-of details and not only was he extremely helpful and courteous, but he and my husband hit it off immediately which just added more positives to our whole experience working with them. From our very first phone call to our (air) hug goodbye the day following our wedding, Kelly was a dream to work with. Hiring Kelly was one of the best decisions we could have made and there’s no need for you to consider working with anyone else!

We’ve been working with Kelly for over a year now on our Summer 2020 wedding. Due to the Coronavirus, we have no idea at this moment what will end up happening with our wedding (postponed, cancelled, etc.), but we felt compelled to write our review now simply because Kelly has exceeded our expectations in every way. She is a true professional - consistently calm, on time, and reliable. She also responds promptly to emails and her email responses are always explanatory and helpful. Most importantly, she has shown time and time again that she truly cares about us and our wedding. In the current coronavirus climate where many things are uncertain, she has provided invaluable emotional support and advice. We could not imagine a better wedding planner than Kelly and could not recommend her highly enough!

When my wife and decided to have our wedding in central NJ at the Chapel at Sandy Hook, we didn’t fully understand all the work that would go into planning a tented wedding. Early on we connected with Kelly at SociaLife and it may have been the best decision we made in the entire process. Not only was the entire SociaLife team professional and well experienced, they were an absolute joy to work with. They helped us with everything from recommending terrific vendors (band, caterers, tent company) to writing in calligraphy all of our guest’s seating arrangement on slight slabs of driftwood (and everything in between). With the wedding being located in central NJ, Kelly’s ability to connect us with local vendors ultimately saved us a lot in the process and really helped capture what makes the area so special.
My wife and I gave Kelly an idea of how we wanted the wedding to feel, but pretty much gave her free reign on aesthetic. We worked together on budget, letting her know things we were ok spending on, and where we wanted to hold back. How she was able to find the most affordable florist with the most amazing flowers is still shocking to me
We were lucky to have them helping us throughout the planning, but where their experience was most impactful was during the actual wedding weekend. Neither my wife nor I could pin point an anxious moment or problem that came up during our big day, and that’s absolutely because of the tremendous job SociaLife did. Everyone that was involved in our wedding was blown away by their ability to bring together so many moving parts, yet make it look effortless in the process. Since the wedding, almost every guest has genuinely told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to - which, can be kind of awkward as most of our friends are married - but, is completely true.

We hired Taylor for our "day-of" planner for our wedding and she was so much more. She organized all of the information for our vendors and was a liaison between us and the venue. She was in contact with me throughout the entire planning process. Taylor is the most organized, always calm, and does it all with a smile and sense of humor. Couldn't have done it without her and her amazing assistant, Kayleigh.

I am still in awe by how incredible SociaLife was throughout our year of working together to plan my August 10th wedding. It was by far one of the best decisions my husband and I made.

I am super Type A and wanted to be very involved in the planning process, but quickly realized I needed a ton of support and guidance to keep things moving, keep us on budget, and prioritize and decide on the million things that come up while planning a wedding. I opted for a partial planning package, but got SO much more.
